Description of Work: THEY WERE PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. THEY CHECKED THE CHIMNEY, WHICH I HAD NEVER USED SINCE I PURCHASED THE HOUSE IN APRIL. IT DIDN`T NEED A CLEANING AND THEY TOLD ME SO. THEY INSTRUCTED ME ON HOW TO BUILD AND MAINTAIN FIRE. OUTSIDE THEY INSPECTED THE CHIMNEY AND THEN INSTALLED SCREENS TO PREVENT ANIMALS FROM GETTING IN. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND I WILL CALL AGAIN NEXT YEAR AS DIRECTED FOR A YEARLY INSPECTION.

Description of Work: I HAD MY ANGIE''S LIST COUPON, SO I CALLED THEM FOR A APPOINTMENT AT OUR NEW HOUSE. WE MOVED IN LAST FALL, SO I NEEDED TO MAKE SURE THAT THE FIREPLACE WAS IN WORKING ORDER AND CLEAN BEFORE THE WINTER. THEY WERE PROMPT AND AFTER LOOKING OVER MY CHIMNEY, THEY SAID THAT IT HAD RECENTLY BEEN CLEANED AND THAT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO CHARGE ME FOR A CLEANING. THEY CHECKED THE FUNCTIONS OF THE VARIOUS PARTS OF THE CHIMNEY AND SUGGESTED A NEW PART. THERE WAS NO PRESSURE AND THEY LEFT ME LITERATURE ABOUT THE REPLACEMENT PART. WHAT A REFRESHING SERVICE CALL! I WILL DEFINATELY CONTECT THEM WHEN I NEED THE REPLACEMENTS.
