Staff came out and educated us on different roaches and the kind we had intermittently required no service. Company didn't charge for consult and we haven't seen any more since.

We weren't actually sure we had bed bugs, as we had bites but hadn't found a bug ourselves. The inspector performed an incredibly thorough search and found where the problem was. They treated our whole house (4 bedrooms, though 2 are set up for other uses) and performed a followup treatment 2 weeks late. There was a scheduling issue for the followup (the technician told me 9 am, they had it in the schedule for 11 the following day, but he was able to come around noon that day) as well as a communication issue on my end (I didn't realize we'd have a treatment we needed to leave the house for at the followup, rather than just an inspection of the traps he had left). Overall I found the service thorough and the company responsive to the minor issues that came up. I was especially pleased that they were able to work with us to find a way to treat heirloom rugs that we didn't want sprayed and potentially damaged, and that the original bed bug issue has been resolved.

As a first-time homeowner, my first unexpected encounter (within the first week no less) were small swarms of wasps in a couple places in the backyard. Sure Thing came out while I was at work and treated the two locations plus seven more they found and offered to come the next day to do the front. They identified the wasps as non-threatening, but the money paid to exterminate and for peace of mind was totally worth it. Also, my contact with Sure Thing, Tammy, answered all of my novice questions and was a pleasure to work with.

As wasp nest was outside the house and no one needed to be home for the work to be done they were able to come the next day. I saw their notice and bill in the door, and checked to make sure work was done. Nest was gone and there were no signs of wasps. Could not have been easier or gone more smoothly.

Great! We saw a huge reduction overnight. And general maintenance has been a breeze.

Nobody ever came out, despite multiple calls to inquire and remind them I was still waiting. Don't waste your time waiting on these guys when there are so many other qualified companies available!

When I told him about the swarm, he said "you should've called then!" Well, it was a Sunday evening and didn't think it was emergent. He didn't check for any activity or damage. Sprayed around foundation, windows and garage. Did not go under deck to crawl space and did not spray those areas.

Placed baits around perimeter of house and sprayed basement.

Sure Thing came out right away and was very thourough in their assessment and treatment. The ants were gone within 24-36 hours and have not been back. It's been about 6 weeks to two months.

Eliminated the yellow jackets with first application. This is the second time I've used them for yellow jackets. They're effective and I would use them again.-

Service was prompt. He arrived with a standard mixture of bug spray ready to go, before I told him what the specific problem was. (Maybe he already knew, based on the neighborhood?) The insects were gone within a week, and as he advised, the treatment lasted about four months.

He came out and felt that the tracks were old. He asked questions regarding past termite experience and didn't over sell. He seemed extremely honest.

It was excellent. He was very professional. I had to have them come back many times and they did. They were very prompt. That was for the roach infestation and we did get it resolved, but it took several visits. It covered 30 day unlimited visits, but I had to have them come back. So there were additional charges then. I had to pay them $85. It was explained in the first purchase. I knew there would be an additional charge after 30 days.

It turned out good. They came a couple of weeks after the purchase. The person that they sent was very professional and nice. They did a good job.

We had three different exterminators come in for estimates. Sure Thing was comparable in price, but the gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable. He offered to do a baiting system or drilling, and we chose to do the drilling because it was supposed to be more effective. The drilling is not obvious and it has taken care of the problem so far. We would have them come back any time. I highly recommend them.

We had to call for follow-up but did not call within the advised window for free call-back. They came back for free anyway. The 2nd visit seems to have resolved the problem.

Sure Thing took control of the problem early. One application resolved most of the problem. The key was the pesticide impregnated fitted sheet which covers the box spring. This provides control over a longer period of time where the bugs hide but keep the pesticide away from the occupant. A second application a few weeks later ensured control where only one living bug was observed.

I called them to get an estimate. They explained it would cost $125 for them to come out and give me an estimate. I asked if they could ballpark it over the phone, which they did pulling up my home on a county website. Their quote was over twice other estimates that were done in person without a fee to estimate. When I mentioned that, she told me to go with the better deal- done!
