Description of Work: Bought Angie's deal for a year of service. The technician first performed an extensive analysis of my home's needs back in December. He also outlined in detail what the service would cover. They have also done one quarterly visit to spray the exterior of the house. All has been done with complete professionalism.

Description of Work: Another company said I needed termite treatment. Sure Thing said tunnels were quite old and explained how I could monitor to see if any showed up in the future. Did NOT try to tell me I needed a treatment when in fact, I currently do not. | |I would definitely use them in the future since they were truthful and did not try to sell me something I did not need!

After we bait and set traps it takes some time before you see results. The service you requested for mice is sold as a two service program. After we performed the first service we tried to schedule a follow up but after several calls we got no response. Description of Work: WE had ants and bugs around our home in such abundance that we could no longer use or enjoy our patio/backyard area. We also had a large ant hill that we could not get rid of under one of our bushes. We were amazed at how quickly Jerry removed the pests from these areas and enabled us to once again enjoy our outdoor environment. They have far exceeded our expectations in their services and all of their employees have been a treat to work with. We are very satisfied customers.

Description of Work: Treated entire interior of house for various bugs. Technician was extremely thorough. He was very willing to explain the products used. When he arrived earlier than the appointment, he apologized for the miscommunication and was very accommodating to make certain he returned at a time convenient for me. Description of Work: We were having problems with spiders in the basement and ants in the house. Our technician was Matt, and he spent a lot of time listening to me explain the issue and inspecting around the house. He was very knowledgeable, and treated both the inside and outside. We have not had any pest problems since! I would use Sure Thing again.

Description of Work: Yellow Jackets/Hornets nesting behind brick facade on house. Exterminator (nice guy) came and applied pesticide powder and... no more yellow jackets. Also sprayed around inside and out of the house for general insect control. A touch spendier than I would have expected, but not too bad.

Description of Work: Mr. Black from Sure Thing Pest Control came to our home to inspect for termites. He arrived on time and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He offered two alternatives to treat the termites and left a written estimate. We will be using this provider....of course it's yet to be determined if the service is successful and getting rid of the termites!

Description of Work: We saw termites inside our back door. Jack came over and inspected the entire house, found no other areas of damage, and recommended a plan to treat the damaged site and the entire perimeter of our home. He said someone would call to schedule. The next day, the office called and said they'd had a cancellation and they could do our service that day. So far, everything looks good, although it is too soon to assess if the termites will truly be eradicated.
