They were wonderful and as always they did a super job including clean up and professionalism.

We are not going to use them. The person came out and measured. I wasn't here when he came and they mailed us an estimate. They were easy to reach and they called back. They gave choices to siding. I would consider using them for quotes on other things.

Worked with us and the insurance to get a fair settlement, went above and beyond and did a great job fast and courteous and most of all, patient.

Went extremely well. Contractor showed up on a Sunday morning and was done in a few hours. Cleaned up everything afterwards.

I thought the pricing was fair. The crew was friendly and competent. They said they were coming out on a specific day, and they didn't actually show up until a couple of days later. That's the only gripe I have about their service. I would use them again. I found them on Angie's List.

The estimate was reasonable and the company has been in business long enough that we felt we could trust their work. After signing the agreement, there was several weeks before the work could be done, due to weather and availability of workers due to vacation time. When work was started it was completed within two days as promised. After the first rain it was discovered that the gutter, a very long one that runs the full length of the patio and porch, was leaking. A service call was placed and the employee we dealth with from the beginning was there within a couple of days to fix it. After the next rain another leak was discovered but this time in a new location. That leak was repaired and no further problems have been discovered. The overall job is beautiful because the company works with the same manufacturer of the roofing material used on the enclosed porch. The roof over the patio is the same exact manufactured material so everything matches and fits!

About one year later I started to notice excessive moisture on one of the panes. I contacted the company and they sent someone out to look. This man was very friendly and said something did not appear to be right and he would be bringing another person back to look at it further. Weeks went by and no one called or came so I contacted them. They said the work order accidentally never got turned in but assured me they would be looking into it. The man I spoke to was very friendly and said they had to wait for an out of town representative to bring in a humidity detector. I agreed to wait. After about a month, I called back to find out if this would be taking place soon, the owner happened to be the one who answered the phone. He told me in no uncertain terms that there is nothing wrong with my window and no one is coming out to look at it . I explained that the person who came over said there did appear to be a problem. The owner told me that guy doesn't know what he is talking about and no one is going to be coming over with a humidity detector. I was so shocked at his agressive behavior that I hung up with him and my husband called back. He sung a whole different tune when my husband called and immediately agreed to send someone. All of the other workers at the store are extremely nice and helpful, but this does not make up for the barbaric behavior of the owner. As it turned out, the fix for our moisture issue was quite somple and solved when the correct person came out. However, now that we are aware how the owner treats his customers, we will never be doing business with them again!

Their price was reasonable. They could have answered my phone call. They were not responsive. There were a number of times I called and they just never answered back. As a matter of fact, they sent me a survey to fill out and I considered them terribly and I got no response from them. The work was done fine. The work was professionally done, well installed. They did not respond to one of my question about one of the placement of gutters. One corner of my house the water would cascade past my previous gutters, it comes down by the side of the house, it causes leaking in the basement. I was just concerned that they put the gutters in the same angle the previous gutter was, although this gutter is wider and it seems to be able to ketch all that water without causing problem, but I would have like to discuss that with them one final time to ease my conscious after spending that much money for the gutters. The workmanship what they did though was excellent, but the response and followup is poor. They did good work for me.

They got it done in less than a day. They matched the shingles on our house quite well. That roof had been done about 10 years before by another company. We decided to go with them because they had done the siding on our house in 2006. We hired them to do the siding on my mother-in-law's home around the corner which we also own in the spring of 2007. We've used them 3 times and we have been very happy with their work. They came when they said they were going to and they got it done in the time they said they would. They did things quickly. They cleaned up and had everything ready to go when they were done. We had excellent service from them.

They were very prompt and showed up on time to get the job done. Their price was fairly reasonable. Overall they were very professional.

We spent a little less than $200 on that service. We decided to use them because of the review on the list. We thought that the price was very good. The quality of work was excellent. The responsiveness was very good, it was a very busy time, and we had really bad rain here. It kept coming and especially with roofing, we can’t get anything done and we thought that they were wonderful. We were very happy with their work.

Called for an estimate. They came out when I wasn't home and mailed an estimate for a roof and gutters- which was good compared to other estimates. We had used this company in 1994 and were happy with the work they did then and decided to go with them again. I drove around to see what kind of roof I wanted and then gave the company of the address of the roof I liked. Bob, one of the supervisors, dropped off samples of the shingles for me to pick exactly what I wanted. Because of all the rain we had - they were backed up but showed up on a Friday when it finally stopped raining and worked all day Friday-Saturday and half of Sunday. Crew was very polite and so hardworking - putting on a roof is very hard work. Their clean up was so good you didn't even know they were there. The crew for the gutters came a few days later and completed the job. It looks great. Bob came back to the house to make sure everything was cleaned up and brought a metal detector to make sure there were no nails that had fallen in the grass.

