Very efficient two-man job. Project completed in 3 hours. Cleaned up completely following installation. Would recommend.

the guys were friendly, they got right to work when they took breaks they were short and very few. They cleaned up after them selves and showed me how the vents worked.

Todd, the installer was great! Works very hard and very effeciently. He called ahead and completed all 8 of my basement windows within the same day and cleaned up immediately and perfectly. I had a great experience with Cleveland Glass Block all the way around. The first company that I called told me that my window was not able to be replaced. I became very discouraged and figured that I would receive the same answer from everyone, however, I proceeded to call CGB and, while the woman who answered the phone said that she did not know for sure if the window would be able to be be replaced, her guy would be happy to come out there and take a look and see if he could do it. John came out and could not have been more professional or helpful. He found that the window absolutely could be replaced and had an amazing sample piece with him demonstrating each type of glass that you could choose. The process was extremely painless and did not take up much of my time, which I appreciate. On the day of the installation, the installer (Todd I do believe) called to let me know that he was on his way) and showed up on time. He was extremely courteous and explained to me exactly what he was going to do and, once he had completed the job, showed me exactly what he did do. Before he left, he asked that I check out his work to make sure that I was satisfied before he left. How many times do you hear that now-a-days? I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you so much for a seamless experience and a beautiful window!

Courteous installer and excellent work.

The installer, Todd, was curteous and informative regarding the work he would do and how long it would take. He called 1/2 hour before his arrival time and even told me not to rush to job site as he could start working outside of the house while i finished what i was doing and then traveled to the house. he even helped me to close up an old window in the garage before he left. the work area was cleaner when he left than when he arrived. I'll use them again.

Todd (installer) was very professional, courteous and efficient. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way as requested, completed the work then showed me exactly what was done. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Just had them make the glass block window and installed it myself. Because they us a silicone glue to make the window it looks very neat without the grout between the glass blocks. They were helpful with my project. the window looks great now. love it.Only con was they had no wedges to shim the windows the day I picked up my window.

Very pleased with this company's service. Installer did a great job and cleaned up all materials and debris. Very courteous customer service representatives. Would recommend to family and friends.

Service was excellent overall. Customer service representatives on the phone were polite and helpful. Sales appointment was scheduled quickly. Salesperson was on time, gave an excellent price and assisted with installation scheduling. Installer did a very professional job. The new window looks great and the installer cleaned up and hauled away all of the refuse from the old window.

INSTALLED (6) BASEMENT GLASS BLOCK WINDOWS IN THREE HOURS. GREAT JOB.

HE ARRIVED ON TIME AND WENT RIGHT TO WORK. HE WAS VERY COUTEOUS AND CONSIDERATE OF THE FACT THAT I HAD ANIMALS THAT WOULD NEED OUT FOR SOME AMOUNTS OF TIME. HE DID WINDOWS ON THE SECOND STORY AND ALTHOUGH STANDING ON A LADDER HE DID EXCELLANT WORK,, AND AT CLEAN UP TIME EVERYTHING WAS DONE.AND EXCEPT FOR SOME EXCELLANT LOOKING NEW WINDOWS, NOTHING OUT OF THE ORDINARY HAPPEN. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I WILL RECOMMEND CGB TO ALL WHO MENTION GLASSBLOCK

the representative was professional, easy to talk to, had answers to all my questions. I wanted a block that would allow as much light as possible into my basement yet provide the security and privacy that Iwanted. His suggestion fit my purpose. The install is schedueled for next month. will give update on overall performance which i'm sure will be more than expected.

Did a good job of installing windows. Windows are sealed well. There are no drafts. Cleaned up after installation - inside and outside. Took away the old windows. We appreciated the good service.
