Don's technique in cleaning carpet is astounding, he should patent that technique & franchise it out to these carpet steam cleaning companies. His way is the way to accurately clean sanitize & deodorize carpet properly in using a non toxic cleaning formula along with a machine that gently scrubs the carpet without exerting a lot of water, & less drying time. I had one traffic pathway that seem to be a problem with one steam cleaning company for years; they couldn't seem to get the pathway out to my satisfaction, therefore I was calling them 2 times a year & it wouldn't budge. Don's Carpet Restoration got it out & the carpet looks whole, fresh & clean. Wow, Wow, Wow!!! Excellent Job Don!!! Many Many thanks for your knowledge & brilliant technique in cleaning carpet!!! Seriously you should patent that, & sell it to those carpet steam cleaning companies as an alternative to their steam cleaning methods.

Personable, professional, fast. He uses a hot water and chemical cleanser that disinfects and deodorizes. I needed this done after taking in a stray cat and then my house cats decided to retaliate. With Don my carpet is thoroughly clean and itâ s safe for my animals.

I actually had drapes cleaned, and Don is very personable and knowledgeable about cleaning drapes. Since dry cleaners no longer clean drapes, having him come into my home and clean them while they are still hanging is definitely a plus. He seems passionate about his work , which appears to be a dying art. I highly recommend him.

Don did an excellent job removing our dog's urine and deodorizing our carpet in the living room, dining room, upstairs hallway and stairs in less than 1 1/2 hours. Carpet is now clean and no stains. My wife was very pleased and would use him again.

I am glad that I hired Donâ s carpet Restoration Services. He showed up early and cleaned a three bedroom home that smelled of mildew and had a history of mice on the premises. The carpeting was fairly new, and of a good quality, but there were stains on it, and it smelled like mildew. Now itâ s clean, bright and sanitized. He also applied Scotchgard to it to prevent future staining. Don was knowledgeable and friendly, and I recommend his services, and will hire him again.
