ON TIME VERY GOOD WORK.

Way over priced for the money! 1 1/2 hours for carpet cleaning in an empty house was $325.00. It took 48 hours for the carpets to dry and my wife was told it should dry in a couple of hours. The carpet still looks like it was not cleaned. We will not be using Don's in the future.

I'm moving into a home that had lots of pet stains on the white carpets. Don performed his magic on them. OMG - I went from total despair to amazed in a few hours. He also cleaned a Deacon's Bench, large pure wool area rugs and ceramic tile for me. What a great job :-) Added to this, the price and professionalism were extraordinary. But .......... most of all, what a wonderful man.

Don may have a great reputation for carpet and upholstery cleaning, but do not use him on tile. My marble tile floor looks the same as it did before he arrived. I ended up with an expensive floor wash and hand buff.

Don was professional and knowledgeable. His machine really digs into the carpets and cleaned lots of stains left by previous owners. As a professional, he did a great job and I would hire him again. His price was better than competitors and his products are good for family and pets. He does require access to water, so be prepared to let him use a sink or laundry tub (not a big deal). I took half star off because his car leaked oil on our driveway, although he did put cardboard under it.

Don was professional & very knowledgable about the services he provided. He was personable & made me comfortable having in my home. Don did a great job & I would not hesitate to recomend him to family & friends.

The downstairs carpet was cleaned thoroughly but the steps and upstairs hall still had spots. The most disturbing and aggravating thing is that I was told it would take a few hours to dry. It actually took a full 3 days. Because of the drying time I will not use this service again and will not recommend this company.

I put in a request through HomeAdvisor.com for someone to come and clean our wall to wall carpets and moments after I clicked the submit button I got a call from Don's Carpet Restoration. Don was very friendly and professional and was able to come out and do the job the very next morning for us. Top notch results and excellent customer service!

This is the second time I have hired Don in the last 2 years. The first time he cleaned all the carpets in our new home before we moved in and I was very happy with his prompt service, quality, and price. This time, I hired Don to clean a couch and spot treat a few carpet stains, including a large coffee stain and formula stain, and clean the carpet on stairs and hallway. Don was again was very prompt in scheduling and getting out to do the work, and gave us a very fair price. The stains were gone and the couch looked completely new and spotless. I will call Don again when the need arises and highly recommend him for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

Don gave me a cash discount. He explained his process clearly and was on time when he arrived. He is very pleasant to work with.

Don really understands his business. Both my husband and I have a chemical background. He is the real deal with safe and superb products. Just as in any cleaning and sanitizing operation, there is no substitute for expert knowledge and doing the job right. As long as Don is in business, he will be the only person we call!!!

Don was wonderful to work with. He is extremely professional & knowledgeable. Not only do our carpets look fantastic, but he was able to remove a hair dye stain that had been there for years! I would HIGHLY recommend him!!!!!!!

Don not only did an excellent job, he was prompt and professional. I called because over time the ridges on my corduroy furniture began to flatten out. Now they look good as new. I will definitely be calling again when I need a touch up.
