Don was very responsive, pleasant and thorough. He did a great job cleaning my carpet and I'd highly recommend his services.

Don is quite kinowledgeable of the chemistry. I had had damage to the old wood floor after 'so called' steam cleaning. The solvent previously used "ate" the finish . He also knows the fallacy of using enzyme cleaners for pet urine. He also removed sand ingrained in rugs we brought up from the South. He used no fragrance which my allergic nature appreciated.

The only thing was, I had expressed a concern about cleaning these area rugs on a laminate floor. The smaller rug was fine. The large rug did have dampness underneath a few hours later. I draped the rug over a chair overnight, to make sure moisture did not damage flooring. The rugs are very clean and fresh, though.

Best price and value I found. He was very friendly and did a great job. A few spots came back after it dried but carpet was much cleaner. He was able to get out all the black tape marks my son used to make a basketball court in his bedroom. Saved me hundereds for getting new carpet.

This was the first time I ever had my furniture cleaned. Don did a great job, is very friendly and completes the work in a very reasonable amount of time.

He shampoos the rugs which made a huge difference from steam cleaning. Rugs look great and he got some old stains out. Very happy with the results.

I experienced water damage from sewer back up from Monday's storm. All Don did was spray some concoction of his around the dirty floor and leave it! Absolutely no clean up at all, he even sprayed over the ruined water ruined items on the floor. There is mud and debris everywhere. He told me I had to pay in cash. I am 73 years old and am unable to bring the water-soaked items up the stairs, so there he left them. Now I have to hire someone else to do the job I had hired Don for. I would not let the person in my house ever again! My stupidity for not realizing he was not there to clean up the mess but clean out my wallet!

Don was personable, prompt and price was reasonable. My only dilemma was some rooms was not wet or looked cleaned verses the parts that I observed. When I called him on a area that did not look like it was clean he said that it was worn areas. I disagree. I have my carpets cleaned quite often and will search for other cleaners because I am not satisfied with the basement at all.
