Due to this being a family business, Don was extremely knowledgeable about carpet cleaning agents and was able to specify which was safe for pets. He was very "user-friendly", gave a reminder call and called when he was en route. He did a phenomenal job and was a pleasure to work with!

Very nice guy. Experienced and knowledgeable. Prompt and efficient. Cleaned white carpet in four-season porch, removing difficult stains from high-traffic areas. Cleaned white area rugs in two bedrooms, removing some very old spots. Happy we found him!

Very thorough

Don arrived right on time and went about his work. He almost completely removed some carpet stains that a previous carpet cleaning (by steam extraction) had NOT removed and he finished the job, quite a large carpeted area, several rooms and stairs, in good time. He was professional and pleasant. I would use Don's Capet Restoration again.
