Don was wonderful from the first time I called him and he did an excellent job on my carpets and even cleaned a chair That I thought would never come clean he is a miracle worker..I am always nervous about having technicians come to the house when I’m home alone but Don was so nice and so personable I felt totally comfortable. I will definitely be using him again and referring him to other people.. thanks Angie’s list for putting me in touch with him and thank you Don for doing such a wonderful job!

I would never recommend Don's carpet restoration. Unfortunately, Don was extremely unprofessional and did not clean my baby's nursery properly. I hired him after my baby had thrown up on the carpet. I told him where it happened and even offered a hand to move the armchair that he was supposed to clean around, but he said he could handle it. I could only see on the next day that the chair was still smelling bad and also that a huge stain was left under it. When I sent him a picture of that, he first said he would go back to do the job properly, but then changed his mind and told me to clean it myself. I was distraught and frustrated after having paid $300 for the poor service he provided.

Don responded quickly and was able to provide service within a week. He was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. I would use him again, and I highly recommend to anyone looking to get their carpets or upholstery cleaned.

I have new carpets again! Don really knows carpets! I have had the carpets cleaned by many other cleaners in the past and they have never looked this good. He was punctual and he is a hard worker. It cost a little more than I expected; but with the price of everything these days, and for not having them cleaned in more years than I care to admit, I know it was worth it. My 20-year old carpets look new again! I highly recommend him. He is returning to clean 2 Turkish throw rugs which have not been cleaned in a long while and to check on how well everything dried overnight. The carpets were cleaned, sanitized, and a protectant applied. When he arrived, my carpets were stained and very tired looking. He has saved me the cost of having to purchase new carpeting. I was very happy with the results.

Don was on time, did a great job, and charged a fair price. I will not hesitate to use his services again in the future.

Don did a great job cleaning my carpets . Don cleaned 7 rooms and they all look and smell so fresh. I would definitely recommend him.

Arrived promptly. Explained the cleaning upholstery process as this was a dry cleaning method.After viewing his work , we asked if we could expand the list of items we wanted him to clean . Which he did at a very reasonable rate . Very happy with his service and would recommend and use again.

Don was a few minutes early and prepared. He surveyed the area to be cleaned and provided areasonable estimate. He greeted my cat and made friends with her. He removed the stains without any difficulty. He worked efficiently and quickly. He worked very hard and the carpet lookes fantastic. He is a very friendly man and very trust worthy. I reccomend hiim and will call him back for other projects in the future.

Don was prompt, friendly, and cared about doing a good job. The carpet looks great. Some stains that other cleaners could not remove are greatly improved with the shampoo method that Don used. We will definitely hire Don in the future.

Don did a wonderful job and everything looks great! I did think this was a very expensive service, but it was well done.

Fantastic job!!! I would recommend Don before I recommended anyone else! He explained the process, what he uses, what makes him different for steam cleaning, and he does a very thorough job. My couch and chair look brand new!

Don did a great job, quick, efficient and very professional.

Spent 30 minutes or less wiping down my couch (at most five of those minutes he vacuumed with a normal household vacuum). When he was done, there was a strong smell of the product he use, which covered up any pet odor. After a few hours passed by during drying time, the pet odor came back. Do not recommend for pet odor removal or deep cleaning. Pet hair was supposed to be removed as well & was not. He mentioned he did not see much but once I took a deeper look after he had to rush to his next client I realized there was a good amount of pet hair left over. I called him to see if there was anything that could be done and he said there is NO guarantee for odor removal. Finally, After I asked him to clean the inside compartment, he either forgot or ignored my request. This couch is only 1 year old. There was a good amount of cleaning product on my hardwood floor, which left a slippery feel That same night my 18 month old sons teeth almost pierced through his lip by slipping and falling Luckily they did not go all the way through, but he is in a lot of pain and I cannot get the slippery residue off of my floors even after mopping multiple times.

Don is a rarity today. Showed up on time? Check. Did a great job and was conscientious about his work? Check. Charged what he quoted with no BS? Check. Would I use his service again? Check. Can?t get any better than that. Thank you Don.
