We ran into Swept Away through a deal on Angie's List. Well, suffice it to say that after that first visit, we've had them coming back to do our house every month since. They pay a lot of attention to the little things, they're absolutely trustworthy (they actually have a key to our house and do their job unattended) and always leave a note with the next month's date. My wife and I are both professionals and we work a lot of hours. It's great to know that we can count on them to keep the house clean, in tip-top shape for us. One of my favorite things is that they make the beds and if you want them to change the bed, they do that too. Great folks.

This was the first time I have used their services. They arrived on time and even called the day before the appointment. Two young women, Lisa and Emily, came for the job and they were great. They were very nice and professional. I had a few special requests and I was pleased with the work that they did. They spent about three hours. They provided their own products and cleaning equipment. It was a great experience.

It was spectacular! Zaffi, Carrie and Shanay came to clean my house the day before my daughter's birthday party. Gina was amazing at setting up my appointment with only a 2 day notice! I cleaned up most of the clutter before they got there because I knew that they had their work cut out for them! They even offered to help me finish moving some things before they got started. They thoroughly cleaned each room, even those I didn't think they could clean much in, looked amazing! They straightened up my daughter's room as a special surprise for her because of her party and her birthday! They were fantastic and I look forward to having them back to keep my house looking so fantastic! Thank you ladies!

Carrie and Latanya from Swept Away came over for a four hour cleaning service. I told them the big focus was on the floors and bathrooms. These two ladies went above and beyond my expectations. Not only were the floors and bathrooms upstairs and downstairs looking fantastic, but they did so much more than what I asked of them. There wasn't a place in the house they didn't touch with their cleaning wand. I could probably write a novel about how every single room (especially kitchen) and item in the room looks brand-new, but long story short, these two ladies did an amazing job! What was always great, was how they were so polite and playful with my 6-year-old son. Both Carrie and Latanya had phenomenal personalities and the highest professionalism. I DEFINITELY recommend this company to anyone looking for a cleaning service.

LaShauna and Tania were great! They were right on time, asked me what I needed done and got right to work. They worked non-stop for the entire four (4) hours. My house is sparkling clean. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to my friends, neighbors, family, etc. Thank you LaShuana and Tania for a very clean house and the excellent service you provided -- the two of you totally ROCK!

I liked everything. They were prompt, on time and thorough. They were quick. The special they had online was very reasonable. They did a very good job.

Carrie and Shanay came to help clean my house as I was getting ready for a house full of people for my son's birthday party. While I did laundry and clutter pick up, they did all the things I always want to get done that as a working Mom I never get to. They cleaned out my oven, dusted ceiling fan blades, washed all the woodwork, crown moldings in the house, detail scrubbed and dusted each room. With their two extra set of hands for 4 hours plus mine , my entire house was PERFECT by the time they left. They were both friendly and courteous, and very careful with my things. I will totally book them before my next party. My only regret is that I cannot afford to have them in every week!! Grade: A+ Thanks guys

This experience has been a million times better than I could have hoped for. I feel like I'm always fighting doctors, administrators, schools, bills, McDonald's!...everything to get things done right. It never seems to end. We started at the top of Angie's highest rated housecleaning list and NO ONE called us back. 5 companies. All voicemail. Swept Away actually has a live person answering the phone. He's great. One time I left a message and was called immediately back. Gina, the manager/owner, was the one to come to our house and give us the estimate. She was great. I liked her immediately from the start. And she was exactly on time. The quote was reasonable, very well worth it, and she left thanking me and promising me excellent service. She wrote her cell number on her card and encouraged me to call anytime. A+ Miss Shanay has been here twice. I believe Sarah was with her the first time and Carrie today. I really can't express how thankful I am for them. They are passionate and proud of the work they do and it shows. Gleamingly :) A million A+s to Carrie and Miss Shanay! Thank you for caring about my family. For working so hard and right through your lunch time to get everything just right. For encouraging me and being kind to my children. Thank you. Thank you. Everything went great....deal was four hours, only took cleaners three hours. I am getting an hour credit towards a future cleaning.

