Description of Work: The part for my refrigerator is under warranty but not labor, they charged 129.00 service call without even coming to house ordered the part and said it is a very big job cost $810.00 and my daughter said he was here only for an hour,I understand flat rate pay but this is a little much. But I was left with no choice.

Description of Work: Refrigerator not cooling and freezer icing up. Came first day and fixed unit, but had to return because refrigerator never started cooling again. Called and they came out next day and fixed problem at no additional charge because technician said they should have noted additional issue first time round. Very satisfied. Have used this company in the past and will continue to do so if needed.

Description of Work: Diagnosed what was wrong with LG front loader washer - the bearings. Advised that it would be more expensive to fix than by new. Explained why, answered questions professionally, and gave advice on best brands for service. Their min. chg for service calls is a little high, and the technician arrived about 15 minutes later than the end of the time window we were given. Overall, helpful.

Description of Work: Scott the repairman from Complete Appliance was just the person for the job: knowledgeable, courteous, and completely equipped to handle the service and repair needed on my SUB-ZERO Model 550. I'd have him back in a heart-beat! Great job, Scott!!

Description of Work: We have used Complete Appliance Service Inc. over the years for work on our refridgerator and oven. They have always been prompt and professional and have done good work. Their pricing is too high compared to others. Due to the pricing, the overall grade would be a "B" All the other areas an "A"

Description of Work: the company has done several repairs for us in the past fiv e years. they are trustworthy and they always back their work. they are always on time and do outstanding work.

Description of Work: Technician was very good; but, helpfulness, professionalism and in-house coordination of office staff was terrible. I needed service on a dishwasher that still had warranty on parts. I had called manufacturer in advance to confirm this and they created a file for eminent service on my unit. All the service company needed to do was call the manufacturer and provide my unit's serial # and they would be given a service authorization #. The tech came on 7/1/11 and wrote all this on the service order. He said the office would call to order the parts. After 12 days, I had not heard anything and called the service company to find ouit the status. The office had not even called the manufacturer to confirm that my unit was under warranty and told me I needed to pay them a $400 deposit before they would order the parts. I told them it was under warranty and they indignently told me I would have to give them proof of purchase date of my unit and started arguing with me when I told them I had already set up a file with the manufacturer and all they needed to do was call them to confirm. They reluctantly called them and ordered the part that day. When the part had come in, I scheduled the service call for the MORNING of 7/27/11; they assurred me the technician would be here by noon so I could get to a meeting I had set up for that afternoon. The service company called and left a message late on the afternoon before the service call saying that they would be here the next AFTERNOON. I called they back and complained that they had changed the time and I couldn't be here in the afternoon -- I work and need to have people be here when they promise. The office supervisor, Julie, flippantly said, "The only thing certain is death and taxes." They could either be here in the afternoon of 7/27 or they could schedule another appointment, but that time couldn't be certain either. I scrambled to reschedule my meeting, thereby greatly inconveniencing ten people.

Description of Work: Electric spark was constantly clicking on the four burners of the stove. The repairman said the four capacitors have to be replaced. He replaced them and now the stove (Jenn-air) works well.
