They are trustworthy. They can do their job and I don't have to watch them.

We had a hive of yellow jackets build a nest right next to our front door, thru a crack in the grout. Attempts to kill them on our own were only partially successful so we had to call in the pro's. Called Sure Thing on Thurs. 9/4. Jerry came out on the morning of 9/5, treated the hive, then checked the rest of the house for any other issues. Wasp nest appears to be destroyed, by that afternoon no further signs of the pests. Very pleased with the fast response and the effectiveness of the treatment. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Jerry was phenomenal! I called on 8/7 and spoke with Jerry (the owner) about the problem we were having. He explained what we had, how they acted, courses of action we could choose, and pricing. I was happy with everything so I set an appointment immediately. He stated they would be out within 24-48 hrs to treat the areas. 24 hrs later, Jerry was there taking care of the spots. He also went through other areas around the main area of concern and uncovered a few more hives/holes. He explained how the spray would work, when we would start seeing results, and gave guarantee for 30 days. He was fantastic, I can't say it enough. Very quick to come out, very professional and knowledgeable, and the price was great. They will be my main contact now for pest control. Thank you!

We thought we might have termites because had noticed some potential areas of concern around our front door and had been told by a lawn care company that we had termites in a planting bed about forty feet from the back of our house. Glenn came out and thoroughly checked around our front door and throughout our basement. He took his time and made sure he looked at all potential areas where termites might do damage. The good news is that we do not have termites (or any other active pests) although there may have been some past activity by ants. The even better news is that there was no charge, even though I told Glenn I should at least pay him for the trip up to my property. Very personable. Very professional. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

I called on a weekend and my call was returned on a Sunday, when their office was closed. I called back first thing on Monday and their guy - Mike - was at my house in the afternoon. He explained everything that he was going to do and did it quickly.He went above and beyond. I highly recommend them and if if I ever need the service again, i will call them.

They came and did their job, didn't mess around. They put some kind of treatment around the faucet and the ants were gone.

I called Sure Thing at 9:30am and Glenn was at our house by noon. The potential infestation was ants and not the termites we feared. Glenn inspected the basement areas which might attract bugs and found nothing alarming. While suggesting using his quarterly preventative spraying, Glenn was not pushy and did not sell by 'fear'. I was happy with his professionalism and punctuality.

We noticed yellow jackets flying in and out of the siding above our patio door. After trying to fix the problem with very bad information from the internet, we found Sure Thing through Angie's List. They were prompt and thorough and solved the problem with one treatment. Haven't seen a single one since!

I've been battling ants in the kitchen for the last month, putting out bait, spraying outside the house. Couldn't keep up, I finally resorted to keeping a vacuum handy and sucking them up. Finally called in the experts, and I'm glad I did. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable, explained everything and gave two treatment options. Went for $150 plus $90 per quarter. He swept for webs around the exterior and treated the outside perimeter, and left a few clear bait packs in the kitchen. A few hours later ants were swarming the bait. By the next morning I saw just a few ants, and I put the vacuum away.

Mike was our technician. He explained what type of ants we had, their habits and what they used to control/get rid of them. He was excellent at showing us exactly what he would do, why he does it and what we can expect. He treated inside the house in the room with the problem with gel that the ants take back to their nest to kill them (this isn't harmful to humans) and he sprayed outside the perimeter of our home. After showing him where we had seen a colony of them in our far back yard, he treated that area as well.

It looked like they had gotten rid of all the bees, but I noticed the return of the bees at the end of June, 2014. I called Sure Thing back and they returned to my house and spayed for the bees again. They guarantee their work and did not charge me for a return visit.

Sure Good inspected the house from top to bottom and we're very thorough. They discovered the infestation was in the attic. They set out traps and bait. As promised the mice were gone in about 20 days or so and not seen since. I would use them again.

Tech came on time, gave us good overview on the work he was going to do. Was very friendly and professional. Came back in 2 weeks for 2nd treatment.

They have been very good. Mike, one of the technicians has been very helpful. He has gone above and beyond. He always informs me if something is going wrong. If I have any questions or concerns, he will come over here for no cost. They are great. It is little expensive but it is a great service. I have no problems with them at all.

I called Sure Thing last week and spoke at length with Brian. We had seen a few carpenter ants and wanted someone to come out and have a look. We were also interested in a quarterly service plan as we would like to take preventive pest control measures. Brian was great, knowledgeable and professional. We set up an appoint for today. James the technician arrived right on time. We discussed seeing a few carpenter ants and pest control at hour home in general. He went ahead and treated the exterior thoroughly and also went up into the attic to dust for insects. After discussing the fact we have had small ants in our laundry room each year and did in fact a month ago, he spot treated in there as well. I expressed some concern with treating the baseboards in the house with insecticide spray, so we chose not to do so. James was extremely knowledgeable and professional, taking the time to inspect our home, explain what he was going to do and completing the job. Many years ago in our old home back in another state we had a carpenter ant infestion and had a provider come and treat it successfully and quickly. We also did quarterly treatment and over short period of time saw a noticeable decrease in overall insects in and around our home during the summer. That said, my expectations for any pest control company are extremely high. So far, Sure Thing has met my expectations for customer service. We will see in the long term if the treatment plan also meets my expectations. But so far, I am pleased.

They came the same day I called! We had ants in our house and they are gone now.

Mark was responsive, professional, and provided the services at a fair cost. Made me aware of options for continued treatment but didn't get too crazy with that.

I called another exterminator in the morning and they would not promise me that a technician would be able to come that same day. I then called Sure Thing and reached a lovely woman who was very helpful. I told her I urgently needed someone to come out to the house today for what I thought were carpenter ants. I had a huge pile of what looked like a pile of coffee grounds on the wood floor of the porch. Mark Sylvester arrived right on time after calling me to let me know he was on his way. He confirmed that we had carpenter ants and they were up quite high on our porch. He had to use our extension ladder to get all the way up and was able to spray the area. He spent about 1 - 1 1/2 hours and continued to spray until the ants came out of their nest. He did a great job and I would highly recommend Sure Thing to my neighbors and friends.

I realized that once again my annual contract was coming up for renewal and I had not had my interior inspection which is part of the contract that I paid for. I called on May 1 and was told that there was no way that they would do it before July. The person who typically comes to my house apparently has no availability and they would not consider letting someone else do the inspection to work with my schedule. It seems that they have no interest in accommodating the schedule of a long time customer or even looking to see if their schedule can be modified to provide a service that has been paid for and due to be performed. This has been a repetitive issue with the company.

I am glad I chose Sure Thing, everyone was so helpful and professional ~ Camille in the office, Jack, who did the inspection and Matt, the specialist who will be doing our quarterly treatment. They were on time for our appointments, answered all questions I had and explained everything to me. After the inspection, I scheduled an appointment for the first treatment and they sprayed and dusted for any pests I was concerned about and all I need to do is call if I see any pests before the next treatment. It's nice to know we will not be bothered this summer by wasps, yellow jackets and carpenter bees while enjoying our deck.
