Don was prompt and worked quickly. His equipment wasnâ t noisy, and there was no smell. He explained everything he did. He could have talked my ear off, though.

Don did a great job on our carpets, rugs and select pieces of furniture. Everything was dry within a few hours. He cleaned the rugs in place on top of hardwood floors, which made the job much easier. One of the rugs is an antique, and his process is very gentle. He also cared about the health of our young dog.

Do n's carpet restoration still uses the shampoo method of cleaning the carpet. Although that means the carpet is wet a little longer than others, it is worth it as shampooing seems to do a little better. My basement carpet looked like it needed to be replaced due to the grime. But Don was able to make the carpet shine. Worth whatever the cost for that type of work.

We are a Surgery Center with many patient bays where we have curtains/drapes for privacy. I was looking for someone that will come on site and clean/sanitize them vs sending them out to be washed. He was out quickly with an estimate and we scheduled service at that time. He was on time and was able to do them all. It was perfect for what we needed. I already scheduled our next cleaning with him. This is a far better solution that having to send them out.

My carpet was very dirty he got all the stains out of it I had rust from the dog cage he got rid of that I would recommend him he is the greatest he is got a good sense of humor and the price was good

I hired Dons to clean carpet in my Dad and Stepmoms house prior to listing for sale He brought a carpet scrubber and his special cleaning solution I ran the vacuum before he applied this solution I had the entire house done I was told to let it dry and when dry I could vacuum Well, I am here to say it did not clean any carpet I spent my entire day yesterday using a very old home carpet cleaner to clean the carpet I have many photos of his before and after work And then after I used that old carpet cleaner I called this man He tried to tell me that the only reason I could get those stains up was because of his solution I doubt this Also with his process, he does not extract anything , so all the dirty water stays in the carpet I paid him $700 cash for this I realize some of the carpet was old But some of it was not I feel horrible for wasting my elderly step moms money on this process I should?ve done it myself When call this owner, his only reply was he was sorry I felt this way UPDATE 1/31 - I have a posted review Shame on you Don You knew it was not my home , so I could not replace the carpet , has nothing to do with being â cheapâ They were 86 and 90 year old people that own the home you told me there was plenty of life left in the carpet You could have told me it was too bad to clean instead you took an elderly womanâ s $700 your response is not truthful and shame on you And yes I am a nurse what does that have to do with your poor quality of work, or not being truthful about what you could do and taking the money for nothing Quit trying to rationalize your poor work I believe you thanked me for my service as a nurse Really What a person you are Wow is all I can say I will pursue this sir

Don's technique in cleaning carpet is astounding, he should patent that technique & franchise it out to these carpet steam cleaning companies. His way is the way to accurately clean sanitize & deodorize carpet properly in using a non toxic cleaning formula along with a machine that gently scrubs the carpet without exerting a lot of water, & less drying time. I had one traffic pathway that seem to be a problem with one steam cleaning company for years; they couldn't seem to get the pathway out to my satisfaction, therefore I was calling them 2 times a year & it wouldn't budge. Don's Carpet Restoration got it out & the carpet looks whole, fresh & clean. Wow, Wow, Wow!!! Excellent Job Don!!! Many Many thanks for your knowledge & brilliant technique in cleaning carpet!!! Seriously you should patent that, & sell it to those carpet steam cleaning companies as an alternative to their steam cleaning methods.
