Bill was a no pressure salesman explaining all the benefits and features and everything went exactally as he said. Brian was our installer and even though we live in Dayton 50 miles away he was prompt and worked all day with out taking breaks, he was a plesure to have in the home and we had no problem leaving him there while we did some shopping. The new windows look great and they finished the windows off with new trim on both the outside and inside. Even though our old window flanges were incased behind the brick extirior Brian carefully cut the old out so the new could go in and there was no additional charges for anything.

The salesman, Bill, was no-pressure , well-informed, willing to discuss options and made great suggestions when asked. Their installer, Chuck, was superb. Very detailed oriented, neat, prompt, friendly. Excellent work. There were a few small installation issues which were promptly addressed. They reassured me before I bought and after that they would stand behind their product and installation. I really believe this to be true. Our house looks 100% refreshed! We love our new windows and would highly recommend Windows Plus to any customer. We have already passed along their name to neighbors and friends.

Windows Plus did an excellent job. Their crew installed our windows and the aluminum coil trim in the dead of winter, but did a great job. I'm very pleased with the work that they did. The windows that they installed are superb in every way. I used to hate opening my windows because they were hard to open and in bad shape. It was also a hassle installing and removing the screens. I now love to open my windows because they are beautiful and they easily slide open. Also, the screens are built in and can be slid to one side or the other (or top to bottom) as desired. I also feel much better about how my home looks from the curbside due to the aluminum coil trim that they installed over the brick molding. While it was a large monetary investment, but I don't regret it. I would go with Windows Plus if I had to do it again.

We interviewed several window companies and felt, after quite a bit of research, that Windows Plus and the Soft-Lite Elements windows would provide the best value. Eric, our sales representative, was very courteous and professional and we felt that received a very fair price for the windows. Chuck and his installation team were tremendous, working through inclement weather. Everything was done in less than a full day and they could not have been more polite. They took care of our home as if it were their own. We had a slight issue with a screen and Joe from service came out the very next day to fix it. This was the first time we have ever purchased replacement windows and we are very pleased with our decision to go with Windows Plus.

Let me start off by saying, if I could give the whole buying and installation process a grade of higher than A+, I certainly would. From the start with salesman Bill M., to the office staff and finally Ken and Bob the installers, everyone was professional,courteous and exceeded any and all expectations I had prior to my purchase. Bill showed up exactly on time at the house and did a thorough presentation that was quick and he answered all my questions. The windows and doors arrived a week earlier than promised, and were installed the Monday after the Friday I was called to set up an install date. The installation process was quoted to take a day and a half and would be finished at noon on the second day. On Monday Ken and Bob arrived at 8:50 am and they were finished at 11:50 am on the second day as promised. On day one, they had removed all 15 windows and the entry door and had installed all the new windows and door in 31/2 hours. For those of you wondering if you should get new windows during the winter months in Cincinnati, be assured that this is not an issue due to the short time that your home will be open to the outside weather. Perhaps the strongest part of my review would be the work of the installers Bob and Ken. These two gentlemen are Windows Plus best asset! They were on time, polite,super efficient and even fun to talk to. I know some customers have concerns about tradesmen working in their home and a fear of security issues. You can put that concern completely aside with Ken and Bob. The installation process went smoothly and they completely cleaned every scrap of material both inside and outside of the house before they left, as well as the first night of the job. They vacuumed all wok areas and cleaned every window and door both inside and out. No window streaks or factory stickers were left on any of the products. I know that this review sounds over the top, but that is what kind of job this was. Over the top good! I highly recommend anyone thinking of replacing windows or doors to give Windows Plus a chance for your business. P.S. I also received estimates from both Gilkey and Champion and both were well over $2000 more than I paid at Windows Plus. Mere words alone can't express how elated I am with my new entry door. I've waited quite some time to replace an aging/damaged entry door. From start to finish I was completely satisfied with the customer service, the attention to details, and craftsmanship of their products. My sales rep Eric was very knowledgeable and prepared me for every step of the process. My installers were both timely and experienced and very helpful in helping me understand the features of my new door. Unfortunately Entry doors are REALLY expensive, however, Windows Plus provided very competitive pricing. Highly recommend!!!

