Windows Plus

We made an appointment for a quote for new windows. The salesman was supposed to be here at 9:30. At 9:40 I called to check on status and was told that the salesman had recently left to come to our house (which would have still had him arriving late). At 9:50, he was still not here. I called back again and received no explanation as to the tardiness or an apology for the inconvenience. We were incredibly disappointed with the way our appointment was handled.

Excellent experience working with Windows Plus and we are loving our new windows. Could definitely feel the difference.

They were excellent. They were the best with regards to the price. Every door I have opens and closes with two fingers. I have a old house with plastered walls and they saved the wood work inside so that it did not affect that at all. I love my doors so now they work really well as well. I will be calling them back again because I want them to do the windows now. They cleaned up after themselves after they were done too.

The owners came to the house and did all the measurements and quoted the price. The day of installation, the installers arrived a little earlier than they had planned. Worked out great for us. They installed all the glass block windows in the basement. Some were pretty tricky, but they did a great job. All the windows are perfectly centered and the boarders around each of the windows is smooth and solid. The guys did a great job and cleaned everything up when they were done. We're extremely pleased with the work, the windows and the price.

Our french doors were broken, so I had Windows Plus out to look at it and discussed replacing them with a new Provia steel french door and sliding screen. The sales rep was very informative and I feel confident we have a great door. It took over 10 weeks from the time I signed the contract and put a down payment on the door before it was installed, which was longer than I had hoped for. But I'm sure this is a busy time of year for them. The installers were on time and professional and we are thrilled with our new door.

They were professional in every way. Completed job in safe and timely manner. As of date no problems with any of the eight windows installed and they look great.

Our first contact with Windows Plus was at the Cincinnati Home & Garden Show, February 2013. We saw the same Provia product at several other vendor booths, but went with Windows Plus because the sales rep, Dennis Morris, spent an unhurried amount of time with us explaining the product and the background of his company. A couple of companies that we had previously used for replacement windows and replacement garage and passage doors hardly gave us the time of day, and left us with the impression that the project was too small for their consideration. Subsequently we visited the Windows Plus showroom and were again impressed by the courteous treatment and interest in getting our business. The project involved not only installing the new Provia Signet line fiberglass door, but also reusing a perfectly good Provia storm door that weathered well for more than a decade, and we wanted solid oak molding framing the interior to match that on a window bay. We were offered several days for the installation, and fortunately chose one with perfect weather. The installer arrived on schedule and set about his work efficiently and thoroughly. Overall, the installation took approximately 4 1/2 hours. We are pleased with the product and with our relationship with Windows Plus.

I got a quote from them and they're going to be doing some work for us. They scheduled the work and they will do it sometime in latter part of July. I put down a down-payment. We also got a discount because we were Angie's List members. And the sales guy was fantastic.

I met David at the Home and Gardens Show and decided to give him an opportunity. No pressure sales, very professional and very reasonable pricing. Tickled to have smooth sliding windows and they are really cut down the outside noise. Install was awesome and quick without the mess.

Everything went very well. Met with the sales person several times to place, review, and change the order. Dave was very easy to work with and very accommodating in working within our schedule. Once the order was placed, it took about 6 weeks to build the windows. This was basically the time line that Dave gave us. Once the windows were built we got a call to schedule installation. The work crew leader said that it would take 2 days to install and that is exactly what it took. I cannot say enough about the installation crew. It was a four man crew that were employees of Windows Plus. From the very beginning you can tell that they had worked together for a long time. Each man knew his resposibilities and went about his task with minimal supervision from the work leader. They were very courteous, clean, and good at what they did. They were very detail oriented in the installation and the cleanup after. Again, our experience with Windows Plus was very positive. I would, and have recommended them to my neighbors and friends.

About a month after windows were installed I went to open one in my daughters room and realized it wouldn't stay up. I called to have them come and fix it and they responded immediately. I put n/a for quality since I have not had them long enough to determine durability. They work fine as far as I can see and look nice.

I am currently working with Tom Stinchcomb from Windows Plus regarding the replacement of the windows and doors in my home. Tom has provided me with the prices for their replacement. However, we have not been able to finalize anything since I am still working on the financial issue. If financing is successful, we will proceed with the rest of the project.

I had several quotes from other contractors to replace the front and rear doors at my house. Tom from Windows Plus came out promptly, spent enough time to get a feel of what I wanted to do and gave me a great quote that not only fit in my budget but gave me a good feeling about the job that would be done. Once I made my decision to go with Windows Plus it took about 4 weeks to get the doors and set an appt with the holidays which exactly what Tom told me to expect. They arrived on 1/2/13 on time and Brian did a fantastic job installing the doors. I have an older house with trim that would be difficult to replace but Brian did a great job of removing the trim carefully and installing it back once the new doors were in. He was professional, courteous and did a solid job of cleaning when the job was done. Overall it was a great experience from start to finish with Windows Plus and i would recommend them wholeheartedly. Thank you Tom and Brian!

