Tom did a great job installing a replacement microwave and trim kit into a custom built cabinet, replacing a really old bathroom exhaust fan and replacing 8 electrical outlet boxes from 2 prong to 3 prong outlets. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and worked efficiently!! It was nice to have it all taken care of in a day.

I hired Tim to replace a front door and adjust the interior doors in my condo. Tim was very professional, on time, well prepared, and took his time to explain what the job entailed. Crew was professional, talented, flexible, and neat.

They made sure the replacement basement stairs were extra secure even with a difficult installation. They cleaned up better than they found the area and even had to move a very heavy old cook stove.

Tim and team did an amazing job on several repair jobs at our condo pre-sale. I have already hired them for a couple projects at our new home. On time, communicative, and great to work with - can not recommend them enough!

Wish I could give this company even more than 5 stars! We have an older home with a cellar basement and our walls were crumbling and letting in water. When tim and his team were done our walls look completely finished and dry. It is a whole new space. We were very impressed by Tims expertise, he was able to look around our old home and point out needed maintenance and repair. His team also cut out old piping in our basement. Added tiger jacks to further secure our structure and raised the sagging in our house. Also added a sub-pump and a new spigot. This team does it all! Not only that but for a very reasonable price. They went above and beyond to make our repairs perfect. Will definitely be using this company for all future work we need done.

Great experience! Besides repairing two windows, Tim also repaired three cabinets, door handle, flooring and a closet door. Great care was taken with each repair. Both my husband and I are very happy with the quality of the service and are already planning on using them again for our next project. Highly recommended !!!!

Quick thorough knowledgeable completed

Really impressed with everyone from start to finish. Talked with Tim initially and he coordinated the various projects and times. Richard and David arrived ready to work. Both of these men moved from job to job, answering our questions and quickly completing each task. They arrived early the second day and did not take a break until the work was complete. Richard and David were professional, courteous, and very oriented toward customer satisfaction. We had a ceiling repair and Tim had a separate crew to finish this repair/replacement. Erin and Scott showed up ready to complete the project. They were courteous and completed the job in a timely manner. A pleasure watching a team work together. We could not have asked for a better experience all the way around. These folks were proud of the company they worked at. Did a great job cleaning up after the job were completed. We will use Tri State Complete Home Repair in the future and will happily recommend them to others. Job well done.

This group of skilled professionals did a fabulous job. They are not the cheapest nor are they the most expensive but they are very thorough and skillful. I was especially pleased with the fact that they kept all commitments regarding time and work that they promised. In addition to that they checked with me on a regular basis about the project. Working with Tri-State Complete Home Repair was a wonderful overall experience. Tim ensured that the best, most reliable professionals were assigned to my basement remodel job, and he always went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the end product. Richard and Andy also did phenomenal work on my basement, doing everything from pouring new concrete footers to installing new metal support beams, adding stability to my home and buying me valuable piece of mind. They did this while meeting the specific criteria that we had negotiated beforehand, and even took a few opportunities to deliver additional things that I did not even originally ask for (removing newly unnecessary walls, removing shelving, etc.), at no extra cost. Very cool, kind folks. Halfway through my basement remodel, I also identified a need for a boiler repair - Tim got someone on the job within days, and my boiler is now quieter than it has ever been. Highly recommend this company!

Amazing company. We needed 13 windows re-screened and had the hardest time finding a company willing to do the job. Tim didn t hesitate and was willing to take the job. He was easy to communicate with and the work was top notch! We will contact this company again whenever we need anything at all done. He shared pictures of recent remodels of kitchens and baths that were gorgeous! They do it all!
