Sure Thing Pest Control

It went really well they were very helpful. They actually had to come back and came back and took care of the problem, so I was very pleased with them. They charged me more than the big deal price but it was fine because what I needed them to do was not a standard pest control treatment. They had to treat the curb disease so we agreed on a price that included the Angie's List deal and then I gave them a little more to cover the difference between the carpenter bee treatment and what the Angie's deal was so they work with me on it, no problem. The price was fine because they way they treat for carpenter bees is different than the standard pesticide treatment to spray. What they use for carpenter bees is they actually have to go in the hole and treat inside the hole so I know it's a different treatment. It was absolutely fine.

Great! Michelle from Sure Thing, saying she was concerned for our safety with the yellow jacket nest being in our bedroom wall, scheduled Mark to come out immediately. Mark came out within the hour, assessed the situation and even though it appeared that my wife had gotten most of the yellow jackets, applied a small amount of extermination dust. We will wait several days to ensure there is no further activity in the nest, but would definitely recommend Sure Thing Pest Control and will use them again!

We were very pleased with them. They come every 3 months. I have a feeling their price is competitive or even a little less. Actually a friend recommended them and they were on Angie's List and they were an A, so all that together convinced us to use them.

We were very pleased with the result. Scheduling was easy. The scheduled was very friendly. The service provider was very knowledgeable and professional. I also appreciated that they didn't overcharge and they didn't try to pressure me into scheduling regular monthly service as did the other company from which I got an estimate. And the best part - the treatment worked! The problem was resolved within 2 days. We were very pleased.

He was super nice and very knowledgable about the bees. Took care of the closet they were coming in from and managed to open their hole back up so they could come and go through the poison he put inside. Will take some time but should take care of the situation. I am very grateful. Will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Matt was very professional and explained the work he was going to do. He even noticed holes in the ceiling of our covered porch and explained they were carpenter bees. He treated them as well.

My in-laws were at our house during the service and could not say enough wonderful things about Mark. He was very professional, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job.

Came buy and inspected, sprayed for ants and put done some other materials. Ants gone. Yay!

They are coming out on quarterly basis. The quality is excellent, I have been very satisfied.

They, meaning the company, and especially my technician, went above and beyond to ensure that those little critters that make my family and myself not so happy; stay far far away. The technician is very personable and willing to go above and beyond for his clients. He is easy to talk to and truly is a good ambassador for the company.

The owner came out to the house on time for the inspection. He was very professional, helpful and explained everything that he found and what needed to be done to fix the problem. I would use them again.

Mark was personable and addressed the mouse issue, even though I did not mention it. I realized later that we did not address HOW the mice were able to get in the house. Trapping them is great, but they will keep coming unless the "gate" is closed. Mark forgot to lay the bait traps upstairs. I found them on the sink in the master bath after he left. I called his cell and asked how to place them (does a "tab" have to be removed, like in batteries?). I didn't get a call back. A few days later, I called again to confirm I had placed them correctly. At that time, Mark and I also discussed blocking the mice from getting in the house. He said that can be addressed in a followup session. I found a bug in a new place (AGH!!) shortly after Mark left. However, I haven't seen any since. So far, so good ...

The gentleman (Mike?) who actually performed the service was AMAZING. Super helpful, super nice, super thorough. Did EVERYTHING you could ask for. He's amazing. I had expressed some concerns to them about their pricing and guarantee policy after doing some research. They were very prompt and professional in responding to my concerns with their service, and the owner himself came out and treated our house for free.

The representative was punctual, professional, and quickly finished the work. We would use them again.

I contacted a few pest control companies and decided to go with Sure Thing. I spoke with Camille(spelling?) on a couple occasions. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Explained to me about termites and pest control. We did not have a current problem. Just wanted to start pest prevention. And found we didn't need to do anything about termites. She told me someone would be out to treat when they were in the area. They came out within a few days. I can't remember the guys name but he was friendly and answered any questions I had. He told me we may see some dead spiders or insects in house over next few days following treatment. Which we did see a few. Was happy they were dead. Since then I've only seen a couple pests in home and they were dead. That makes me happy. Also never saw another ant enter our garage. He treated around house and shed. I understood, from talking with Camille, they don't treat inside home if you don't have a problem. They get them before they come in. So far, I'm very happy with services. I'm set up on quarterly treatments.

We had noticed a large swarm of yellow-jackets over a front window of our house. They were in and out of a small opening around our siding trim. I called Sure-Thing first thing Monday morning and was told a technician would be out sometime later in the day. Within the next hour he arrived. In less than an hour he had treated the nest area. Within 4 hours I saw no evidence of any more yellow-jackets. The technician was personable and professional. He gave me an over view of yellow-jacket habits and behavior. He explained the method and chemical he would use to kill them and steps I could take later to insure their eradication. He also gave me advice on how long to wait (after the first freeze) before checking the area for any possible damage. Overall I was extremely pleased with the service and would not hesitate to use Sure Thing Pest Control in the future.

At the end of the whole year, we still have the Springtails.

I spoke with Glenn yesterday morning regarding a possible bed bug problem in our home. After receiving terrible customer service from two "big name" pest control companies, it was refreshing to talk to Glenn, who was more than happy to answer all of my questions. He clearly didn't want me to waste my money, and didn't try to talk me into anything. (Other companies try to talk you into very pricey services). While I hope I never need to use a pest control service, I know where to go if I ever do. Thanks Glenn!

Jason and Ken were both here this week to inspect/treat our home. What great service. Although we have no major problems they explained how they take care of our current issue or any problems in the future. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely ask for them in the future. Highly recommend Sure Thing!

Compared to what I'd seen during my internet investigation, I thought the price of the service was more than reasonable. Situations where you must trust a service provider completely can be anxiety provoking. Since the treatment & bait traps were just done yesterday, I can't speak to any results of course. But I'm confident my money was well spent. It was a pleasure dealing with Sure Thing. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and professionalism. Corbin was my technician and did a great job. I had noticed yellow jackets on porch and realized they had nested right above my front door. I called Sure Thing and explained that we were having a party in two days and really needed these removed. They dispatched Corbin immediately and he was at my door in about two hours. He treated the area on the porch and then, after reviewing the rest of the property, found two more large wasps nests on the side of my house I had missed. He treated those also and I have not had seen any yellow jackets since. I would definitely use Sure Thing again and recommend them to anyone.
