My furnace would not stay on so I called Collins Cooling for repair. I had used them last year when I first purchased my home for a duct cleaning and furnace tune up. Steve was able to show up same day, which I was stoked about. He was honest and told me that it just needed a cleaning, and assured me that it wasn't broken. He even showed me how to do preventative maintenance so that the issue wouldn't happen again. I will definitely be using Collin's Cooling in the future because I feel that I will get honest work and not be taken advantage of.

Mr. Collins and his crew showed up a little early to my place (which was OK by me). I know his timeline was dependent on picking up materials, so he made me aware the time might be flexible. They came in and installed the system while I worked upstairs. They were very respectful of my home and displayed great customer service. It was clear Mr. Collins has a great team. I waited a while to write this review, because I wanted to wait and see how the system worked throughout the summer, and if any problems came up afterwards. I'm very happy to say the system has been working great and I'm very happy with the overall service. Thank you!

They were so nice and I thought the price was fair. They were very professional and efficient. I would recommend them to anybody. He even called the next day to see how things were and to see if I had any questions.

Steve and his crew, John and Lou were great to work with. They devised a system to cool the house without doing invasive duct work. They reworked a large hall closet to contain the forced air unit on the 2nd floor. With some wall cutting and vents installed, they managed to cool down the entire house. They cleaned up after themselves, repainted anywhere that the paint was chipped and put all of my closets back together. They are so nice to work with, take time to explain each aspect of the job, and I feel that I can call them with any questions or problems. I can't imagine getting anyone better to have done the work. I highly recommend them.

They did a great job. They were in and out in one day. They did everything we asked, and their price was reasonable. They were neat and didn't do any damage to my home. I would recommend them, they did a great job.

the crew came on time and worked until the job was completed - as there was no heat in this cold house, they stayed late until the boiler was operational. All of the crew were polite and helpful - they even checked my thermostat and changed the battery! Nice guys and good experience.

I have friend that have used them in the past, I have been talking to them for several years. The installer seemed to know what he was doing and was very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and got in and out as quickly as they could. There was a problem with the unit the day after they left, a part needed to be replaced and they replaced it in a day. The coil went out on the A/C unit this summer, the warranty had just expired so it cost a little more than I'd liked.

My furnace had stopped working, and this company had installed a new air conditioning unit previously. As a first time homeowner, I am learning all kinds of new things. I telephoned and explained what it the furnace was doing, that it kept shutting off. Steve told me that it sounded like I needed to replace the batteries on my digital thermostat, and told me where to find the battery cavity. I changed the batteries and now my furnace is working! I was an easy opportunity for a rip off artist, and I would not have known I was being fleeced. What a great contractor! Thanks for your help, and for your honesty and integrity! I cannot say enough good things about this company!

I had gotten several estimates and this was the best price. I really cannot recall the cost, but I was very impressed with Steve and the quality of the product he installed.

I spent $5000 on their services. Overall the job went well. The service people were professional. The installers were professional. They cleaned up after themselves. They were courteous. They basically did a great job. One of the parts went bad the day after they left, the service person that came out took care of it within 24 hours. I will use their services again in the future.