The appointment scheduling went smoothly and quickly. The two women showed up on time, were very pleasant and one started working immediately while I walked the other one around the house to show her a couple trouble spots and explain 2 things important to me: put things back where they are, even if it seems odd. I'm very short, and because I have difficulty moving sometimes, I have things where it's easy for ME to work, not someone taller or more agile. I also mentioned my cats had vomiting issues, which I cleaned the best I could but I can't get on the floor and clean as I would like, so please pay particular attention to that. I pointed out one larger spot between the living room and a hallway. We encountered a box of furnace filters that my neighbors had brought in for me from the porch. She was nice enough to carry them into the garage for me. I left for work, left my cell number and asked them to call with any questions. When I returned I was happy with the floors and the tile in the bathroom, it was sparkling. However, they never cleaned the makeup mirror. Some items on the counter were rearranged despite my request to return things to their original positions. I'm not talking millimeter, I mean things switched from a corner to middle of a long vanity. I then noticed the very spot on the floor I pointed out as needing special attention was still there. A wastebasket in another room was in a corner, not next to the chair where it had been, etc. Things like that could be corrected with time and discussion, but what really bothered me was that night when I was checking my alarm, I turned it on and the music was BLARING OUT at max volume. I turned it down, and checked the rest of the controls. They had not only cranked it up but changed channels and not bothered to change it back. If they had called and asked, I would have said OK just return it to the original station, but the fact that they felt they were entitled to a free concert using my stuff was inexcusable to me. I found out in talking the neighbors that they heard it across the double driveway between our houses. It was also interesting that the price they gave me for routine every other week cleaning was just $90 not even close to the $199 I paid.

Everything went great. They completely cleaned everything they said they would and even left the house smelling nice.

My experience with them was good. I like that they did a thorough job and the house looks nice.

We own a duplex and our renters recently moved out, leaving the place slightly dirty My husband called Swept Away to get an estimate for the unit and Gina came out right away Gina was prompt and did the estimate When we decided to accept her services, she scheduled 2 women to do the work right away The 2 women who arrived were very prompt, early in fact They cleaned, making sure to notify me of all difficulties

Over the years I've hired a number of house cleaners. This clueing was far and away the most thorough. They did an excellent job, were cheerful, friendly, and professional. I will contact them again when I want to hire a house cleaner.

The team arrived on time, in fact, they called and were able to be here at 11:00 on the dot. They cleaned the required walls, an the vacuum cleaner and even mopped the kitchen floor. Nancy and Laurie were the consummate professionals. I would most certinally have them back to the house again.

They did a great job! They were professional, friendly, and thorough. I would definitely have them come out again.

They answered our call promptly and their representative came out and talked to us so we were impressed and after the initial contact with them that we felt we would give them a try and also their company is located close to us. We have given them the key yet but we have had the same two girls out here for the first two visits and I speculate we will get comfortable enough with them to give them the key. They bring all their supplies and equipment. They are here between two or three hours. Our house is not easy to clean;they come out look at your house, ask you what you want done and determine the price is based on that.

Swept Away's people arrived promptly as scheduled and did a great job cleaning our home. Plan to use them again.

When the ladies arrived my husband was not there yet and they kindly waited even though this was my fault. They did a great job and I could definitely tell a difference when I got home from work

The start of the process was a bit rough as far as scheduling and all. When I first called, I left a message (the phone wasn't answered by a live person) but did receive a call back. At that time, a date was set and I requested a call to let me know a time so that I could plan my day. As of the Friday before the Monday scheduled, I had not received a call back. In addition, during that time my fiancée had called and left a message thaw she says was not returned. I was told that normally Swept Away doesn't schedule times because their regular customers just leave them a key and they can come and go as they please. However, I was promised a call a few minutes before the cleaners were going to arrive. I received that call and arrived to find the cleaners sitting in my driveway in a late model, well maintained vehicle with the company identification on it. At that point, all of the problems and issues just stopped. The two technicians came into the house and immediately went to work. They didn't stop for the four solid hours they were there. They cleaned like my home has never been cleaned before. I have used cleaning companies periodically as a bachelor living alone. :) Every single surface was cleaned, in detail and extremely well. The house was spotless. They were hard working, efficient, professional ... I just don't know enough superlatives to describe these wonderful people.

They have a very comprehensive service. They always show up when they say they are going to and do a very thorough job.
