Swept Away

They arrived a little early which I appreciated because I needed to go to work. They asked what I wanted and then walked around to decide how much they could do in 2 hours. They accomplished everything I asked for. My house was sparkling clean. They also explained what services they offer in case I wanted to use them in the future. There was no pressure about that which I liked. I would definitely have them back.

Two female workers arrived at 9 am instead of my scheduled appointment time of 1 pm (this is a vacant apartment that needed cleaning). One of the workers complained the entire time she was doing the floor that the work was too hard for her to do. They spent most of the time on the phone talking to someone from their office. The other worker cleaned the inside of the windows only & did not clean in between the screen & the window. They started in the basement & I spoke to the owner & he expressed that the workers were very unhappy & wanted to leave. I agreed to pay them for one our of work, which came to $80. If they would have told me from the beginning that they didn't have any men employed I could have gone with a different company and not spent the $80. They were told 4 different times that I needed men to do the work. I even told them when they were on their way to the job that it had to be men & one of the female workers said ok.

The three women that came in actually did the cleaning were exceptional. Professional, kind, hard working. The house was beautiful when they left.

They were very good. They're all A's.

I hired this company for my BFF, who recently had back surgery. When asking her if there was anything I could do for her, she said the only thing she needed was clean floors. She called me last night just as happy as she could be, and said her kitchen and bathroom have never been as clean as they are now. Thank you!!!

LaShaun, Tania and Shaunte came to clean the living room and dining room, but they were so quick that they also cleaned the kitchen, bathroom and hall. They did not have to be asked to do the additional rooms. They just kept cleaning! They were friendly and willing to do whatever I wanted. They brought ALL their own equipment and cleaning supplies, which were also clean and sanitary. My house looks great and I will definitely be using Swept Away again and I will request to have these ladies back! :)

Zaffi and Heather have been great! At their first visit, my massive amounts of dog hair and slobber didn't phase them in the least.I was so embarrassed and they were sweet and supportive. They came again and even let my cat in ( I didn't know she was out). They have been professional, kind and very responsive. I have scheduled them for every two weeks. I couldn't be happier.

The girls (Zaffi and Stephanie) are professional, polite, and fabulous! They started working the minute they got here, and went non-stop for 3 hours. They cleaned from the ceiling to the baseboards, mopped floors, cleaned bathrooms, sliding glass door, kitchen, vacuumed, dusted, made the bed and cleaned all the doors and cupboards. I couldn't have been more satisfied. The owner, Gina, has developed a great team, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

They are wonderful. They have been out several times. There were no additional costs to the $150 Big Deal. I had a good service. They come back every two weeks. I like their performance and professionalism. There is really nothing I dislike.

This is the 4th or 5th visit, we are now on a 2 week rotation, and Zaffi and Heather are OUR team! Love these ladies! Friendly and professional. If all Swept Away teams are this good then kudos to the company. But, we think we have the Best with our Team!

We have had the crew at swept away clean the house bi weekly now since last spring. It has gone very well and we will continue to use their services. It is such a nice feeling to come home to a clean house. The crew is not necessarily always the same but the service has always been very good. They clean all the major areas of our house and do a thorough job. We have a dog that they treat very well too. We almost always are not at home when they come and feel very comfortable with them being here when we are away during the day. Thanks for our clean Swept Away!

Great job by very pleasant ladies

Ladies were very courteous and paid attention to detail. Would definitely use the company again. Arrived on time and worked the entire 4 hours.

I called and talked to a guy named Chris. When I asked if they could spot clean the carpets he said they could spot clean. However, the person who was there told my realtor they don't do anything with carpets but vacuum. I called him back to talk about it, and he hemmed and hawed about it this time. The short version is I wound up getting another cleaner to come in and do the carpets. For the whole rest of the house, they missed cleaning the smudges on the walls by switches and electrical outlets and I wound up having to clean the baseboards right below where a bunch of the debris from the electrical work had settled. There was a huge clump of dust in the middle of one of the bedrooms. All the windows and doors were left unlocked overnight, and they didn't put the blind clamps in right, as two of them fell when I went in to inspect them. Two of the blinds had been broken. None of the windows were locked and some of them weren't shut all the way. But hey, they were clean. The front and back doors were also left unlocked. On top of that, they charged almost four hundred dollars, and didn't even have to move any furniture or appliances as it was an empty house. However, despite there being no "valuables" in the place, leaving a house unsecured with a " For Sale" sign out front is inviting copper thieves, who view listings, to come and rip the place off.

I purchased a deal for four hours and they did the work on two separate occasions. They were very thorough and did a great job.

Came in and really did a great job on the work that they finished. we have kids, and bathrooms were dirty I am sure. for the time spent I would have thought they could have gotten more done, but I guess with the number of rooms and kids, it was just not enough time. the women who came out were very thorough and diligent - bathrooms have never been better I had to have them come out a 2nd time to complete the work. While I have already hired this firm again, I would suggest you clarify the scope of the work and the amount that will be completed for the price quoted.

Terrible-didn't even swap the floors! They cleaned the bathroom and kitchen but my place is tiny-to sweep takes 10 minutes max. Terrible quality.terribly disappointed.

Gina was very personable and friendly during our initial meeting. She addressed all of my questions professionally and completely. I felt as if she were honest and trustworthy. My wife was home the first time when the crew arrived Nancy,Jeannie and Christina. She showed them how to work the front door lock (digital)so they knew how to lock up and get back in next time. My wife went out of her way to text me when she arrived home to say how impressed she was with the cleaning the girls had completed. That in itself was a feather in my cap if you know what I mean since it was I whom chose swept away. I'm glad I did because the girls came back for the second visit and did a fantastic job again. We are very happy and will continue to use their services. Thanks Gina and crew.

First visit the quality was great, second visit different team, not the best quality.

It was good. We ended up hiring them for an extra hour. We have about a 3,000 sq. ft home. We had just moved into the house, and it was pretty disgusting from the previous owners. We primarily had them focus on the bathrooms and the kitchen.

I was able to set up a cleaning date with the company quickly and was thrilled by how fast they could get in to clean. They asked for a list of the main things I wanted cleaned, which I provided, and they pretty much hit everything I wanted done. The bathrooms were cleaned well, the kitchen looked good. The carpets were all vacuumed. They even folded the edges of our toilet paper (which I thought was cute). I had a hard time telling if the fridge was cleaned, and there were some high shelves that weren't wiped down like I was hoping, but the house still looked great when we finally moved in. I would gladly use them again or refer them to a friend.
