We had a couple really difficult stains and he was able to lend them in with the carpet and you cannot see one of them and barely can see the other. He did a really good job

Very good carpet cleaning. A bit higher cost than anticipated but all pet areas seem to have been taken care of and Don was very prompt and personable. the job did not take very long and dried quickly.

He was efficient , caring , job was well done , I thought cost was a little high.

Don was friendly, explained his process, and attempted to re-dye a white portion on my patterned area rug that became discolored. I followed his instructions to a T - let the carpet dry for 24 hours, and then vacuumed. Unfortunately, the carpet almost looked worse after his service. The re-dyed white area did not come out very well (no fault of his) but some of the grey area bordering the white looked washed out, when it was not discolored before. Another solid grey area looked like it was dirty - had a brownish tinge to it - like there was dirty water from the cleaning left on it to dry. When he finished the job, he said if I was not happy with the dying attempt he would come back, no charge, but after reading more of his reviews (which I should have done more thoroughly before hiring him) I do not want him back in my house. Review submitted May 2022. And Don, please do not try to throw the blame back on me.

He vacuumed the floor first then he proceeded to clean it. He made a dirty old carpet look new.
