Description of Work: The company is very professional. My sales consultant, Tom, listened to my wants and needs and provided me with high quality windows within my budget. My installer, Bob, was excellent and very knowledgeable. I will be calling this company back for additional work to replace my front door and a two panel sliding glass door. Work completed was replacing a three panel sliding glass door and 11 windows that included 4 tempered glass windows. Double pane, double hung, $6000.

Description of Work: We obtained an estimate from this company for some windows and storm doors. They were punctual and very helpful in describing their services. For example, they mentioned the tax rebate that the other company didn't mention until after we got further along in discussions. However, we ultimately did not go with Windows Plus because their estimates were $50-150 more than the other company for each item (which we had had previous experience with). They probably would have done a good job based on the estimate interaction with them.

Description of Work: We obtained an estimate for replacing 19 double hung windows with comfort line fiberglass windows. Bob Bales was very friendly and gave a good explanation of his product without being overly pushy. We did not like the fact that there was an extra cost to customize the interior color and ended up preferring the look of wood windows, so did not choose this company for our work.

Description of Work: They replaced an old window with a fiberglass one. They did a terrific job. Tom came out and gave me the estimate even though it was only one window. I had a problem with water coming in the old window. He ordered the new window, and 4 weeks later, an installer came to put it in. He was very nice and did a good job and neat work. He trimmed it out in a way that was acceptable to me.
