Description of Work: The pre-treated and cleaned my living room carpet, up the stairs and the hallway on the second floor. They even cleaned the scrap of carpet I keep by the front door for people to wipe their feet on. They were on time, friendly and did a very good job. I will call them again next year.

I JUST DON T HAVE THE TIME TO DO IT ANYMORE SO I WENT TO ANGIE S LIST AND FOUND BILL S CARPET CLEANING. BILL IS A BETTER CARPET CLEANER THEN I EVER WAS. HE SHOWED ME TECHNIQUES THAT I HAD NEVER EVEN SEEN. WE ARE SO HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS THAT HE IS GOING TO DO MY OFFICE AND WE ARE GOING TO PUT THEM ON A REGULAR CLEANING SCHEDULE FOR OUR HOME.

Description of Work: BILL CAME OUT TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE. THE CARPET IN THE CONDO THAT WE WERE ABOUT TO MOVE INTO WAS VERY, VERY DIRTY AND STAINED. I WAS CONCERNED THAT IT COULD NOT BE CLEANED. BILL THOUGHT THAT IT COULD BE CLEANED AND HE WAS RIGHT. IT CLEANED UP BEAUTIFULLY!! WE WERE TRULY AMAZED. THEY DID A SUPER JOB AND SAVED US THE COST OF POSSIBLY REPLACING CARPET!!

IN FACT, THE FIRST TIME I HIRED THIS COMPANY SOME 20 YEARS AGO, IT WAS TO CLEAN MY SON'S BEDROOM CARPETING AFTER HIS MALE CAT LEFT HIS ''MARK.'' BILL SUGGESTED I WIPE THE WALLS FROM THE BASEBOARD AND 3 FEET UP ON EACH WALL. WHEN HE ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY, BILL EXPLAINED THAT HE WOULD NEED TO PULL UP THE CARPET, REPLACE THE SOILED PADDING AND THEN RE-LAY THE CARPET. ONCE HE CLEANED/DEODORIZED IT, THERE WAS NEVER ANY EVIDENCE AN ANIMAL HAD EVER BEEN IN THE ROOM!!