We met Rick Young, Windows Plus representative, at the Cincinnati Home and Garden Show. We were impressed by his knowledge of his products and we picked out an entry door that we really liked. We left our contact information with Rick. Later that week he contacted us to set a day to meet with us in our home. We met subsequently and put together a door/side light package to be installed by Windows Plus. Rick was really great to work with and gave us a great deal. The door was installed in the timeframe that Rick indicated. We really appreciate how Windows Plus wants the customer to be completely satisfied with their work. This is a company that truly puts the customer first. We highly recommend Windows Plus.

We used this company before for replacing windows. for glass block and for custom made windows in the basement. this was the 4th time we had them come and work for us. initially we wanted to replace the back door. however going over all the options we decided to go with the original door ( our house is 100 years old) and put a storm door on the outside. This storm door has retractable screen so there is no more changing glass to screen when the season changes. Tom came back to discuss a different solution for the transom until all problems were resolved. Their customer service is outstanding, their work crew is very professional they clean up after themselves. They have very cometitive pricing and very acceptable timeframes between order and installation.

Tom, my salesperson was punctual, courteous and very professional. He did not pressure us to make a decision. Tom asnwered all of our questions in a timely fashion. He told us the products would be ready to install in 6-8 weeks but the products were ready in 4 weeks. The installation took a total of 3 days. The installers were punctual and expert professionals who cleaned up after the installation of each item. My husband and I are very pleased with the products and all aspects of the installation. Windows Pus is a superior company and both of us highly recommend using them for window and door needs. We love our windows and doors!

Rick and Dennis - the co-owners - were very knowledgeable and answered many of our questions when we first visited their new showroom in Newtown. They provided us with a brochure and pointed out many of the extra features in the Soft-Lite windows. These features along with the transferable lifetime warranty on the windows, plus the f ive year labor warranty convinced us that this was the best window for us. Both Rick and Dennis came to our house and spent over two hours measuring our windows plus answering more questions from us. You can have great windows but if they aren't installed correctly you can then have problems. No problems with the Windows Plus installers. They were professional, courteous, cleaned up each day after themselves and hauled away our old builder grade windows. They checked each window to be sure it worked properly and took the time to show us how to operate them as well as clean them. The installers were absolutely great. We have had our windows for about a month and a half now. They look great, keep us warm and have made a big difference in how our house feels and looks. I have already talked with one of our neighbors about our windows and they too have decide to go with Widows Plus. Stop by and see the owners. I think you will be impressed not only with the windows but with the company as well. I know we were very happy with them.

They were prompt, professional, cleaned up after themselves and I was very satisfied with their work. I have had others comment on how nice the door looks.

Everything was completed exactly as ordered.

We needed new front entry doors. It was a bit complex due to a transom and arched exterior frame. Rick was exceptional at helping us decide the best approach to ensuring our new doors would "look right" once installed. Also the install was going to be a bit tricky. After multiple visits to our home and talking through everything, we came up with a plan. Rick assured us that the installers would be able to the do the job as discussed. Everything turned out PERFECT. The installers were excellent and made sure that everything was correct and done right. They had to do some minor carpentry work and it was done well too. Overall this was a great experience and we will use them again.

Called co. Salesmen came and helped me deciede what windows would be best. About one and a half months they installed windows. The men that installed were neat and cleaned up after themselves. They were friendly and I was very comfortable with them. Everything went well, no complants.

There are not enough accolades that can be heaped on this company. Through out the entire process from purchase to the final installation, including all requested repairs and those that were not requested but made anyway, Windows Plus provided extraordinary service and demonstrated the highest quality of workmanship (with the exception noted above). We did extensive research before we selected this company. The basis for our selection was their Angie's List reviews and the quality of their product line, and our prior experience with this company. In our mind there is no better window for the price and no better company to work with. They are always friendly and treated us as if we had known them for years. We are planning to replace more windows next year and for all the above reasons Windows Plus is our vendor of choice.

They coordinated their work with the deck builders, so the door could be installed the same day as the opening for it was cut. Everything fit perfectly. The worked quickly and the workmanship was great. They were courteous and professional. My only (small) concern was they forgot the thingy that the storm door lock slides into, but they came right out to see what was needed and ordered the missing part. The door was expensive, but comparable to the other bids I got, so I figure you get what you pay for. I will call them if I need another window or door installed.

Our seller, Tom Stinchcomb demonstrated his company?s exceptional quality windows and doors; Their one-man installer Brian Bale, arrived on time and professionally installed our doors and windows over a 4 day period. From the time he arrived he never stopped working. Brian made sure we were happy with his work and cleaned up every day before left. We love our new doors and windows, and highly recommend Windows Plus.
