Description of Work: I used Steve Cropper Plumbing several times. It was based on a recommendation from my HVAC service provider. Steve completed my service needs 2-3 times and then stopped returning my telephone calls when I needed additional service. I gave up calling him again.

+ -1 moreDescription of Work: Our sump pump expels water from the basement to the downspout, which is connected to an underground pipe that drains the water away from the house. When the sump pump ran, water was shooting up and out from the connection to the downspout. Mr. Cropper located the underground pipe and discovered that approximately 10 feet of it was clogged with tree roots. He replaced the pipe and solved the problem. The job took about 3 hours and included a lot of digging. We scheduled an appointment within a reasonable number of days and he was punctual. I would use his services again.
