They were great, always on time, friendly, did a nice job, and they cleaned everything up.

Well, these areas consist of fiid and wine assumptions. We previously had Mother's Day celebration and a full bottle of wine by accident. Then the stains from our outdoor 3 season room to dining room stains are gone. Our carpeting is drying at quick rate and feels on my barefeet so nice. The extra service of carpet stain prevention from the previous year was prevalent. Therefore we continued the extra service. CoVid19 readiness and co CERN was first most important before they entered the home. Thank you Daryl and your team.

They do a great job spot-treating carpet to remove stains, thoroughly clean carpet. Reasonable prices, good work, leaves the work area clean.

It was perfect. They moved furniture that need to be moved they put all the furniture up on styrofoam so it would dry under the legs of the furniture. They were fast and efficient. I have white carpet in one room and they got most of the stains out of that carpet. I would use them again.

This is the second time I have used this provider. I had them clean my carpet last year and was very happy with their work so I had them do it again this year. The swept the carpet, treated any stains and then cleaned it thoroughly. They even cleaned the small piece I keep by my front door for setting boots on etc. They were on time, went right to work and got done quickly. They are very good about answering any questions you may have. My carpets really look nice. I will have them back again next year.

The berber carpet at a Parma rental house was filthy, stained, smelly, and disgusting after tenants moved out. After Bill's Carpet Cleaning was finished, the carpeting looked practically new!!
