Tri State Complete Home Repair and Maintenance

We had a problem with our bathtub and sinks not draining in our house that has weird, old plumbing. It was taken care of very quickly and we couldn’t be happier with the service. We have had their help with many different fixes now from plumbing to drywall to door replacement and every time it has been fixed up perfectly and the guys have been absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!!

Both men I spoke with were polite, professional, quick, efficient.. all in all a very good company to work with. TJ hung multiple paintings for me, correctly set bookcases that didnâ t fit! Tim, the owner of this company is on the ball!! I would highly recommend them and will definitely rehire should the need arise.

They called right back within 2 hours after I called Angie. Started the job when scheduled and showed up every schedule day. Always cleaned up when leaving job. I expect to use them again on my next job.

Tim and his crew did an excellent job restoring damaged wood floor and baseboards of my older home. He took the time to find a solution in matching materials since they no longer make the flooring or baseboards for my older home. The end result? You could not tell it was a restoration as it appeared like the original materials. Unbelievable craftsmanship not to mention professional demeanor. Will I hire him again? Yep! Iâ m sending him a list of my needed repairs with confidence that the job will performed to my satisfaction. Thank you, Tim!

Had to replace an ancient Jenn-Air drop-in range with downdraft (installed in 1979) with a new LG duel fuel gas stove/electric oven range slide in. Knew it would take some work. Randy and Dan were great during the installation. Tim was very responsive.

Good workmanship. Bathroom conversion. Took out tub and added shower.

They were very professional and worked very hard. I will definitely call them again.

I received a call back within an hour. They sent a young man the next day. He worked diligently to put my Christmas lights around the columns on my front porch and across the areas between the columns. He set the timer. Everything worked, all was lit. It did not take him long to complete the job.

I had dry rotting underneath the sliding glass doors and the wall next to the door. Frank was able to replace all the rotting wood and floor boards in a prompt and timely manner. He did an exceptional ob! We are very pleased and will definitely use Tri-State for future projects.

After hitting wall between garage doors. Call numerous companies Only wanted to fix garage door. They were not interested in fixing home. Finally called Tim at Tri state. He assured me they were handyman services and could repair house. When Simon came assured me it was no problem Fixed and reinforced area and also minor garage door repairs. Cleaned up after himself Beautiful job. Would call again

Have had Tri-State do several projects. All have been done quickly and well. Latest was cutting an egress window into a concrete foundation for a lower level walkout. Tri-state had to coordinate several employees to do the job and it turned out great! Along the way they picked up a few smaller jobs and handled equally well. They make sure to do things the right way as well, which I appreciate.

We cannot say enough great things about Tristate Complete Home Repair! We just finished up a partial renovation of the interior of our Hoosier Homestead farmhouse, and Tristate did a fabulous job! Excellent work done efficiently! We had a lot of work to be done and Tom tackled it all skillfully and meticulously. And he was a pleasure to work with! He was here for 4 weeks and we enjoyed having him here. Tim, the own, was also great to work with. I would highly recommend Tri-State and will use them again!
