Description of Work: On 8/11/16 we bought a leather sofa, love seat and chair. Our salesman was Mark. Mark and our invoice indicated all furniture would be delivered at the end of August. The sofa was delivered the next week to our house. The delivery guys were excellent and took the utmost care getting the sofa up the stairs into our house. At the end of August, after not hearing anything about the chair and love seat, we contacted Mark at Watsons. He said he would check into things and call us back. Not hearing back we called him again the next day. Mark indicated that our furniture was coming from overseas and would not even be in the country until 10/15/16. At that time we told him that our invoice, along with him, had told us the delivery would be the end of August. Waiting until 10/15/16 was not acceptable. Our old furniture had been donated and we had a large party planned on 9/18/16. Mark then said he would contact the supplier to see if he could find out anything else and possibly get a different delivery date. After not hearing back from him, we called him again after a couple days. He then said he was not sure that it could possibly be in by mid September but he had no way of knowing. We asked if there was anything else we could do, possibly purchase the store models or contact other stores to see if the chair and love seat were available. Mark said that Watsons would not sell the store models and was still checking to see if it was available at any other store and would call us back. After not hearing back again we called Mark and was told that he had checked and no other Watsons had the chair or love seat in stock. Still no idea on a delivery date. On 9/9/16 we called and requested a manager. We spoke with Jerry and explained what had happened over the past 2 weeks. He said he would check into things and call back in 2-3 hours. Not hearing back from him, we called on 9/12/16 and were told that he was off work that day. At that time we asked for the General Manger of Watsons, Mr. Price. We explained all circumstances to Mr. Price and he referred us to John. We explained everything again to John and he said he would check into things and call us back. In a couple hours John called back and said he located a chair in Louisville and a love seat in St. Louis. He would have them sent up to Cincinnati and they would be delivered to us on 9/16/16. We were greatly relieved that finally someone at Watsons seemed concerned enough to do the right thing and help us get the furniture that we had purchased. On 9/16/16 the furniture was delivered by 2 other delivery guys who also were excellent. The delivery guys had us examine the furniture and we all noticed a tiny tear in the back of the chair and at the bottom of the love seat. They told us to contact Mr. Smith at Watsons and he would arrange for someone to come out to repair the tears. We have left 4 different messages for Mr. Smith, on 4 different days, beginning on 9/16/16. To this date we have not heard back. We have never experienced this kind of treatment and lack of customer service from anyplace before.

Description of Work: They sent a man out to dig the hole who didn't know what he was doing and destroyed the yard along with the pool by slinging the boxes around with his digging machine. Watsons took the pool back but said there not responsible for a nothing the guy digging does even though they contracted him. So the yard was a mess until we had east gate pools come out and fix it then bought the pool from them.
