Eric was great. We recently purchased a home and the hardwood floors were iin terrible condition. It appears that there was likely water damage and/or a lot of wear and tear on the floors. We had Eric come out and give us an estimate. He let us know that due to the condition of the floors that they would require to be sanded four times to get them ready to be stained. The results were extremely impressive and we loved the color. Eric was always professional and he achieved results that have blown our family and friends away. Our floors look and feel like brand new now. We highly recommend Totally Floored now.

The floors look amazing! He is very polite and professional. He was able to answer all of our questions. Once we get this house sold, we plan to have him finish the floors in our other house as well.

I recently purchased a new home in which I found hardwood floors that needed refinished. Eric Wolffram offered a free inspection and estimate for the work he provided, and his consultation was very inclusive. He described the process he would use to sand the floors, any areas he considered problem spots, and expectations for his completed work. The floors were pine and he explained that they had been refinished at least a couple times before, but that he could turn them into beautiful floors again. We were under a pretty short time constraint as we needed the floors to be completely finished and able to be walked on within two weeks of our initial consultation. Eric made his schedule fit ours. While completing a beautiful job on the floors he consistently asked for feedback on the tint of the stain and the expectations for the finished project. His work was beautifully completed and his interactions were polite and informational. The floors were transformed when Eric was finished and he even threw in the extra shoe molding he hadn't used to complete the job for us to use another room in our home. I cannot recommend this business enough. From the courtesy and concentration to the inclusion during the process and the exceptional follow-up Eric was professional and skilled at his craft.

Eric did our floors only months ago. Unfortunately my wife and son tried to move a dresser without any assistance. My wife dropped it and it left a serious gouge, and 10" long scratch. Eric came out, told us he wasn't positive how good he could get it to look because of it's location on the floor. His experience in touching up floors must be good because I honestly cannot even find the marks. He is so great to work with and very reasonable priced! Thanks Again Totally Floored!

Amazing!! The owner, Eric is very polite and professional. He is very knowledgeable and walked us through the process so that we would know exactly what to expect. He did such a beautiful job and exceeded our expections. The marks and deep scratches from the previous carpet and our dogs are know longer there. The new color and shine look incredible! We used to be embarrassed about having people over because our floors were in such rough shape. Now we are excited about our first gathering at our home with our new floors! We absolutely recommend Totally Floored Inc to our family, friends, neighbors, and anyone looking to have their hardwood floors done. We can't wait for him to do our second level next!

His color matching is unbelievable! I honestly cannot tell where he stopped to his original work. After the first day I was worried it was not going to match very well. Eric was insistent that he was going to get it to match. Over the next two days he got it perfect! He showed up on time everyday, was incredible easy to work with, and cleaned up very well. A+ provider!
