Very professional and extremely prompt.

Don was very pleasant and hard working. He gave a discount for cash payment, but the end results were very disappointing. I was told that the carpets would be dry in 2 to 4 hours which was important since I am selling my house and had prospective buyers coming through on Saturday. Since his system does not extract the dirty water it took over 48 hrs to dry, consequently attracting additional surface soiling.

Very prompt, explained his system, and did a fine job of cleaning our carpet. Got stains out that were a concern for us. Satisfied.

Left carpet so wet, it took days to dry. This after he initially assured me it wouldn't be wet. When I called two days later to complain, he hung up on me. I will never use him again!

Courteous, polite & on time. A good job. Carpets looked cleaner and fluffier when done. I had vacuumed just prior to Don's arrival. (6 days ago) I have vacuumed 4 of those 6 days filling the canister.(twice the day after) Don answered all questions we had. I still can't grasp there not being any extraction of dirt or water, minimal water. Carpets dried in 2-4 hours. Smelled good, not over powering. He was in and out in under 2 hours. We thought price v work done was a little high, but overall we're satisfied. Update: 7 months after we had our carpets cleaned, we are finding that when we vacuum we're getting every day dirt, but also lots and lots of WHITE POWDER (as if I sprinkled baking soda on them prior to vacuuming, which I did not do). Our initial concern was that Don never extracted anything that he put into the carpets. Our allergies seem to have worsened, although I'm not blaming Don. Just concerned that we're getting all this "powdery" stuff AFTER cleaning carpets. The carpets looked good after Don cleaned them, it's the POWDERY stuff that concerns us.

Don is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. He did a great job and has excellent customer service skills. Will definitely recommend his services and use him for future jobs

Don was excellent! He gave me an accurate quote on the phone and was able to schedule the job within a few days. We had him clean the carpets in our new house. He gave us a commercial rate because our home was empty, bonus! We weren't sure if we needed to replace our carpets, but wanted to see how they looked after a good cleaning. We were extatic to see the results. Don was able to bring back life to our dingy carpet! Plus the cleaner he uses smells great. I highly recommend Don is you are looking for a true professional who knows the business. Thank you Don!

Don was early and very knowledgeable

I did not need to be present. He knew where the key was and where to leave the invoice. Don did an excellent job.

Don was promt and professional He spent just under an hour between set up..to do three good sized bedrooms a hall and stairs. there was a dog urine stain he was not able to get up as well as a juice stain... 3-5 hours to dry and felt kind of crunchy the next day. The process did not remove furniture indentations. I feel like a good professional vacuum needs to be offered after to make this worthwhile. Next time I will spend the same amount and purchase a steam cleaner for home. I did purchase a gallon of his cleaner..it appeared to work on an immediate dog urine stain. UPDATE: Update from review given on 4-1 originally give a 4.0 review. However, I was just contacted with a request to give a new review and receive 20% off! I find that extremely unprofessional to contact clients asking for a new review. I would never use this service again, quiet honestly it was gross, using a stiff brush with other peoples hair and grime caught up in it! Gross! He was also not thorough, and I find the fact that there is an excuse/argument/explanation for every negative review to be horrible customer service. Blaming the client=no good. Just don't promise to get everything clean.
