Responded the same day and treated the nest. Returned when called after seeing several yellow jackets. Excellent service!

The gentlemen who came to do our services were punctual and professional. We were pleased with this service and would definitely use them again. Although we hope it won't be needed :)

He answered all our questions and was knowledgeable. On his return trip, he replaced all the traps. We have not seen any more mousies!

Their service was great. They are really easy to communicate with. They always understand the problem and fixed it with no hesitation. They always take care of everything and I have been happy with the service.

For the exterior, the treatment consists of both liquid spray and granular treatment which seems to extend its effectiveness. We used another provider in the past and were luckily if his treatment worked for a month. Obviously, we are satisfied with Sure Thing and recvommend them.

Service went as promised; technician came within appointment window; explained what type of ant and what treatment would be.

The employee was knowledgable and did a great job inside & out. I was having some problems with spiders, silverfish, million leggers- I have seen maybe 3 bugs since my initial treatment. I signed up for the service.

Had mouse activity in my floors. Employee arrived on time. Inspection was only inside and just around the outside on the first floor. Employee of Sure Thing just walked around the outside of residence, then came inside, went to the basement and look at the ceiling in the basement. When upstairs on second floor, instead of going in the attic, just got on my short ladder, opened hatch and stuck his head in. The employee then got some poison bait, and proceeded to chuck it into areas of the attic from just standing on the ladder. (It was actually a previous wildlife removal service I had come check for what was in my house. That other company is the one that spotted the possible sign of mice in my attic, because that company actually got up on a ladder outside and inspected the roof, entered the attic, etc Unfortunately, that company did not do small rodent/pest ). After the employee was down throwing bait somewhere in the attic, he then put some bait behind a kitchen cabinet, and then placed some bait in the basement ceiling. That was it, The employee did advise me to check the entry of the a/c into the home, and that mice might be possibly entering from the roof vent. Needless to say, this did not solve the problem, and had I known that the guy was only going to throw bait around like he was throwing a baseball, I could have done that myself. Which by the way, in the end, I ended up buying baits and traps myself and placing them. It was a complete ripoff, and by no means a solution to the problem. I was under the impression from the site that they were supposed to look for possible points of entry, etc. A way to solve the issue.

They took care of the problem one day after I called, and let me know that it was safe for the lawn to be mowed again. I appreciated that they were able to locate the nest without my being there, since I was out of town.

Everyone from the person answering the phone in the office to Jerry Zapf who did the treatment was so knowledgable and nice. They got me into the schedule quickly, arrived on time, provided valuable insight and I felt the price was fair. Although I hope I don't have too many pest infestations, I will definitely use Sure Thing again!

We had been noticing some tiny flying insects in our kitchen, laundry room, powder room area...sometimes 2 per day, and sometimes up to 15 per day. We thought they were fruit flies, and removed all fruits from the kitchen, but they persisted for 3-4 weeks. When I checked on-line to see if there was something I could buy to eliminate them, I discovered they were not fruit flies, but was unable to identify the bug. Mr. Black came the same day I called, identified the insect as drain moths, but was understandably unable to find the source. The following day he brought a treatment for us to pour into all the drains in the house that had to sit in the drains for 6-8 hours, so we used it at bedtime every night and haven't seen a single bug for about 12 days. We're still using the treatment 3-4 nights per week and will continue for another week or 2, but believe Mr. Black solved our problem!

We get a lot of bugs in our house, particularly in the basement where I keep my office. We have spiders, crickets, house centipedes, regular centipedes, millipedes, sow bugs, etc. We don't want to use pesticides in the house, so we just use glue boards, and sometimes I just pick the bugs up and put them outside. This gets tiresome, so I called Sure Thing to see if they offered a service to prevent the bugs from coming inside in the first place. They told me they did, and I told them I wanted that service. Because of the numerous calls they have been receiving for yellow jackets, I was told it might be a couple of weeks before anyone could come out. Fortunately, I didn't have to wait that long. Ken came out, and I told him what I wanted. Ken was friendly, and seemed to be very knowledgeable. We also had a lot of stink bugs around our place, especially around our garage door. I wasn't concerned about them, but Ken must have treated for them too, because I noticed the stink bugs were almost all gone when Ken left. This is a service I plan to use at least once every year, and probably in the fall, as that is when the crickets invade. I may also use them in the spring.

I was extremely impressed with Mark Macke, the serviceman who came to my house. He came when I was told he would, he checked all the areas around my porch, and watched the bees entering and exiting a hole. He concluded that my problem was small and that I could probably treat the bees myself. He said if it didn't work, he would come back and treat it then. I was not charged for this service call. I will definitely use this company in the future.

It looked like the problem was resolved, but the next week the yellow jackets were back. They are going to come back to spray again at no charge.

Contractor came within 24 hours of my call, while I was at work - very responsive. I had provided over the phone a detailed description of need, where the insects were nesting, and "urgency" - had been stung multiple times while doing yard work. I could see powder insecticide evidence that they had treated for the ground-nesting yellow jackets - successfully. As I saw no evidence of the hornets in shutters having been treated, I called to confirm that they had done this. Spoke to tech who had made the house call. He said he did not treat the window area/shutters as he did not see the hornets. I again described the nesting sites and where to look on window sills and shutters for evidence of nesting materials. He said he could not treat what he could not see. A another tech came the next morning, while I was home. Showed him the evidence - dried grass in little piles on window sills, and again explained exactly where I had obsereved the hornets flying in/out of the shutters. He stated that he did not see the insects so did not know where/how to treat. I persisted. He pounded on the shutters - hornets flew out. He sprayed - approximately 20 or so were immediately killed. He explained that he was not familiar with hornets that nested like these. I had printed from the internet information on this insect - gave it to him. He was very professional and courteous. My frustration is that it took multiple trips to resolve this. More importantly, had I assumed that the hornets were treated on the first visit, and had I again entered this area of the yard, I probably would have again been stung. I would suggest that in the future, if the contractor does not treat every area as requested by the homeowner, a call should be made to explain. I am a breast cancer survivor with compromised lymphatic system - insect stings are not a good thing for me to experience! I will probably use this contractor again.

I had noticed yellow jackets buzzing around my back bay window and entering under a shingle. I had tried to get sprays at the local hardware store but it did not help at all. I call Sure Thing and Mark was at my house within a couple hours. He treated the area and solved the problem in one trip. My only regret is that I didn't call Sure Thing sooner.

Outstanding customer service. Service rep fielding my call was polite and knowledgable, and the owner / operator was onsite within hours of the call, explained situation and remedy in detail and job was performed as explained. Very professional and personable. Just as importantly, when I later found what I believed to be a possible nest location and wanted an opinion as to whether any structural damage had been done to an interior ceiling surface, I called and requested a follow up visit and inspection. They returned that afternoon, thoroughly inspected the ceiling for me and verified no further problems. Two visits in one day and a job well done. Highly recommended!

The following day there was n activity around the nests. Several days later activity started again around one of the nests. I called Sure Thing and they came out and retreated that nest. At this point it appears that the hornets are all gone.

Very well. Mike came to the door to let us know he was doing the treatment and to ask we not let the kids or dog out for at least 30 minutes. He then performed the treatment and left the invoice quietly on the door. Very pleased with the service and professionalism. They may be a bit higher priced than other exterminators, but they are worth the extra expense.

Response was withing 24 hours. Technician called to recheck information taken by phone before coming to make sure he had the right equipment. No hassle...bees gone...couldn"t be more pleased.

Moved into a new house and wanted to have the outside of the house sprayed. Sure Thing came out and did an excellent job taking care of the areas I needed sprayed. Very professional.
