Great work. It took a full week, but worth the wait. Good family business.

We thought that they were terrific. I knew somebody that had used them years ago. I was so impressed with this company. It is owner operated. They came out and helped us decide what we needed to do. They were prompt and they worked so well together. It was very cold and they got the windows out, back in and sealed in three days. They look beautiful. It made a huge difference and we were very happy. The company honored the Angie's List discount we got.

I thought that they were well priced and they are a family owned business near me. I thought their product was very good. They did a really good job installing and cleaned up good as well. They are easy to work with and friendly.

The salesman arrived promptly and was very pleasant, helpful, and informative. After booking the job, the owner of the company came a few days later and reviewed the details. He was very helpful and did not try to sell me anything I did not want. The windows were ready when promised and the installers arrived promptly and trucked away all the old materials. The reason for the lack of all "A" ratings is simply that there were a few dirty spots on one of the windows and less than pristine yard when all was over.

The windows are Low E fiberglass, they are the best quality, the installers were wonderful, they sent a crew of two men that removed the old seven windows and installed seven new windows, and caulked them beautifully in three hours. They did an amazing job, I called back later to see if there was an easier way to open and close the windows. They sent a man out to come out and spray the windows with a silicon spray to make it easier. My house is from 1895 and everyone of my windows have stain glass in them. They are century windows, the top pane had five small squares of stain glass in wood framing. And they let me pick out the colors from another company and he ordered a grid from the manufacturer and he did all the appropriate work to get them to fit. He then took them to a studio, they cut the glass to the exact size and they glued the the frame and the windows back into the original. They look almost as authentic as the original. They did an amazing job, I would use them again.

They were very professional and it was very well done. I felt like the price was reasonable. They got us scheduled quickly and they were done in 3 hours.

They were very friendly. I like the product, I haven't had any problems with them, the price was OK. I would recommend them to others and use them again.

The 20 year old factory grade windows in our house were in sad shape and were overdue for replacement. We had discussed window replacement with three of the big named window replacement companies in Cincinnati. Then, I found Windows Plus on Angie's List and called them. Bob Bales came to our house, spent time going over his products, taking window measurements and writing up a quote. His prices were very attractive in comparison to the competition so we signed on the line. The wait for the windows was a tad longer than expected because of the color selection but was not out of line. Windows Plus scheduled the installation date, arrived on time, worked very hard and completed the job in the quoted two days. They hauled away all of the old windows, screens, hardware, etc and cleaned up the area acceptably. My suggestion to anyone considering window replacements is to call Windows Plus first. They do good work.

They were professional and on time. They were nice people and we were happy. They were fair and honest. They were ok with us doing the windows as we had the money.

Great. Found out the problem was the flashing on the roof and not the window as first expected. Tom reviewed the situation and suggested the course to correct did not involve him providing a service besides his expertise knowing the window was in good shape. Leak has since been corrected by local handyman and no more leak. Thanks, Tom. A true professional.

Bob Frye came out on a Saturday to give me an estimate (the day after I called). He was very professional and knowledgeable, explained all options and even pointed out that the purchase would be eligible for a tax credit. The installers arrived at the scheduled time, were courteous, fast and professional. They explained any details about the products I needed to know and cleaned up the work site. I am very happy with my purchase. Being relatively new to the area, Angie's List has turned out to be an invaluable source for me.

As I said, "Couldn't be any happier!"

Bob came (the owner), took measurements, and we discussed the options at length. We decided on a fiberglass, double paned, two-paneled slider, Low E with argon. On the day of installation, the workmen (Brian and Tom) arrived exactly on time, and proceeded to do an efficient and thorough job. They didn't rush, answered questions, and left no mess; and a couple of hours later, we had a nice, new window that I hope lasts a long time. Bob said that if there is ever any problem to just call, which is the other half of good service, backing your product and workmanship. I would recommend these folks to friends and family.

