Mark was very prompt and courteous when he called me the same day I asked him to quote cutting my lawn. He and his crew do an outstanding job, and I would recommend them to anyone needing lawn service.

My sister in law hired Diamond Cut for a spring clean up including edging, mulching, weeding. Marc did a wonderful job. Very professional service. She would highly recommed him for lawn care. The price was great, and Marc is very punctual.

Mark came to give me an estimate the same day that I called. He was friendly and very professional. The estimate was fair and frankly a little less than a previouse company that I used. Mark tol me that they could do the work for me the next day mid morning. MId morning the next day they were here and ready to work. I was very pleased with the work and the friendliness of his crew. They were efficent and left here with things looking better than when they arrived - so much so that a friend stopped over that afternoon and commented on how great the yard looked. She took his card and is going to call him today.

Mark came out promptly and gave me an estimate for weekly cutting of the front and back lawns. Edging is also included in the price. He does an excellent job. I notice he changes the pattern for cutting - sometimes diagonally, horizontally, etc. Mark returns phone calls promptly. I highly recommend him.

Grass was in need of final cutting and leaf removal along with MANY twigs from Superstorm. Diamond Cut was called in the morning and Mark Straffen responded shortly thereafter and said he would stop by after completion of a job. He came as stated, gave the estimate and proceeded to do an amazing job in record time. We couldn't be more pleased. It was instant gratification and worth every penny!

The owner, Mark Steffen is professional, dependable and is up front with the cost of lawn service, etc. If I have any questions, he is very polite and also gives me suggestions regarding my lawn. Every Spring, Mark contacts his clients to ensure they want service for the coming year. He takes pride in ensuring his team consistently arrives on a weekly basis to service my lawn. Diamond Cut mows, edges, and ensures sidewalks, driveways, and walkways are cleaned prior to leaving my property. Any questions or requests are quickly answered. During the fall, Diamond cut performs leaf clean ups, gutter cleaning etc to ensure your lawn maintenance is winter ready.

Due to a combination of work schedules, 2 young children, and the early spring our landscaping was seriously neglected by the time June rolled around. There were weeds in our landscape that were at least 2 feet high. You could barely tell what was actually supposed to be there. To compound the problem we have a corner lot so the front and one side of our house is landscaped. We also have double the sidewalk of other homes and the sidewalk was overgrown as well. It was embarrasing. With the heat, it was difficult to get my lawn cut and spend time with the kids at the same time. I had called other landscapers in the area and had difficulty even getting a call back to make an appointment, there were a couple that I left several messages and never recieved a call back. I called Diamond Cut and Mark answered right away. He gave me a call back that same day and we discussed my project. He said he would be in the area the next day and would stop out to take a look. Mark stopped out while I was at work, so he gave me a call that night to discuss price. The estimate was very straight forward. - About $200 to clean the beds on the front and side of the house and fill in the mulch, one time charge. (This would have been worth it at double the cost)- $50 for the initial edging of the sidewalk, one time charge. (since it was so overgrown and double the length he had to bring in special equipment for the first time.)- About $40 a week for lawn maintenance. I told him the price sounded good to me and when could we get started. He said that he works in the area on Wednesdays and Thursdays so the following week would be the first lawn maintenance. However, he was pretty booked at the time and it might take two - three weeks to finish the lanscape cleanup and the initial edging. I told him I understood because it was in pretty bad shape and to put me on the list for as soon as he could do it. I arrived home the following Wednesday to see the lawn was cut, the edging completed, all the weeds removed from the landscaping, and all the shrubs and trees were trimmed. Mark called me that night to inform me that since the weather had been so good that week, he was able to complete the job early. He also wanted to let me know that they would be out the following day to finish the mulching, they just ran out of time. So on Thursday they finished the mulch and the lanscaping hasn't looked this good since we originally put it in 2 years ago. Now my yard and landscape looks well maintained, the sidewalk looks nice and neat and people comment on how nice it looks. I could not be happier with the job that Diamond Cut Lawn Care has done. They called me right back and kept me informed on the project. They showed up on time. They completed the job on time, a couple weeks early in fact. They did not leave any mess behind them, they cleaned up everything from the job. I would definately recomend them. They will cut my lawn for the rest of the season, and will use thier services again next year. Now I can enjoy the weekends with the family and not have to worry about taking care of the yard.

I called for estimate, they set time for next up the next day. They gave me a price and scheduled a time.

This was a challenging job and Mark did a wonderfully professional job from start to finish. He was responsive to the initial inquiry, the price was reasonable and it was performed as promised and completed above the expectations we had for the work. He alleviated the worry and concern we had experienced over having this job completed. We would definitely contact Mark again in the future.

From the time we Initialially contacted to Diamond Cut Lawn Service everything went smoothly. He came out to do the estimate which was the same day we talked since he was in the area. I accepted his estimate since it was within the amount I thought was reasonable for the amount of things I needed done. He gave a date that he thought he would be able to do the job. He was able to do some of the items prior to that date. He keeps in contact with the customer and tells you when they will perform the job. I greatly appreciated that he always called before coming. They always cleaned up the areas that they worked in, so there was no problem with left over leaves or branches. I will use this company again....

This was a fantastic job from beginning to end. Mark is an exceptional person and always goes above and beyond. We are so grateful to have found him on Angie's List a few years ago. There were several trees that have overgrown limbs on the garage and on the neighbor's garage.

Our yard looks great! It is now going on our 8th year using Diamond Cut! They do a fantastic job! They are very reliable and dependable. In all the years we have used Diamond Cut, there has only been one increase in price and it was for $2.00. The prices are very reasonable and vary depending on the size of your yard. Even when times are tough and money is tight, it is worth every penny to have your yard done quickly and efficiently! So, if someone is reading this looking for a dependable company to do their yard, look no farther! Diamond Cut is awesome!!

The lawn was about a foot high... small front yard, large back yard. Mark was very responsive & took care of it at a very reasonable rate... We have set up a contract for continued service!

It was business like from the start. The owner gave me a time and he showed up on time. Quoted the price right on time and they did the job right then. I am extremely pleased and this was a better job than what I had done previously. I would use them and recommend them again.

I have been using them for 6 years. They charge based on the size of the yard. There is no contract required but they come out every week to get the work done. They are reliable and I have not had any problems or issues with them for years.

Mark replied to my email and call very promptly. He told me when he would be there (weather permitting) and he was there exactly when he said he would be. He did a fantastic job. He is honest and trustworthy and does remarkable work. He is an exttaordinary person. Fortunately, he will be maintaining the yard.

Overgrown yard needed immediate attention. Called Mark Straffen from another state and explained my dilemma. He returned my morning call of distress promptly, came out later that day and cut and cleaned up both front and rear yards. Mark was prompt, professional and courteous.
