Bob Dutton was very friendly arrived on time took measurements and called with quite. Day installers arrived they were on time very friendly and very neat will use fair view home improvement again.

Arrived on time, very pleasant, did everything we had discussed. Cleaned up & took all old gutters away.

After quote, work scheduled first good leather day. Crew did job in any a few hours. Efficient, clean, friendly.

Called and visited store. Discussed options. Estimator came and measured. Installer installed. All aspects were trouble-free and well done.

Came to the house and gave an estimate. Drop off sample material and chairs. When shutters arrived the were installed in one day and look beautiful.

Work was done at our rental property and so we were not present when the project was being done. Work was supervised by our agent/estimator. We are very satisfied with his service & the project was very satisfactory.

Workers arrived early, worked all day. Cleaned up their mess. Took only 2.5 days to tear off and install siding. Workers have a foul vocabulary.

Bob Dutton came to measure and price the railing after we visited the showroom to see the display sample. About a month later, two men installed the custom railing.

Mr. Bob Dutton ordered the chosen awning. When it arrived, he removed the old and installed the new, and left me a phone message letting me know that the work was complete.

The whole process was so easy. They came out and looked at the damage, quoted us a fair price, fixed it without any disturbance, it was seamless! I didn't even know they were there. Totally hassle free and good work! Then to top it off they charged us even less than the quote. Can't beat that!

We called for an estimate which was provided promptly. Repair was performed at our convenience. The results were excellent and the price was fair.

I called Fairview Home Improvement and spoke to Chuck, the owner, after finding him on Angie's List. He was very kind on the phone. I told him that I wanted to replace my siding and gutters. He explained that he would stop by my home early in the week and take the measurements. I did not have to be there while this was done. He would then call me back and tell me what his estimate would be. Later in the week, Chuck called me back and gave me different estimates based on the quality of the siding and also gave me a discount because of the aluminum siding. I stopped by his store and picked out the color of my siding and gutters. His men started right away. I happen to be on vacation that week and saw Chuck stop by several times while his men were working on the house. His men were very nice and did everything I asked them to. Even though they did not install the gutters, they cleaned up after the gutter installers on the last day of work which I thought was wonderful. They cleaned up the site very well. I was very happy with the outcome and received many compliments on my home.

The guys came out and had the job done within a few hours. Since the garage was detatched, they let us (well, my mother-in-law, who was home at the time) know that they were going to be working but got things done quickly and without a lot of questions. If I could offer one small criticism, it did take a while to bill us... but that was really no big deal at all.

I had contacted several garage door repair companies & one referred me to Fairview home improvement. The company came out within a few days to provide an estimate. I got the estimate and told my sales rep I'd need to speak with my wife about the matter and get back with them. Within a few days, a worker showed up at my house to begin work (even though I hadn't called them to come out). Luckily my wife was home that day. My wife and I discussed the issued and had them proceed. The work was done in about 2 hours and the work was done well. So even though there was a communication issue, which I plan to speak with the company about, I would still recommend them. I would also use them again. I think my issue was a misunderstanding on either my or Fairview's part.

The men came on time to install the window. When they left I had no clean up to do. Because there was a crack in sandstone they suggested putting brackets in the house to hold the porch railing. By doing so the railing is more secure. I would recommend Fairview Home Improvement to any body. In fact in the spring I am going to have them replace the front bay window.

Bob Polk gave the estimate, returned all calls for additional information. Scheduled the work in a timely fashion and checked after the work was done. The crew was fast, the work was done, the crew was fast cleaned up perfectly and pleasant.

The repairman was in time, He contacted me by cell phone if he had questions regarding the repairs since I was not home. The repairs were completed to my satisfaction - No debris was left.

We were on vacation, so when we got home the job was done. Excellent craftsmanship. I'd hire them again.

We have been pleased with the work. Fairview home improvement has done for us. They respond to our calls within a day. After we were scheduled for stops, There were a couple of times they did not come on the day due to weather, needing to complete another job, or whatever. But this was fine with us as we are retired and can be flexible. Once they started the job, they finished quickly and the work was done right. We had a leak in our roof. FHI did a temporary patch and put a tarp on our roof until they were able to schedule us for the complete roofing job. They always clean up after the job is complete. We choose FHI because we know they will do what the say and more.
