Got my appointment scheduled with them and they had an opening and was able to get me in even sooner. Installer was knowledgeable and answered all questions.

Great quality and service

arrived on time and completed replacement of 3 basement glass block windows. Clean up of broken glass that fell into the house could have been better but not enough to change rating.

I have hired Cleveland Glass Block for two projects now. The first was glass block in my basement and the second was a glass shower door. In both instances, the entire team was very responsive, supportive, and a pleasure to work with. Everyone, starting from the office staff to the project estimator to the installers, were all great to work with and their work was flawless.
