They gave me the choices in the estimate. I did not go with them. I was glad to have taken a quote from them. Their quote was reasonable. They were a little tardy in getting back to me but otherwise they were fine.

Everything went well. The company was very courteous, and they didn't ask for any money until the job had been completed. The roof looks great as well.

Brought the gutter forming machinery and skilled crew to the site to do the job. Removed old gutter from premises.

Went very well from beginning to end. I chose Wagner for the roofing because the estimator who I spoke with was very honest, up front, and easy to ask questions to - I never got the sense he was trying to "sell" me on anything - unlike another company I got an estimate from. The work was done on time and they cleaned up very well. The roof looks great and I got a very competitive price. I would recommend them for roofing in a heartbeat. Also, the estimator was very informative, flexible, and responsive to my questions, concerns, and requests.

They were fairly responsive. It took them a week and a half to get the quote and get back to me. That is typical for any of them.

We had a room that had been leaking for a couple of years, they came out to check the roof and it turned out to be the siding. After they repaired the siding it was still leaking and they came back every single time we called and now it's finally fixed. They always returned our calls. They are very reasonable, too. We will probably have them do our roof, too. They do subcontract. I know a lot of people use them, we see their signs up all over in our community. We also had them come back for two windows that were not installed correctly. They removed two windows, covered it with wood then put the siding back up. It looks great and I think our neighbors appreciate how our house looks now. We've had a ton of compliments.

We were very happy with their work. There were leaves and debris in the window wells and they also cleaned that out when they replaced the windows. They went above and beyond.

The frames were deteriorating and the wood was rotting. Now I have a vinyl covering over them. All interactions were very good. The fellow was very pleasant and the work turned-out very well.

They have always been good people and have done really good work for us. They do a lot of contracting work and remodeling and we probably should have used them for remodeling our kitchen. We spent $2500 on the last job they did. They were courteous, cleaned up after themselves and did a good job. My mother had them twice to put her roof on and they have also put an in-roof fan for our attic and they did a good job. They have been in business for a long time.

They proposed just putting in new door. Our house is 60 years old and the frame is not straight so we need both the frame and door replaced. We ended up not using them.

I have been using them for 13 years. Their estimates were better than the others. I never had any problem with them.

The gutters were beautiful. I had a damaged gutter due to the winter ice and they replaced it free of charge. I would highly recommend them for anything.

Exceeded my expectations. I shopped this job to three roofers. Bob Dutton at Fairview gave me the best price, and confidence on a par with another vendor with high Angie marks who bid over $4K for the job. Crew of two completed the work in one day, even though two were planned. Roofing is dirty work. They did a competent job cleaning up, and Bob personally returned the next day to walk around and pick up anything they missed! I had Fairview replace a storm door at the same time (separate report) and have called them again since to ask about a repair that didn't prove necessary.

It went okay. They gave me a week they would come out instead of a day. They didn't complete the caulking in a couple of areas. They seemed knowledgeable on what I needed, but the end result didn't reflect that.

I am satisfied and will not hesitate to call this company again, and recommend them to others.

I was satisfied with the company's work. Fairview had an excellent estimate and final price. They did the work the same day they originally looked at it. It took about an hour. He seemed knowledgeable and professional. I felt confident that he knew what he was doing.

The overall job went well. The installers where very professional and went beyond the immediate job. Some wet rot wood was discovered and they helped me replace this as well as fixing a cracked gutter board. They showed up every morning at the same time. My only criticism is the debris from the days work was not removed every day. Some times the debris was left until the following day.

It was very good. Of the two companies I looked into they were the best price. I only dealt with them over the phone. I told him what I wanted and he came and check it out and took measurements. He called me back with a quote. I was very pleased with their work and the shutters look great. I will probably have them come back and do the first floor windows too.

When buying our new home, our inspection revealed an area of roof that was in very poor condition and that needed repair before the winter. Our Realtor engaged Fairview Home Improvement to do the work and within a week or two of buying the house, we were contacted. The work was scheduled quickly and completed without any disruption to our property. They did leave several large sheets of plastic in our bushes, but overall, the job site was very tidy. Had they not left the plastic and a beverage can, we wouldn't have known they were here. We can't see the portion of the roof installed, so time will tell if the job was done well. I can't really comment on the quality of work, but no leaks thus far!
