Very well. The exterminator explained what she found and what needed to be done. She quickly took care of the problem, and we have seen no sign of the pests since.

Jerry came to our home to inspect our basement and garage. I had found some boards that had some termite damage and was anxious for an assessment. After inspecting the home, Jerry explained that the termite damage was old. He showed me evidence of prior treatment and reassured me there was no active infestation. He was friendly, professional and informative. Best of all, he was honest in his assessment and I was very impressed.

Employees were professional and courteous. They were able schedule me for an appointment at 8am the next day. They came on time and we have not seen a single ant since!

David came to the house and inspected everything thoroughly, inside and out. I have three crawl spaces in my home, so that was not an easy area to get around in. He then explained exactly what the issue was and took care of the ant problem. He then returned for an inspection 30 days out to be sure he had taken care of the issue. He did a great job. We will be sure to call him for any future problems.

Chris Schavel visited my home and introduced the services of Sure Thing Pest Control. He explained the initial home inspection for pests and the on going program to prevent future infestations. Chis had no problem with me accompanying him as he toured my home. He explained what he was looking for and any areas that could be problematic. I appreciated Chris's professionalism and knowledge. He demonstrated his knowledge and willingness to explain Sure Thing's program. I liked the "no up-sell" and "no scare" approach to his services in relationship to my home. He gave me confidence in Sure Thing Pest Control. After this visit I signed up for a quarterly treatment program.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The owner Glen, sent his son out to do our termite treatment in April 2018. While out at our house, his son drilled holes through our concrete front step and through our basement ceiling drywall. This then has allowed water to leak into our basement. Glen sent someone to our house 4 times to "patch" the hole. We were assured each time it wouldn't leak again. Well, guess what, it has. After this company marred our home and allowed water to enter, Glen couldn't get a concrete person to come out and do a proper repair. His suggestion was that he file a claim through his insurance company, which he did. The insurance company is offering to pay for the drywall repair, but nothing with the source of the leak from the hole put in our steps. These holes are still leaking today. I called Glen today and he proceeded to lie and now tell me that the steps had issues prior to his son DRILLING HOLE THROUGH THEM. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. He told me that he will not help me get my steps properly repaired and that an engineer would say there were prior issues. I assure you that this house did not have issues with leaking prior to this treatment. We bought it in May 2017 and had a thorough inspection completed. Now I sit here in tears, as I have been patient and worked with Sure Thing on this since April. Now for some reason they have decided to lie and deny the damage they caused. Unfortunately, now I will have to look into a lawyer. I'm not sure what else to do. The photos attached were of the most recent rain fall and leak, taken on 12/8/2018.

I requested a bid for removal of a wasp nest from the side of my garage. The price was attractive, so I accepted the bid for removal of the wasp nest. A technician sprayed the nest by 8:30 AM the next morning and left a bill for the bid amount. I called to see when the nest would be removed and was told within the next few days. After several days, the nest was still in place, so I called again to inquire when it would be removed. A technician stopped by and remove the nest within a few days (some nest residue remained on the side of my garage), but left an additional bill for removal of the nest. I called to see why I was being charged an additional fee for removal of the nest when the original bid was quoted for removal of the nest. As a result, the second "nest removal fee" was cancelled and I paid the agreed upon bid amount. Clarification of fees and procedures at the time of the original bid acceptance could have prevented this misunderstanding.

In short, one of the Sure Thing Pest Control vans ran the stop for my son's bus this morning, how dangerous, irresponsible and disrespectful of this representative! If this is the kind of care they take when driving i sure the heck don't want them anywhere around my home.

The first time the technician came and eliminated the problem . After a month I noticed another area around a different site near the light fixture. I was getting a new door and another wasp nest was noted by the door installers. I had a follow-up charge within 30 days to eliminate the problem. I appreciate the professional treatment of the technician to the problem . The lesser charge for the follow -up was an added bonus.

I was concerned that we might have a termite issue in the mulch outside my house. The young gentleman (can't remember his name) was polite, punctual, and professional! BUT, here is the part that amazed me...after a thorough inspection, inside and out, he told me there was no evidence of any critters and then went on to completely educate me on their habits patterns and what to watch for! He could have sold me something I didn't need and I would have never known the difference. I am so appreciative of the honesty and professionalism that I will definitely keep this company in mind if I ever have any concerns.

I have a contract with them. They come out 3 times a year. They look for termites and put down insect killer around the house.

One time did not kill them all and they came back and that did it.

It worked. They may have called. I think I remember them calling in Spring because we talked about them maybe going dormant, but they were gone.

We had a severe wasp and yellow jacket problem in several areas around our house. Even our dog was afraid to go outside. They came and evaluated the problem, discussed plan, and effectively treated them. We have never had a wasp free yard, but we do now. Yellow jackets are gone also. We can now go outside without fear of being attacked. Suggestions were made to help minimize problems for next year. Would definitely use again.

So far so good. Since the installation of the bait stations, Sure Thing has been out to check the stations every month. After discovering activity, sometimes 2 times a month.
