We were very pleased with the service we received. This is the second time we have gone with this company as we were very pleased with the windows we bought in our former home. Our installer, Mike Tarter, was very professional and did an exemplary job. Nothing but positive things to sayl

Salesman (Michael) was very professional and initial quote was low pressure and quick (Much better than other window salesman!). Quotes were fair and after signing/providing deposit told windows would be ready in 8-10 weeks. After 10 weeks I contacted Windows Plus and they had screwed something up on their end but ended up having the windows installed about 2 weeks later. Installation went well. Everyone in the company is very nice and professional . Plan to use WIndows Plus for more windows in our home.

Mike Cone was my sales representative. He came to my house and did the measurements. He was able to design the door on his ipad so I could see everything. He did not pressure me into costly upgrades. My old door was in very bad shape and it was the dead of winter. The door had to be custom made. I was quoted 6-8 weeks and it was installed exactly six weeks to the day. The installer was incredibly nice and professional. He cleaned up his mess and explained all the features of the new door.

The salesman was great and the installers did a good job. The windows have reduced my energy bill

We hired Windows Plus to install two entry doors and two storm doors. They explained very clearly how the install would go and provided turn around times for all steps involved. We were very happy with the professionalism shown by both the salesman and the installer and will use this company again in the future.

Product quality is excellent. Brian did a very good job installing all the windows. We had 9 installed in Fall 2018 and the remaining installed in Feb 2019. Most of our windows are quite large (10 are 36 x 72 double hung, 3 are large sliders.) Two of the sliders now contain wonderful, easy-to-use mini-blinds inside the glass panes. We had a 40x60 slider converted to a double hung and had a new marble sill installed under another window. The initial process of ordering and measuring was very easy and efficient. The company is very flexible about installation scheduling. Highly recommend both the company and the product.

Custom front door purchase and installation (going from a double door to a single door with side windows.) Professional operation with timely communication and responsiveness. Prompt fixing of a small issue after the installation. Price was less than comparable companies, but still way too expensive for a front door.

It is perfect. Chuck was here for 2 hours. Cleaned up like he was never here. My wife is very happy with the new door. That makes me happy.

We wanted to replace the windows on one side of the house and, after massive research, had settled on Softlite windows. Windows plus are the only ones who install this brand in our area. The contractor came and gave us an estimate. We liked the product and the price was very competitive compared to the other estimates, so we decided to do the entire house. (We also had a 3-pane for the price of 2-pane deal). Scheduling the actual installation took time and there were some glitches with communication, but they were solved smoothly enough. The installation took one day and was handled very professionally. And the new windows proved to be worth every penny in the horrible winter we had this year! Plus, they provide amazing customer service after the installation. A screen door got off the rails (I banged my head into it) and they fixed it for free; one of the window panes was cracked and was replaced for free, covered by their all-inclusive warranty. All in all, a nice local company, very professional and personable employees, we would use again (but have no more windows to replace!) and have recommended them.

During the entire process, including the installation work, all displayed a high level of professionalism. The windows and doors look beautiful, and really have picked up the quality and feel of my home. I began the order process in August, and the windows and doors were ready for installation around mid-October. The installation work was postponed by one day due to very heavy rain, but to make up for the loss of time the installation crew worked devotedly through a weekend to see everything to completion. Because of the sheer size of the project, I did not want to wait until a last-minute walk-through to check the work, so I did a walk-through on my own two days before completion, and made a list of a handful of items requiring adjustment. Those items were fully addressed before the installers left. There was one production error - a picture window that arrived with grids - and I was promised that this will be replaced with the clear window originally ordered very soon; Tim, one of the installers, noticed this before I did. He also voluntarily replaced a couple of screens that arrived slightly warped/damaged in transit, before I had to even request that. I was very impressed by the installers, Tim and Ben, in their abilities with carpentry and the various skills required to do the finishing work of actually fitting the windows and doors into their various frames across my home. They set up a workshop in my garage and did all of the detail work there that was required to finish around the windows and doors, both inside and outside the home; it became apparent to me how critical it is to have installers with these carpentry and finishing skills, that without the fine job that they did in this regard the quality of the windows alone would not have meant that much. My only "B" grade was assigned because I think that the communication could have been a little better at some points between the initial order and the installation date, just an update or two would have been fine, and also perhaps a follow-up call from the installation manager at the project's completion. The warranties are excellent, however, so I trust that any issues that appear will be resolved. An acquaintance who had purchased windows from Windows Plus prior to my ordering had verified for me that they do follow through with their warranties and live up to their promise of service. Another contractor I had in the home this last week was so impressed by the windows, he was asking me for the contact information for Windows Plus. I was glad that I paid a little more for what I think are truly high-quality vinyl windows and high quality doors - both the product and the installation.

Very well, Replaced all windows in one day. replaced back door second day. Really nice crew that showed up. Very professional. We love the windows and door. I would recommend them for windows and doors.