The experience was great from start to finish. The estimate was in the middle to high range with other companies. We actually paid a little extra because we thought they were very professional. The doors look spectacular. They fit perfectly. The old doors really leaked in air, but with the new doors you can't feel anything. I would definitely hire Windows Plus again. They are worth every penny. The final cost and the estimate were right on.

We had used Windows Plus 3 years ago to replace all of our windows in our house and were extremely pleased, so when it came time to replace our doors they were the only one we called. As before the entire experience was an extremely good one. From Tom coming out to help with our selection, which wasn't an easy one, to the installation they are top notch. Our doors are absolutely wonderful. We replaced our front door and side panels with a fiberglass door with lead glass. I don't know how it is but it is even more beautiful than the picture. They are so very polite, timely and clean up that we had nothing to do after they left. We are disappointed that we will not be able to use them again, but I want everyone else to think of Windows Plus when they are in need of doors or windows.

From my meeting with Bob Bales to the installation and clean-up everything went very well. The men did the installation on a day the heat hit 100 and they did an excellent job. I had certain special needs for the windows, caulk used and clean tarps and Mr. Bales was very amenable to accommodating me. I was never pressured, was offered the option of only doing one window to see if I could live with it, and was never told the product I was buying was something other than it was. A serviceman came back the next day when a few pleated shades were lose and some metal ties for the garage were lost. He made new ones on the spot. I cannot say enough good things about this company from the beginning to the end of my experience with them.

Tom was on time, knowledgeable and professional. Really couldn't be happier with the overall service and final results. I would definitely recommend them to others and would not hesitate to use them again.

They responded promptly to my request for an estimate and were polite and helpful in discussing the estimate. The work was done ahead of schedule and in less time (one day) than estimated. The installers were pleasant and careful, important since they were working around furniture in the living room and they cleaned up well when finished. They did an excellent and attractive job of installation. There were no problems.

I am extremely pleased with the outcome and entire process from start to finish. I contacted and received written quotes from 5 different companies, all of whom received high ratings from Angie's List. Windows Plus was the only company that convinced me they had the necessary expertise to confidently and expertly handle my project. The salesman/owner, Tom Stinchcomb, was very knowledgeable and low key. He convinced me right away that I was dealing with the right person/company. Much to my surprise, his quote was the lowest of the 5 companies I contacted! The two men who installed my windows were very experienced and completed the entire project in less than 4 hours. They arrived on time, were very respectful of my property, and cleaned everything up after they were finished. I have total confidence that I received a quality product that will last for many years. I hope I can do as well with my other home improvement projects.

Top notch service from the day they came to our home to give us an estimate, to the day our windows were installed. I found this company on Angie's List and after reading the very positive responses from other homeowners, I knew they would be the ones to do business with. We received excellent NO PRESSURE customer service, and I cannot stress enough that if you need new windows, you need not look any further than Windows Plus. Our new windows look fantastic and the price was right! We shopped quotes from 4 companies, and no one could come close to these guys. They arrived on time and installed 9 windows plus a new sliding glass door in under 5 hours. The installers were courteous, professional and didn't leave a speck of dirt behind. I will recommend them to everyone, and will certainly use them again in the future. They were hands down one of the best companies I've ever dealt with, with no gimmicky sales presentation or pushy salesmen. Thanks to Tom & Bob for being so nice to us!

Excellent service in all categories.

The entire process from sales visit to installation was excellent. The salesman was knowledgeable and educated us on our window options. He also told us about a special glass company to get our leaded glass panes repaired. Installation only took 6 hours for all 12 windows! We found a crack in one window a day later. Called the company, they instantly ordered a new window for us. It came less than two weeks later and they installed it the next day in 15 minutes.

Salesperson was very helpful, knowledgeable about the product and accommodating to our schedule. Installers were on time, efficient and skillful. The job took exactly the amount of time expected. A perfect experience from beginning to end.

I feel that they did a good job, they came right away when I called. I am very pleased with the job. I had to wait for the window, only because it was specially made.

The man was very honest and said they did not need to be replaced but needed to be sealed. He referred me to a glass company.