I am very pleased I contacted three windows contractors, Windows Plus stood out from the crowd. They explained their product and gave me a decent and workable quote. Price alone would be enough for me to have chosen them to be replace my door, but they followed up, answer all my questions and showed a real desire to do the best work they could. Very professional company from the sales man to the installers who went the extra mile to ensure the installation. Cleaned up as if they were never there, yes I would highly recommend this company and I would use them again.

We had a seal go out in the largest window in our house in January. I had to buy foam insulation and plastic to keep the furnace from running 24 hours a day. I had received 3 competitive quotes, the Windows Plus was in the middle, but they were rated very good on Angies list. Their windows were better than the offering from the other two people that I had quote, and came with a lifetime warrenty. The only issue that I had is with the salesman. I was planning on doing the back of the house in the spring, then the front of the house in the fall due to the cost. I did not think that I could afford doing the entire house at once, and wanted individual window pricing so that I could afford the front or back. I had asked multiple times for individual window pricing, but kept getting a total quantity. I took at least a couple of weeks to get the quote correct. He also missed one window that was required to be tempered and was not quoted as tempered. We split the upcharge for the tempered glass. The installers arrived on time the day of the installation, and got to work quickly. The lead installer had three other people. The third person had responsibility of cleaning up after the three installers, and cleaning the windows. There was not a spot on any of the windows after the installation was complete! The installers after the first couple of windows were removed asked if I was aware that the trim around the windows was nailed through the frame of the window? They said that this voided the warrenty the day they were installed. They installed aluminum flashing around the windows instead of the trim so I will nevery have to paint window trim again. The new windows are installed perfectly. The installer I would recommend to anyone. They were done maybe around 6:00, and the entire house had new windows. All of the installers were professional and did a incredible job. I did have one window pane crack on one of the windows the following winter. I called them, gave them the dimensions of the window. It was the center pane of glass, so there was no issue with the seal. I think it took two weeks, and they had the replacement pane here and installed. I think they have good follow-up service as well.

They were competitive. I think they're more expensive than probably the middle and the lowest but their quality was definitely much better. They had no trouble following up when we had some issues with the windows. They had somebody out here take care of it like the next day.

Fantastic experience with Windows Plus compared to other window companies. Very responsive, great produce and NO GIMMICKS!!! They have not yet installed the windows/doors but will be doing so in the near future.

I would definitely refer them to people and I have over the last few years. Our experience with them was great. They were able to come out on a weekend, which worked out with our work schedules. We didn't have to take off work to get them installed. The salesman was very knowledgeable about everything. He was upfront about the different types of windows they had. We wanted the middle grade window and he told us the pros and cons of going with the middle grade and not the top grade and didn't try to oversell the top grade one. He told us that unless we were going to going to stay in the house for 10 years or more, then the top grade one would be good; but if we were going to stay in the house not as long, the middle grade one would be better, just because you're not going to see the return on your money if you're not there as long. The installation went really smoothly. We've seen a difference in our electric bill, ever since we had the three windows replaced, even though we have 12 windows around our whole house. We were impressed with the quality of the window. We had done some research online of the brand of windows that they sell and that brand had high reviews.

It went great. They were very professional and business like. They were quick and efficient and did what they could to accommodate my scheduling needs. After getting other quotes, I realized a little more than I would have liked but I do believe I got a quality window.

He came as scheduled to give us an estimate. Once we agreed he said it would be about 6 weeks. About 6 weeks later he called to schedule installation. The installer arrived on time, installed the window, cleaned up and took away the old one. It was a breeze!

From start to finish, Windows Plus was an excellent company to work with. Shawn Stevens came out to give us a quote and his presentation was professional, comprehensive, and friendly. Shawn helped me choose a color for the door and the hardware. He gave us the best price of the three companies that gave us quotes, but that wasn't the only reason I chose them. The quality of the door, their guarantee, and their reputation also factored into my decision. Our doorway is an odd size and instead of charging me for a custom-made door, he came up with a way to cut the door so it fit into the doorway. I really appreciated that, especially since this is already an expensive purchase. The installers were also professional and friendly. They worked extremely hard and installed the door in a timely manner. I was very impressed with my experience with Windows Plus and would work with them in the future. I highly recommend them.