My experience with Windows Plus was horrendous. My new door was installed right over the debris of my old door and a vacuum or broom was never used. I had to use my shop-vac to get what I could from the sides after the installers had left (chips of tile and concrete, not a smooth surface you would want to install a new door on). The caulk job around the door was very bad, the door handle was damaged from shipping (which they did not even notice), and my drywall was damaged from the install. Due to the damaged drywall the installers put a tiny bit of spackle in spots which is no way was good enough to be painted. I followed up with my concerns and the installation manager said they had people who could “make it look great” and asked if I had any paint from the room leftover and I told him I would take care of painting. They sent out the same guy who did the work before and he put on some more spackle (again not enough required to smooth out the area) and to my absolute disbelief told me I had to perform some light sanding around the area before I painted! I don’t think a customer should have to be doing any work on a door they have paid thousands of dollars for. They replaced the door handle as well with a second one which also has chips and discoloration which I’m going to need to have replaced again. They did not address the poor caulking either. When my sales person followed up I let him know I planned to talk to an owner so they could know of the troubles I was having before any other actions were taken. Sure enough I get a call from THE SAME GUY saying he had directions to come finish sanding. I want my job to be fixed correctly, did not want this same person coming a third time, and I had not talked with management yet so I told him I would finish the sanding myself and played dumb because of the awkward interactions I had already had. When I finally got to talk with the owner of the company, Rick, I am left speechless again. I explained to him the situation of how I was instructed to finish the sanding on the door. He tells me that I told the installer I would finish the sanding on the door myself which is why they didn’t. I clarify multiple times this was during a phone call a day later after I was told to finish the sanding, but the owner kept telling me it was per my instruction and was very rude. So I told the installer I would finish the sanding myself and he could leave and then call and complain that he didn’t finish the sanding? That sounds pretty stupid and the owner would not listen. After every issue I brought to the owners attention he tried getting me off the phone saying they would follow up with the installation manager and have someone come out to fix the job instead of listening to my frustration. I let him know I had other concerns and I felt like I was at a fast food restaurant when they keep giving you the new total to get rid of you instead of asking if there is anything else. I didn’t just want someone to come out to fix the job, but wanted to give some constructive feedback on the ridiculous interactions I had so they can improve their customer relations. The owner did not seem concerned with this and just wanted to get me off the phone. There were other issues I had with the sales representative Eric as well, but it would take another 5 paragraphs for that. I would not recommend Windows Plus to anyone looking for window or door replacement, and will actually be sure to go out of my way to condemn the company. I don’t mind dealing with a service recovery after work is not done correctly, but the arrogant and rude demeanor of the owner was certainly the last straw.

Very professional to work with so fat. We have not had the windows installed yet, but have ordered them. Installation is due 1 week of Oct 2017.

It went really well. Our windows look beautiful. We did not do a full frae replacement and did lose some window space, but overall it's not too bad. It's most visible on the casement windows. The sliding door is wonderful. Altogether we replaced 14 windows and a sliding door. I'm waiting for the winter to see how well they perform in air insulation.

The sales person, David, and the installer, Brian, were both fantastic. We are very impressed with the windows. They were incredibly professional and were a pleasure to work with. We will definitely use them when the time comes to replace the rest of the windows in the house.

Everything was perfect, from the professionalism of the installers to the quality of the product, to the overall price we paid. I would hire Windows Plus again in a heartbeat.

From the salesman Dave to the installers Tim and Mike, we were treated with the utmost courtesy, total professionalism, and friendly people. They answered questions, paid attention to every little detail, and cleaned up everything. I can't say enough good about Windows Plus or their products. They exceeded our already high expectations at every turn. We will be hiring them again soon for another project.

I was quoted for the softlite elements windows which are very nice but maybe a bit overkill for SE Ohio climate. Those windows were $2-4K higher than all of the other quotes I received. I reached out to the sales person to get more specifics for the basic model so I could compare features with other quotes. He referred me to their website even though I asked for the specific link/information on the frame and features to compare because it seems like every window company has multiple versions of their windows on their website so you don't know what window the contractor is allow to sell. Windows plus website doesn't have a link for the Barrington windows. He told me he would match any quote. How can I compare apples without the right information. It really adds to a buyers frustration if we don't get what we need. I am disappointed I could get theinformation requested without another at home sales pitch.

I will definitely Windows Plus to anyone who needs windows. It was all handled so well and so easily. The guys yesterday were great - love their personalities especially when you're around them for a full day. I appreciate how nice and clean they were - please let them know. I love my new windows, they look so nice and clean!

Everyone we dealt with from sales to installation was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We are satisfied with our new windows and feel that we got a good product for the price.

While we did not use this company I felt I needed to write a positive review based on my interaction with the salesperson Bill Muennich. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable - this is someone I felt comfortable with being in my home although he was a stranger. I would have ordered on the spot if it weren't for the cost. While the quote was actually reasonable in comparison to some others we received, we were not in a position to make that type of purchase. We did end up finding another company with comparable quality windows for a few thousand less.

It went very well, from the first phone call and initial consultation with Tom to the installation - which occurred faster than I anticipated given it was their busy season. Tom was very thorough during his consultation and made sure I understood what I was buying and walked me through the process. He answered all my questions and gave me his opinion on items when I asked. The installation was a two-man crew, it took two days, and they cleaned up everything before they left. I was very pleased.

We first had the front door and storm door replaced. Professional and courteous service from the sales person, person taking the measurements, and installation of our doors. We had a small concern and the owners Dennis Morris and Rick Young both came out to address and resolve our concern. We were so impressed with Windows Plus we ordered a new back door and storm door. We recommend this company to everyone who is looking for replacement doors.

Quality of products were great. Installers were fantastic. Very professional, they arrived pretty much on time, they were very careful while removing the old original windows and doors, which were very difficult to remove as the house is over 90 years old. They cleaned up after themselves very well. Two doors arrived damaged and they had to be replaced. We received no information as to how long this would take, after several phone calls and no return phone calls. The doors arrived almost 6 weeks later. Then the storm door on one was installed backwards, causing us to enter/exit the house with a 2 foot drop, instead of going down the steps. The storm door had to be re-ordered which took another approximately 4 weeks, again with no information as to how long it would take. It took 6 months from writing the deposit check in July to the last storm door installation at the end of Dec. All in all we are very pleased with the product, but communication with the office could be better.
