Don did an excellent job; much better than the well known companies that send 2 men in a van to your home. My carpet looks much better than it has in years.

Don is an overall great guy and did a fairly good job, but I was disappointed my hall carpet did not come clean. I was sick and did not inspect it before I paid him. I think if I would have asked, he would have done more work on the hall carpet. He is very interested in customer satisfaction. He is more expensive than the guy who steam cleaned my carpet.

Don thoroughly cleaned all the areas we requested be done. It was a deep cleaning and not just a steam clean and our 21 year old carpets look great!

Real nice guy to do business with. Plan on using him again for another place.