Overall, the roof looks fine. The job itself was satisfactory however we were not satisfied with the clean-up. Their follow up was very good. The owner came out personally to the clean-up at the end since the other sub-contractors did not clean up properly.

I thought I had roof damage so I called them. He said it was just a few missing shingles. I had extra shingles so he grabbed some of those and took about 15 minutes and put them on there for free. I was very pleased.

I would grade it a C. If I had to do it over, I would have gone with the other company. I had to call about 3 times to see what was going on, were we scheduled, were the shingles ordered? No one seemed to know. I actually stopped into the store 2 or 3 times with the same questions. When the job was scheduled, the roof crew was pretty efficient despite the horrible hot weather. The roof looked fine when they were done. Just as the roofers were finishing, it began to rain. I went into the attic and notice a leak at the chinmney. days later, upon going up on the roof, I noticed that the gutter guards were not reattached at the valleys (front and back) - leaf debris was getting stuck in the valley near the gutter. Water was flowing under the gutter. I called in and let them know this was happening as well as a leak at the chimney flashing. No one came out nor seemed concerned even though I notice the chimney leak - this has stopped leaking so perhaps the caulk wasn't dry yet?? In addition, I noticed that the main support in the garage that was repaired had a second unrepaired crack. They did send a guy out to sister that crack and his opinion was it wasn't needed but we'll do it. IT'S CRACKED -END OF STORY -FIX IT. That portion of the roof directly where the tree hit is still slightly bowed in - hopefully no problems in the future! They did send a guy out to repair the gutter issue. I went up on the roof today (9/26/11) to clear debris out of the front of the gutter and - THE VALLEYS WERE NOT REPAIRED. Debris has accumulated and water is running under the gutter guard. I guess I might as well fix it myself then I know at least it is done correctly. Perhaps they are better at doing kitchens and bath - I don't know. I do know I will not refer any business to them and I am a real estate agent with lots of buyers and sellers = lots of potential business.

They stood by the fact that there was issue there. They were pretty honest to deal with. There was some problem with the windows but they fixed that very well. They were good and honest people to deal with. i would use them in the future.

We use them for everything. They are like my number one go-to company. It was $4500 since I had them install double doors, which included oval leaded glass and two storms doors. I got three estimates. They were more expensive than another store. I went to the other store and got a door for $1500, but it wasn?t like the door that Fairview Home Improvement would install including the quality. They did the whole frame and everything. I did check out another company and it would have been $8500 there for the exact same work. So, it was a pretty good bargain. They did the whole trim and the framing. These people administered everything when they installed the new door so that I wouldn?t have problems like I had with my original door. They told me to inform them if I had any issues or concerns with the manufacturer. Everything was brushed nickel, but there was one lock where the door knob goes into which was in gold. That one little piece of material is only available in gold even though everything else was brushed nickel. Then they made a custom made piece and made sure that I had everything in brushed nickel. They go above and beyond to satisfy the customer and make sure everything is perfect. The salesman that I always deal with is Bob and you feel like you have a friend in the business. He does go the extra mile. Our next job with them would be the porch. We had snow damage from snow and ice. We are going to have a whole new porch rebuilt. I have no qualms about them.

Regardless of the house or the project, we have always been satisfied with the work done by Fairview Home Improvement. They do excellent work and are very responsive to questions and concerns.

They did an excellent job. They are timely, honest, and tell when they are going to come. I would highly recommend them to others. There has been a number of times where I have had a problem where they would answer it over the phone.

They did a great job. I would definitely recommend them. They return my phone calls promptly. They get here on time and do good work. They also clean up after themselves. We did not go with them for roofing because our insurance did not cover the hail damage. We will go with them when we get our new roof.

It went quite well. I'm an out-of-state landlord (west coast). While on a maintenance visit at the end of Oct 2010, I discovered that the 25-year old, plastic attic vent nested in the vinyl siding on the weather side of my house had deteriorated badly, allowing a bird to build a nest inside, and weather to penetrate the attic. I fashioned some temporary protection, then contacted Fairview Home Improvement for the work, because they've done highly satisfactory work for me in the past. It took us a while to connect by e-mail (hence the "B" on responsiveness), but once we did, Bob Dutton promptly sent me an estimate, and accomplished the repair without any disruption to my tenant. I'd been concerned that the job might be too minor for Fairview, but I need not have worried. While I haven't seen the work firsthand, I'm confident from past experience that it was done well. Fairview Home Improvement will remain my first call for any job that falls within the range of their work.

There price is reasonable and I'm satisfied with their work.
