Thank you for taking the time to leave us a good review. I'm glad you were very happy with our quality of work and value. I'm sorry if their was confusion with your purchase. The storefront offers have been a great source of value to the members and our company as well. It allows members to see upfront what they will be getting before purchasing. We did speak on the phone about the Rheem equipment however the offer that you actually purchased online was not the offer we were talking about. We have 2 similar offers: " $2,195 for a Rheem 95% High Efficient Gas Furnace w/ duct cleaning" and "$1,895 for a New 95% High Efficient Gas Furnace". As you can see both offers are extremely well priced! The Rheem offer is clearly stated on the very first header line and is in bold print. The offer you had purchased was the lower priced offer. I had hoped that by trying to modify an acceptable offer, before your system installation, you would feel more than satisfied. The additional $200 to get you back up to the Rheem equipment is strictly our cost for the better equipment and still less than the listed Rheem Storefront offer .We do whatever possible to make sure our customers are more than satisfied and become a customer for life.
