They were very quick. They did not try selling stuff to me that I didn't need. They showed up on time to look at the roof. They cleaned up everything before they left.

I got 2 estimates and I this company made a fairer estimate. They guy was honest and up front. He was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. It was done in a timely was and a good price.

I thought they were fine. They had the superintendent and quality control guy come out when the job was done, and went over it. They saw several things they wanted fixed. They took pictures of the problems, and had the team come back out and fix it.

My skylights and chimney started leaking almost as soon as we purchased our house. Though the previous owner told us that neither leaked. I contacted The Zero Company to install three new Velux skylights. Though it took a month to get the work completed (since the delivery of the skylights from Velux came cracked). When Velux shipped the second time Zero quickly came in and installed them. In addition, they re-flashed our chimney. We have a limestone chimney running through the middle of our house which was leaking. They re-flashed the chimney and so far it appears the leaking has stopped.

Representative made me go on the roof to inspect an area of concern. Recommended to replace siding and removing roof for a new patio room. Would not guarantee job. Violated patio room warranty. Was quite pushy.

Pricing was competitive. Sales rep addressed our specific needs, even recognizing and attending to some repair work not directly related to the roof. Workers were courteous and considerate. Workmanship was very good. They left the area nicely cleaned up.

I noticed a leak in an upstairs closet during a big rain that turned out to be the flashing around the chimney. I was worried that it needed to be fixed as soon as possible since water was coming in. When they came out to give the estimate, he forgot to put on the work order that my house was bring in water. So instead of coming out in a few days, I had to call a week later to find out where they were. As soon as they realized the error, they came right away. Very apologetic. Otherwise, it was a easy fix. The estimate was nice in the fact that they emailed it to me the same day - no waiting for it in the mail.

I am satisfied with the service. They performed the work quickly and on the date promised.

They guy who sold the job was thorough and gave me references that I could look at before I made my decision.

I had trouble with the receptionist, it was difficult to set things up, but after that the job went well.

This is in regard to roofing, gutters, and siding work recently performed for us by the Zero Company and in particular our salesperson Sean Goddard and the superintendent Rodney Calhoun. Sean was great throughout the process. He explained the types of siding available, and the advantages and disadvantages of each. We had trouble deciding on colors, but Sean patiently showed us color tiles and offered suggestions along the way. The crews were always present on the scheduled days. They did a great job with the tear-off and replacement. Missed spots were noted and were corrected in a very reasonable amount to time. I was somewhat displeased with the cleanup. Many roofing nails and snippets of siding were left around the house. We picked up quite a few of these nails and snippets with just a walk around the house. I think the work crews could have done the same. Overall we are very satisfied with the job by the Zero Company and the resultant appearance of our house.

Many questions through the whole process. Very responsive. Water damage during project, and again very responsive. Extremely polite. Took very good care of the work site. The finished product looks very good and solid.

Followed right after a roof tear off replacement. Took slightly longer than expected, but well worth the time because the contractor was VERY good, and went above and beyond on a number of occasions.

I called 6 places found on Angie's List after I found the roof leaked. Sean Goddard, the representative, was very professional, prompt, honest with me. Of all 6 companies, Zero Roofing Company was the all around best price for the high quality of work that I wanted, and most talented group. In fact, one other company told me flat out that I should call them because they were the most talented. Sean drew up a contract for me, and they began work promptly on the roof. There were some small details of miscommunication regarding the contract but I was very pleased with the way Sean handled it. Also, a small section of gutter was damaged accidentally and they kindly replaced it with a better product in a timely manner. I would call them again if I have further roofing needs!

Requested a call on Wednesday. Work was estimated on Thursday and completed on Friday. They were up front and very easy to deal with.

When they came to give a quote, I was pleased with their knowledge and professionalism. After I received the quote in the mail, I spoke with Sean Goddard and explained that I was having work done on another house causing a tight cash flow. I was impressed with his willingness to lower his price and he also offered a 12 month SAC program which sealed the deal. William was the foreman and he was polite, and answered all my questions with confidence and the workers cleaned up each day after work. After the work was done, I met with the superintendent, Rodney. I showed him some shingles that had been overlooked in the beds and one exhaust vent that had not been painted. He took care of this within a day or two. I was impressed with this company from every aspect and would recommend them to anyone.

Called the emergency line at 6:30am for a significant leak. They initially said someone would be there at 7:30 or 8:00, then called an hour later and said it would be between 10:00 and 11:30. They arrived at 11:30, found the problem and repaired it. They said they would send an invoice. Two weeks later, I have yet to receive it.

Later their salesman Shawn was very helpful in describing the solar tubes they sell. I did not choose them for this project, but was satisfied with their response to my request for an estimate.

The estimate went very well. Sean did a great job explaining our current issues and how they came about and how, when they completed the job those issues would not happen any more. Their pricing was the best we have seen so far as well as it looks like they have the best product we have seen, but we are not looking to do this project till next year. I am sure that when we do tackle this project we will be using them.

The Zero company gave me the best estimate on this job. Some companies were looking to charge over $4K just for the box gutter work. Their initial estimate was $3400 for the box gutter and the garage roof. In addition, when they removed the box gutter, they discovered that some wood needed to be replaced and this cost an extra $600 for the materials and additional work. Scheduling the box gutter work was the most challenging as the sheet metal people are very busy. But Rodney at Zero kept me informed of when they could make it. The crews that they sent out to do the work seemed very knowledgeable and competent.

Very polite and professional, did the estimate quickly and explained the details of the work and the costs.

The Zero company gave me the best quote for the work to be done. I had a leak where the roof line from the garage met the house. It had not been flashed right. There was water damage and Ants in the wood. I also had a similar area in the back of the garage. They quoted me to replace the roof and repair and flash the whole side of the garage. They started the roof but didn't look at the water damage under the roof. I came home and had them stop the work until a manager came out to look at it. They removed a large section of siding below the roof line and found water damage, which they were able to repair, and then continued the roofing job. It took them well into the second day to finish. I can only say to anyone having major work done to be around while it is being done. They would have fixed the roof, but not fixed the water damage unless I had been there. Over all they did a very good job after I complained. I was satisfied with the work.

Jim Harris provided an estimate a few weeks back; he was professional, informative and thorough. Once the estimate was presented and accepted, work began within a few days and was completed entirely within three. From start to finish the Jim and his team provided excellent customer service, making sure to keep me informed every step of the way. The project leader kept in touch with me the entire time and even scheduled a walk through once the project was complete. I was very satisfied with the level of customer service. On a side note, the company came in with the lowest estimate but was superior in service, professionalism and responsiveness, by far.

They were prompt, the quality of work appeared to be excellent, and they were very friendly to work with.

We had to hire Critt'R Catch'R to exterminate squirrels before work could begin. Then The Zero Company came out right away and did repairs.
