Description of Work: Purchased annual service package. They have been very responsive in treating our outdoor wasp issues and indoor ants.

Description of Work: We had carpenter ants in the kitchen and sunroom. The service man inspected and sprayed inside and out. We continued to see them in these 2 areas. He made a return trip at no additional charge, and we have not been bothered by them since.

Description of Work: Sprayed exterior for spiders. Issue was that they left a bill at the door but we never found it. Later they mailed a bill with a late fee. One good thing - fewer spiders are entering the house.

Description of Work: Mark was very very nice and professional and on time. He checked the house thoroughly for termites and carpenter ants and explained everything about carpenter ants. Even though we had seen carpenter ants for a couple of weeks, we were honestly told that there is no problem - they were just foragers. It is good to have peace of mind. I will use them again if I need an exterminator in the future.

Description of Work: I thought I had termites in my backyard shed. He confirmed that I did not have termites but acrobat ants. It was a much cheaper solution, which was a pleasant surprise. Jerry Zapf was a delight to work with.

Description of Work: They sprayed for termites and put in a Hex Pro System. They have returned to monitor the system and replaced the bait. They were on time (actually 15 minutes early). Couldn't be more pleased with their service.

Description of Work: They came out the same day i called and treated and the man knew exactly what kind of bug we had. Did a follow up on what chemical was correct for the job. I will definitely call them again.

Description of Work: We thought we had termites, and had Sure Thing Pest Control come to check our home. Jerry inspected around our entire home and told us what options we had to get rid of them. We opted for the liquid treatment rather than the bait traps. On 5/13, Ken O'Brien came and administered the treatment. He explained everything to us and showed us other areas outside where we had some termites in piles of wood and what things we should not leave sitting in the garage or around the house to keep them away. He was here for 4 hours and drilled into the ground approx. 1 foot apart all around the outside of the house and around the bottom of the garage door frame on each side. He did a very thorough job. I was impressed with his knowledge and work ethic. I felt comfortable that we had chosen the right company to do this job. I also learned a lot about termites and how they act. I would recommend Sure Thing to anyone.
