Punctual and informative. I believe the price was reasonable, but I have nothing to compare it to.

He was polite and prompt. He mentioned he had 25 years experience in termite inspection industry, and that he was not a "commissioned" salesman. He gave us an estimate on what he felt was appropriate "treatment", informed us of other (larger) available treatments, but in the end he gave us his honest opinion that that we "really didn't need to buy termite protection services" at this time! He answered all our questions. We will still consider purchasing a plan from Sure Thing, but Ken advised we do not need to do this right away. It is great to know there are honest service companies out there who do not hard-sell you what you don't need! I highly recommend Sure Thing.

Rep arrived early (which was very helpful), was very polite and professional. He explained the service necessary and was thorough in performing the service.

Ken, my service rep, the person checking the stations, is GREAT! He's always willing to take the time to answer any questions and is very paitent with me. I feel very confident that my termite problem is under control and that no damage was done to the house, only to a part of the front door frame. Ken is extrermely through and appears to be very knowledgeable...we feel we are in good hands with Sure Thing Pest Control and Ken.

I called at 8:30 am on Mon July 3rd - a 4 day weekend - skeptical I could find anyone to provide service. Telephone receptionist was polite & said she thought she could get someone out in the am. Within an hour, the technician arrived. Very polite, professional, sprayed the nest with aerosol, & then removed it with his fingers & threw it in the woods. Said any remaining wasps would be gone within 12 hrs (which turned out to be true), & that the nest building season was over for the year. Good job.

Chris was knowledgeable and was here when he said he would be here. When he called in the morning he had woken me up, I dozed back off and got up when he rang the doorbell. He offered to just leave the paperwork for me to mail in the Angie's List coupon and payment, so I could go back to sleep! (I stayed awake) I'm very pleased with the service.

They were very knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and gave us recommendations. He was very helpful

Sure Thing was excellent. Another provider had come to the house, told me that I had carpenter ants and carpenter bees, and left an expensive bid for the work required. I called Sure Thing for a second opinion. They were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. The representative who came to the house explained in detail the typical telltale signs of these pests, and why he did not think that I had either the ants or the bees and why no service was necessary. In addition, a comparable spraying to the original bid, had I chosen to have them do this, would have been substantially less money than the other company. I paid a $25 fee for the service call, which was worth every penny. I will definitely call them again for pest control service.

This work was done during early May. We traveled to our Michigan home the second week in May. They sent us a bill dated 6-5-06 and for reasons that I can't explain. We did not receive the letter with the bill at our Michigan home until 6-23-06. I mailed the payment back on 6-25-06. They called me at our Cincinnati answering machine and I returned the call from our Michigan home, they were very rude about why the bill had not been paid, in fact insulting to me. I'm a leukemia patient and have been in the hospital twice, since we arrived in Michigan. I really didn't need to be treated like I was on the phone. STEVE GOREGORY CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE ON TIME. HE CALLED PRIOR TO HIS ARRIVAL, WHICH WAS NICE. ONCE HE ARRIVED, HE EVEN HAD ON THE BOOTIE THAT I REQUESTED. HE WAS POLITE; HOWEVER, I AM VERY ANGRY THAT THE COMPANY DIDN'T DISCLOSE THE FEE TO LOOK OVER MY HOUSE. WHEN I CALLED THE COMPANY, THE LADY ANSWERED THE PHONE APOLOGIZED THAT "I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND" WHAT THEY TOLD ME. HOW MUCH UNDERSTANDING DOES ONE NEED WITH "THERE WILL BE A CHARGE TO GO OUT THERE" AND "WE CAN GIVE YOU A FREE ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE"? I AM NOT HAPPY AND HAVE REQUESTED TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER, DURING WHICH THE RECEPTIONIST OR SECRETARY SAID THEY AREN'T AVAILABLE. WHEN I PRESSED FURTHER, SHE THEN RELENTED AND TOLD ME THEY ARE ALL OUT IN THE FIELD. I LEFT A MESSAGE FOR THEM TO CALL ME BACK AND WILL SEE THIS WILL BE RESOLVED. THIS HAS BEEN A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. THE RECEPTIONIST EVEN TOLD ME THAT THERE'S A COUPON THAT I CAN USE...COUPON?!!!

