Description of Work: After having my home inspected by prospective buyers, I was told that there was termite damage. I called many companies to get estimates to fix the damage, and these estimates were high. Sure Thing was the last company to come out, and the representative told me that there was no termite damage, the bait system would be only preventative, and not necessary (thank goodness). He applied a local treatment, and was finished. The technician was very helpful and honest!! He spent time educating me on the difference between active damage and inactive damage. I will definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: We found termites swarming in a crack in our driveway. Talked with several companies and settled on Sure Thing because of their experience and professionalism. They took care of the problem and the service included follow-up for a year. We were pleased with their service and follow-up. Would recommend them and would use them again if we needed them.

Description of Work: Called up to get bugs removed from my pantry. The company explained what the pest was over the phone and how to eradicate it without using their services and a plan to help if the first try didn't fix the problem. Very impressed with their helpfulness.
