Description of Work: I purchased the package of 4 quarterly treatments. I had a big problem with BIG spiders in my lower level - haven't seen any since I started getting treatments. Also haven't noticed the ants that I used to have. So obviously, it worked! However, I'm not really happy with customer service - I was never told in the beginning what to expect for my treatments (I didn't realize they were all just outside perimeter treatments except the first time), I never got a call from them informing me that I was due for my next treatment, and, although I work so it didn't really matter as I didn't need to be home when they came, the serviceman never came when he said he would.

I am sorry to here you did not understand the program. It I thought was explained well in the Angie's List deal that it was am outside quarterly program. We do call and leave messages with our customers telling them their next service is due and if they have any concerns they should call. Unless you have an issue we need to discuss, we do not set scheduled appointments for our follow ups. At any time if you have some concerns you can call the office and we can put you in touch with your technician. It does sound like we have solved your insect issue and we are keeping them away.
