Description of Work: Outstanding job !!!! I did a lot of research on window replacements and the windows I received from Windows Plus could not be beat. Ordering the windows was easy, installation was excellent, and price was just right.

Our salesperson Rick was great - very professional, knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to us in detail. We got triple-pane windows at no up-charge. Everything looks wonderful. I definitely recommend this company and the windows they sell.

Description of Work: Sliding Patio Door on one house and all New Windows on second house. Price was not lowest, but not highest. Quality was what I wanted and so far is on par with my expectations. Installation was superb. Actually went above and beyond expectations. Replaced blinds and shades which were specifically stated as homeowners responsibility. |

Description of Work: From the moment we talked to the sales rep at the Home and Garden Show to the moment the installation team left our driveway, everything about Windows Plus has been geared to customer service and satisfaction. We did our homework and invited five different companies into our home to present their products and Windows Plus met every requirement for us-appearance, efficiency, construction, price, guarantee, service, and recommendations from friends. The installation team was top of the line. Bob, Dave, and Kenny were professional, but also very personable. They patiently answered all our questions, took great care to respect our property, and made sure everything was cleaned up after the installation. Details that were important to us became important to them. We're planning on going back to Windows Plus when we are ready to have new doors installed.

Description of Work: Windows Plus could not provide the services I needed, but they were extremely helpful and referred me to another firm that could. Because they were so courteous and so helpful, I would certainly call them again if I required the services they provide.

Description of Work: Bill was the salesman. He explained all about the windows, was not pushy about buying any windows. We ordered 14 double hung, triple pane windows with full screens on Saturday, Mike came out to measure on the following Tuesday (took about 30 minutes). We were told it would take around 8 weeks for the window to come in because we wanted white inside and a non-white outside. The windows were installed the Wednesday before the 8 weeks were up. Bob, Dave & Rick installed all 14 windows in approximately 7 hours. It was a beautiful day and all went well - I was impressed how smoothly the whole thing went. When they were finished, I was completely satisfied - they did a great job and the windows look great inside and out. I would definitely use them again - I highly recommend Windows Plus.

Description of Work: They replaced 15 windows in our ranch home and they look great! Their crew replaced all of the windows in one day and it was around 19 degrees most of that day - serious crew from Windows Plus. Because of the cold weather they replaced one window at a time to limit the outside air coming in to my home. Unfortunately, when they finished it was pretty dark and some scrap metal and broken glass were missed in the clean-up. However, one call to Windows Plus and they sent someone out in a day or so to go around our home and grab all debris that was missed in the initial look over. | |In summary they had the most competitive price, my home is now quieter and more efficient and they were responsive to a follow-up issue. Couldn't be happier and would recommend them to anyone looking for new windows. Thanks Windows Plus!

Description of Work: The window price and quality were very good and competitive. I got the triple pane windows and they are very quiet, very efficient, and nice looking. My only complaint is that some of the new windows are difficult to lock, so we have a call into Windows Plus to come out and improve the situation.

Description of Work: I purchased three windows and converted a set of French doors to a sliding patio door. Salesman was great, Office personnel were great, but the installer left a little to be desired. Not clean enough during the job and the final product was acceptable but not great. He could have benefited greatly from another person, especially on the door.

Was happy with the product presented (soft lite elements) but decided to go with another company. Salesman was very professional, understanding, and not pushy when I told him I decided to go with the other guys! Would consider them in the future.

Description of Work: We had a storm door and 2 windows. The whole experience was very nice. I have a crazy schedule and the willingness to work with my schedule was awesome. The Storm door, Very nice and the install was a complicated one and the time and quality was great. And for the windows. Wonderful, we were hesitant on getting Vinyl but the wood grain look for the interior and white out side was awesome. The match with our stain was turned out to be a match. Over all the worker, Bryan, was amazing with his patients and cleanup was very neat and clean. I would and will recommend Window Plus for replacements.