They are punctual. They show up when they say they will. I have been using them for several years. They are very responsive as to what I have to say. The price is for quarterly perimeter spray.

Steve was very polite, took the time to explain about the carpenter bees and what needed to be done, answered all my questions, and checked around the house to be sure there weren't any other problems we hadn't noticed. He found the start of a hornet's nest and removed that for us as well.

They never returned my call. I had to call them again. They didn't seem as knowledgeable about my problem as Dave King at Ace Exterminating.

Company representative was on time (early, in fact!), very polite, and explained the problem and treatment in terms I could understand.

Mike came out initially to identify the flying bugs I had.Then Jerry and Phil came to give me an estimate on the job. They were all very polite.They were able to show me the evidence of termite activity . Jerry and Phil went into detail on how the bait system works.They did not use scare tactics or pressure me in any way.Ken did the actual work and was friendly and efficient. They were all very helpful in answering all my questions.

Their folks are very friendly, knowledgeable and have gone above and beyond - spraying for wasp nests and other things as well as inspecting the property.

IT SOUNDS LIKE A CLICHE, BUT THE MINUTE THE SERVICE PERSON WALKED THROUGH OUR DOOR, WE HAVEN'T SEEN AN ANT SINCE! THE SALES REP WAS OPEN AND HONEST IN ANSWERING OUR QUESTIONS, AND IN RECOMMENDING THE RIGHT KIND OF SERVICE. WE SIGNED UP FOR A YEAR OF QUARTERLY FOLLOW UP SERVICE WITHOUT FEELING ''OVERSOLD''. GIVEN THE AMAZING RESULTS FOR OUR INITIAL PROBLEM, WE FEEL CONFIDENT IN DOING CONTINUED BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS POSITIVE. THE REPRESENTATIVE SHOWED UP ON TIME, EXPLAINED EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS DOING, WAS NEAT ABOUT WHERE HE SPRAYED TO AVOID DAMAGING ANYTHING. HE ALSO ANSWERED A LOT OF EXTRA QUESTIONS FROM MY ABOUT DIFFERENT PEST ISSUES I'VE HAD OR HEARD ABOUT IN THE PAST. I DIDN'T REALLY COMPARISON SHOP SO I PUT AN N/A ON PRICE BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW HOW IT REALLY COMPARES.

CHRIS WAS BOTH KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. I WAS SURPRISED AT HOW QUICKLY HE WAS ABLE TO COME. WHEN I FIRST CALLED TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT, HE WAS ABLE TO COME RIGHT AWAY. HE EXPLAINED THE TREATMENT FOR BOTH THE ANTS AND MICE, AND ADVISED ON FUTURE STEPS WE COULD TAKE TO REDUCE THE CHANCE OF THEM COMING BACK. HE EXPLAINED THAT THEY HAVE A 30 DAY WARRANTY, SO THEY WOULD COME BACK OUT TO TREAT FURTHER IF THE FIRST TIME DIDN'T WORK. WELL, IT HAS BEEN 3 WEEKS AND NO ANTS, AND NO MOUSE! VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER HERE.

ALTHOUGH WORK HOURS WERE LISTED AS M-F, THEY WERE CALLED ON A FRIDAY MORNING AND CAME THE NEXT MORNING (SATURDAY). PLEASANT, ON-TIME. SET TRAPS AND PUT OUT POISON WHICH SEEMS TO HAVE TAKEN CARE OF THE PROBLEM. MADE SOME RECOMMENDATIONS FOR AVOIDING FURTHER PROBLEMS BY SOME STRUCTURAL CHANGES.

JERRY WAS GREAT. HE DEALT WITH THE PROBLEM WE CALLED ABOUT AND ONLY BROUGHT UP THE COMPANY'S SERVICE CONTRACT PROGRAMS WHEN WE ASKED ABOUT THEM. HE WAS ALSO VERY HONEST IN TELLING US THAT THE PROGRAMS ARE GREAT FOR MANY KINDS OF BUGS BUT THEY WILL NOT KEEP BEES/WASPS FROM NESTING UNDER OUR DECK. I ALWAYS APPRECIATE HONESTY!