Everything was fine. The installer did a good job, but I am not sure if he followed all the procedures for the led based paint on my home. When the installer left I could not close one of the windows. I had to stand on a stool to close it from the top, I was afraid of falling. I called them the next day, they sent someone out right away to make the window easier to close from the bottom.

They were very prompt in getting me a proposal, explained clearly my options and what they would do, and they were the best price hands down. More importantly, they offered a product that was the best in all comparisons and showed up on time and did a very neat and complete job. There were some boards that needed replaced, they informed me and did the work without charging me (this was not part of the proposal). they followed up after the job was complete to see if there was anything I needed done to make the installation better or changed, nothing was needed. I was quite surprised on the level of customer support, I felt like I was the most important order they had at that time. Great company and I will never buy a window or door from anyone else!!!!

It went well. They came out when they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves.

They had a good better best option for us. They completed the installation early September. They cleaned up the job sight well. The crew was professional. We did have a slight issue, and their technician took care of that promptly and quickly. I really enjoyed working with them.

Everything was awesome. Brian came out both times to do the windows. He was like a little energizer bunny. Everything was done professionally and with great follow up. They didn't push for the sale. I knew that I needed 15 windows and 3 storm doors total but couldn't afford them all at once so they gave me the freedom to do them as I could afford to. Since I have completed all of the windows I have received my first utility bill and it has been decreased by $30.

When they came to measure the windows they were very quick about it. I mentioned this and I said can you get an accurate measurement and they said its fine we have been doing this for long time.When the windows came, I came home from work to see how they were doing and the first thing they said we can’t find the right window for the opening but its okay we will find it. They as I came into the house there was an older man trying to move a window to the basement and he was about to drag it across the wood floor when I stopped him and then the co- worker helped him. I had to go back to work but when I came back I saw a man running to his van who had a bandaged leg and then I went upstairs and found another co-worker leg and knee bandaged and cleaning an area. He said they broke the bathroom window taking it out but they were able to put the new one in okay but left several dark stains on the carpet that doesn’t come up.The owners came afterwards to see the incident and asked to see the room . They said they were sorry but they good workers and surpassed this happened they would be back to finished the job.All they could say was don’t your windows look great without inspecting their work themselves. But I found out they really didn’t know these workers at all but sent from the manufacturer of the windows to the job and was fired from them after this incident. They did not come back that day only to get their tools and left. My husband came home that night and the story was told him and he went around checking the other windows. He found many broken glass pieces in our front room and we were never told something was broken in that room. The molding was not done right and a sloppy caulk job around the windows. Some of the caulk was removed and replaced and it was better but there are several windows in the house now you can see which could of have been done better.The one large arch picture window was taken out so to replace the molding on it but was cracked as it was replaced back in the opening. It had to be reordered.The only comments from the owners were given sorry about but we have learned a lot from this job and doesn’t your windows look great! I also called up about our two larger than normal bedroom windows because when you open the blinds in the morning the windows were all foggy and their answer was it is okay because it proves your windows are sealed tight.But these are the only windows that are that way in the house. We told at the beginning all the work is done in house and we know our installers, they have been with us for years and we get repeat sales because of their good performance. We expected no less either and was not told they were trying to expand their business and trying new way of doing it! I hoped for more professor job and now we will have to replace our bathroom carpet ourselves.They didn’t offer to do it themselves or a give credit on the final cost because of the poor job given to us. They do look good from the street! They also insisted on a check for payment and were not not told about this ahead of time.

The doors really nice. They were great about coming out. They were imformative. They got the work scheduled and the work done. There follow up was lacking on one issue, I wasn't blown away by it, but it wasn't something that needed to be done. I would use them again.

We were very happy with the windows and doors we chose. Bill Muennich was our sales person and was very helpful in deciding what we needed. Bob, Ken, and Dave find the installation which went very well. Everyone was prompt. Installation was done in an efficient and clean manner! We would recommend Windows Plus!

The crew was top notch. Very clean, polite and courteous. They ran into some problems with my previous windows but kept everything positive and continued to install in a thorough and professional manner. I wish I had this crew for all my remodeling work. The salesman, Tom was very easy to work with and explained everything to me in a complete and reassuring way. The crew arrived on time and even the company owners dropped by to make sure I was satisfied with the work being done.I couldn't be happier with my windows. In my mind they put an extra effort into all aspects of the sale and installation and I would highly recommend Windows Plus.
