Visited store and learned about quality of door I purchased vs big box stores. Door was installed in 2 days. Old door removed and discarded. Very satisfied with quality of door and installation.

Two workers arrived first thing in the morning and did a quality job. Installed the railings (vinyl) and cleaned up all debris.

They were wonderful to work with. They did a good job and were efficient. They listened when I had questions and were attentive. I was very pleased with the service. I received four estimates and they were comparable but the majority of the estimates were on the high end.

The workers were polite, hardworking, and completed jobs when promised. The job superintendent was very good on keeping contact with us.

Did not use due to not receiving return call on estimate.

Chuck came and measured and we ordered the door. The two installers were on time and did a great job. They cleaned up nicely. It was a great experience from start to finish.

Prompt estimate/ prompt measuring told me how long it would take the windows to come in, called me when the windows came in - installed promptly.

Bob Dutton and his crew were wonderful. They showed up on time and worked quickly to get the job done on schedule. They cleaned up after themselves. Everyone was polite and professional. Bob called several times during the week to keep us updated on what was happening. Very good experience. We have had several calls from neighbors asking about Fairview Home Improvement because the house looks great. Thanks Bob for taking care of everything. We love it all.

The company inputted the old roof which they had made repairs on. The company has also done numerous other jobs over past terms.

We just experienced a heavy downpour overnight, so I can now report that the new gutters work fabulous in such weather. What a wonderful difference. I would work with Fairview Improvement again. They offered me two options for screening inside the gutters, but advised that with my type of trees, I would only need the lower cost, larger mesh screening, which I subsequently chose. Everything was cleaned up; I have found no scraps anywhere from their work. Thank you. My only issue concerns one of the staff, who was specifically instructed NOT to do the work during ONE specific week. I wanted to be home on the day of the work, so I could calm my dogs and keep them from barking at the contractors, as a courtesy. This had been mentioned more than once to the staff member and he had acknowledged it. I was somewhat disappointed when I returned home at the end of that week to find the gutters installed (albeit professionally, as indicated above) and to have my neighbor advise that the dogs never stopped barking during the work. Sigh....but I contacted Fairview Improvement staff and they apologized sincerely. Based on their work quality and estimate process and recommendations and corrective action, I would work with them again.

Called on 2/14 Voice mail system was a little odd, it listed too many names Got to person - Bob Dunn - sounded nice Was able to make an appointment right away Unfortunately my calendar was already booking up so I had to book on 2/21 right after another vendor. Met with Bob on 2/21 He did not take measurements (he wanted to come by when the weather would be a little better). He suspected that I had planking (unlike most others) Unlike everyone else he suggested against a ridge vent since the upstairs rooms (I live in a cape cod) would prevent the air from circulating. No Financing Did not give the cost of replacing wood (charge to be agreed upon after inspection it wood damage is found) Permit cost not included Use "customer's choice of name brand dimensional shingles (GAF, Certainteed, IKo, etc.) and color." 10 year labor warranty. After taking measurements, he dropped of a quote for $11,079 Includes $1,034 for Gutters and Downspouts Contract Details: Includes Tear Off, Roof Felt, Drip Edge, Aluminum Flashing, 6' of ice and water shield, Flashing on Chimneys, Reseal all stacks, Clean Up, Vinyl Overhangs, PVC coated aluminium coil on all rakes and fascia Contract did not include mention of venting

They were excellent, arrived on time, explained the work that was to be done, completed the job and outstanding work.

This company was the only one I contacted that was willing to search for the color I needed. Once the right color was found they were quick & professional installing it. I was very impressed & pleased.

I have used F.H.I for many years. They have installed numerous storm doors (6-8) in all told in my home, condo, and rentals and always perfect in every way.

On time, respectful, efficient, nice finish. Looks great.

Bob Dutton was the coordinator or our project. He answered all questions and took care of getting things completed. All workers of FHP were professional and courteous and performed work in a timely manner.

They did a good job and they did it on time. They stayed within the cost that they quoted and I was happy with their service. I also think that their price was fair and their professionalism was very good.

Fairview Home Improvement has done several jobs at my home to include siding on the dormers, new roof and a repair of old flashing around one of my chimneys. These were three separate jobs, all done in separate years. I have tried other handymen or repair folks, and I highly recommend you go with these guys. I used them for one job, called them back a year later for another job, and called them back again for yet another new job. There are probably folks who might do the work a little cheaper, but I would not try to save just a few dollars. These guys offer responsiveness, expertise and expert work. They don't do everything, but for roofs, widows, doors, flashing etc. they are the ones to go to. For one job to repair old flashing on my chimney, that someone previously did a poor job doing, Fairview Home Improvement worked on it until it was done right. Even though it took them extra time due to the bad weather (a lot of snow) they kept the price the same and worked over the weekend and through the weather to stop my leaking! I don't even calling anyone else now, if it's a job they can do, I hire them.

The work was performed by Bob Polk, who was very helpful, knowledgeable, dependable and flexible - working around other work that was going on at the same time.

I called and they sent a man out. He called me with estimates. ( used them for two different jobs over a three week period.) Both times the work was done quickly and efficiently. I'm very pleased with this company.

One household member works night so we asked that someone call first - no one called before roof repair. Everything else went great! Other workers called first because of our work schedule.

Fairview Home Improvement installed new windows AND glassblock windows in my basement as well. There was even problems with two of the windows which they re-ordered free of charged and made a priority to install as soon as they arrived! They worked quickly as well which was nice!
