Description of Work: Five tree stumps removed

Description of Work: This company performed work for a neighbor. After performing the work the company's large truck and trailer parked in front of my home and ran up over the curb into my yard. My wife and I actually saw them park the truck, but did not see the damage until after they left. They caused a rut about 6 inches deep and about 20 foot long. I called them the next day regarding the damage done to my yard. I left a message, but they did not call back. My wife made a second call and talked to a representative who said that they would send someone out to look at it. They never did and did not return a third or fourth call. Damage was significant and ugly but not enough to bother filing a claim in small claims court.

Description of Work: Called for an estimate for tree stump removal. They did not call me back for 2 weeks. By then, I had called another company and had the stump removed within a few days.

Description of Work: This was one of four quotes I requested for removal of a dead tree and trimming a few branches from another. My initial call was answered with "Hello" as if I had reached a personal phone as opposed to a business. When I verified that I had reached the correct number my request was taken by the person who answered the phone. The company owner and Arborist arrived without appointment about a week later. I walked around the yard with them and was a bit concerned about their desire to do more work than I was requesting. Their quote consisted of a single price written on the back of a business card. The quote was much lower than any of the other three I received. Despite their excellent reports on Angie's List and the extremely low price I chose to go with a company that I have done business with in the past. I do not wish to discourage other's from using this company, but they seemed a bit too much like two guys with a chainsaw instead of a real business for me to be comfortable in hiring them.
