Swept Away

Description of Work: Two ladies from Swept Away cleaned our entire home and did a great job! Will not hesitate to call them again.

Description of Work: Could not schedule service - the phone rep I spoke to said they did not have openings on Friday afternoon, which is the only time I am available. That should have been stated if that truly is the case.

Description of Work: They spent 2 hours cleaning the house. Included bathrooms, carpet, ducting, et. I was only concerned about the bathrooms and general cleaning - not sure what they could do in two hours. They ended up doing the whole house, including dining room and kitchen hardwood floors, all carpets, counter tops, etc. Great work - will be the first company I contact when I have the house cleaned again. |

Description of Work: They did a really poor job on the hardwood floors. They missed cleaning the floor around the fireplace completely and the remainder of the floor was just mopped over quickly and a lot of dirt and spots remained.

Description of Work: The team was extremely thorough, not to mention very polite and professional. I was very pleased with the work they performed, and they went above and beyond in some, more difficult areas (master bath/hard water). There was some confusion about the time and the team left before the 4 hours was up. When I inquired about the issue, I received a quick response and apology and was offered a credit for my next cleaning. I have used their services again and was quite pleased.

Description of Work: We hired Swept Away to do a deep clean on our home and decided to have them come every month and clean. On the first visit, they cleaned EVERYTHING so well that it felt like a brand new home. We now have monthly appointments set up and we could not be happier with the level of service and attention that they have. They hire a wonderful set of professional and attentive employees and are great at communicating preferences we can change and when the next appointments are scheduled

Description of Work: While they did a good job, I had used Merry Maids before and felt they did a more thorough job. The two ladies who did the cleaning were lovely though.

Description of Work: They were very professional and punctual. The communication was excellent. |I would hire then again for general cleaning but I bought this on a big deal and it was advertised as detailed cleaning. Overall the did a good job it was just not detailed cleaning.

Description of Work: They cleaned my bathroom(thoroughly), kitchen, dusted furniture, blinds and windowsills, vacuumed all carpets and furniture. Wiped down pictures and mirrors. Cleaned all the wood work and dusted ceiling fans. They were very pleasant and did all the work with smiles on their faces. Thank you so much.
