Windows Plus

From Tom, our salesman, to Chuck & Rick our installers, we experienced professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, and a genuine desire to satisfy us. The installers were efficient, and knowledgeable about the windows and we asked several questions about the installation that they quickly and completely answered for us. They also cleaned up the site completely. The new windows look great and we are very happy with them. The quality appears to be everything that Tom said it would be and we feel the windows are worth the price we paid. Dennis and Rick also came to the job site to see if we were satisfied with the windows and to be sure that everything was going smoothly. My wife and I will certainly recommend Windows Plus to anyone who needs replacement windows.

everything was great. they had to come out twice to measure our custom window because how the hole was cut initially it was a not square and we had to have the concrete cutters ( not from windows plus) to come back. everything was just fine with windows plus.

From the beginning consultation at our dining room table to the final completion of this project, Dennis Morris (owner) took fantastic care of us. He is probably one of the most personable and professional businessmen we've ever met. We've hired contractors in the past that you couldn't seem to find for dust after you signed the dotted line, but Dennis was at all times just a phone call away. He was always friendly, helpful, patient, and professional. He kept us informed at every stage of what to expect so the whole job ran as smoothly as we could have hoped for. The crew he sent to actually do the work were just as professional - they were friendly but got right to work and kept working. Other than a lunch break I don't think I ever heard those hammers stop pounding! :) They did a great job of cleaning up when they were done, something we all know does NOT always happen. As for the siding, etc. they did a fantastic job and we are thrilled with the results. Every time we drive through the neighborhood now and come upon our own house we think, WOW, that house looks GREAT! We made our decision to use Windows Plus after speaking with a few other contractors and have no regrets whatsoever. Pricewise, they were about in the middle of our other quotes, but servicewise they were par excellence. We cannot recommend this company highly enough!

I spent $125 on their services. The price was great because it included the service call and the work performed. I will definitely use their services again in the future.

They were fast. They were very good at cleanup. They had offered a premium window upgrade. Instead of getting double pane, I got triple paned windows. They were responsive and came on time. I would use them again.

I have signed up with them to have the windows replaced. They will be doing the work before the end of the year. The quote was for $6000. They were very prompt and professional. They were very informative. I will consider them in the future.

I contacted Windows Plus and was called back the next day to set the appointment to meet the salesman at my home. He arrived promptly (5 minutes before the appointment time), knew his product, understood exactly what I wanted. He recommended 3 possible color choices, wrote the order after measuring the door frame, and understood I'd have to present it to the HOA Board for approval the next night. He left enough printed materials that I could easily include in my application to the HOA Board. When I received the acceptance, I called to schedule the installation. I'd been told it would be about 3-4 weeks; it was 5 weeks from sales call to installation. I called at the end of week 3; was told the door was in from the manufacturer and i'd be scheduled "soon". Same thing week 4. 3 days prior to installation we were called to schedule it. Installation was quick and clean. The door looks and works great. I 'd have Windows Plus work on any window or door project again.

They came on time and pretty much did what they said they were going to do. There weren?t any big surprises. The windows are of pretty good quality, and they installed them pretty well. However, nobody every followed up when I complained about some windows that were really stiff to open up. They didn?t fix that for me. I did do some comparisons, and their prices seemed reasonable to me. I guess I would use them again in the future.

Dennis met me at my house with samples and provided me with literature and a quote. In the subsequent days, he patiently educated me in response to my questions about spacers, joints, Argon, low E coatings, etc. The combination of a competitive quote and this excellent service sold me on Windows Plus. Though I was a bit slow to pull the trigger (as I was preoccupied by my day job), when I did, he was able to get me on the schedule quickly. Brian was my installer. He worked quickly and in a quality way, cleaning up pretty well after he was done. His above-and-beyond moment: there was an old window in my stair well that I opted not to replace with a new vinyl window...but it had a cracked pane, so I asked him to leave me one of the old windows so that I could eventually swap it out on my own when I had some free time. I came home to find that he had swapped it out for me! Very nice. Also, months before this job, I had a piece of aluminum trim along my roofline--not related to my windows--blow off my house in a storm. Dennis and his guys at their shop fabricated a replacement for me. Admittedly, it was just a few dollars' worth of material, but it was certainly not any responsibility of theirs to help me--again, above and beyond. Lastly, Dennis was helpful in getting me the paperwork for the warranty and the manufacturer's certificate for tax credit purposes.

Great. When I called for an estimate, he was able to visit the house and provide it within a few days. Tom arrived promptly to provide the estimate. When we called him to schedule the work, it did take about 2-3 weeks but we did not mind. He completed the work, cleaned up, and left us with a much better looking room.

Former owner Tom came out and explained my options for replacement windows. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and inspired confidence; I was going to shop around more, but having seen the Pella and Champion reps, he just blew them away, so I signed up on the spot. It took a month for them to get the windows ready and come out to install, but I had said beforehand that I was in no rush. Dennis came out to collect the rest of my payment while Brian installed the windows; Dennis saw my bible study book by Ortberg on the table and remarked that he had read a lot of Ortberg's work. Brian and Dennis, like Tom, were first-rate people. Brian did a great job installing the new windows. If I had any complaints, it was that Brian could have done a better job cleaning up. It wasn't bad, but he did leave some insulation on the lawn and in the house; and a fair number of concrete pieces, dust, and a couple parts from the old windows; and the new windows had some sticky tar and dirt smudges on them, but I can excuse that. The important parts of the job were done well.

He was quick to come. He answered all of my questions. It worked out fine.

I chose this company off of Angie's List. I called them and they came out within a couple days to review what I needed. Initally I had planned to get two windows, but their prices were so good I ended up getting four. The salesman was very nice and not pushy at all. When the windows came in, they called me at least a week in advance to schedule installation. The installer, Brian, was very professional and did a great job, he cleaned up well. I was very, very pleased with this company and will use them again as we replace more windows. Thank you for a job well done.

I called Window's Plus for an estimate on replacing my two biggest old windows. They came out to estimate the job when it was convenient for me. They told me it would be 4-5 weeks before they could do the job, which was exactly when they did it. The installer arrived within a few minutes of the scheduled time and did a great job. He was very professional and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely use this company again.
