We got a terrible water bill and in searching around the house for leaks, discovered our guest bathroom toilet was running. They came out and changed seals and things on that toilet, fixing it, and inspected the others noting the same problem-- 3 leaky toilets! Very fast and efficient fix! Thank you! We really appreciate this plumbing company as they are fast to respond, fair in pricing, and very skilled. We have used them repeatedly now between our house and mom's. I don't recall the cost this time, but do recall commenting to my husband how reasonable it was.

Wonderful. We called them and within a few hours they were performing the service and fixing our toilet. Very nice, very polite.

I have found them to be excellent. They are very prompt, have reasonable prices, and are very responsive. Today I found I had a leak and they came out within an hour and half and came and fixed. He is very reliable and I have very much appreciated his service. He is very accommodating and cooperative.

excellent help! Pipe had broken under the sink and the old sink was corroded and backed up. They replaced the pipe and trap and cleaned everything up. did a quick minor maintenance on toilet to stop running. Plumber was very nice to my elderly mom. they also cooperated with me to arrange for me calling in to pay for the service for my mom. I really appreciated that. I will definitely call them again for my home or for mom.

Outstanding service and very professional work. The toilets they recommended were a bit more expensive than what you could get at Lowes or Home Depot but were well worth the extra money. Will use Steigerwald Plumbing for all future plumbing needs.

My home is older and it was rather difficult to remove the old kitchen faucet. Steigerwald plumbing was very good about taking their time and explaining issues that came up. The new faucet was installed. They left the area immaculate and I was very happy with the service. This is the 3rd time I have used Steigerwalds since I have lived in this house and I recommend them to everyone. They are honest... their price is very reasonable.... they are always on time..... excellent company.

Ron was very prompt in answering the questions, professional approach to his work, showed on time, explained the how he is going to approach the work and completed the work without any troubles.

I've used them a couple of times and they have always been fine. They did a couple of other things but nothing really big. They unclogged some toilets. They are punctual and they are here when they say they will be. I've had good experiences with them.

Showed up and gave me an estimate. We discussed the job and scheduled an appointment to have the work done. Work was done promptly, courteously and professionally.

Gregg showed up precisely on time, and fixed the leaking valve in no time at all. He's extremely courteous and professional, and only charged for the base hose call minus the Angie's list coupon. We'll definitely use their services next time we need a plumber.

It's really phenomenal to find a service provider that operates this way: the owner, Ron Wulker, usually seems to come out to the jobs himself, sometimes accompanied by his son (it's a family business). They somehow always manage to make it within a few hours of the initial contact. They give you a two-hour time window and they actually come within that window (what a concept!). They keep in close communication regarding when exactly they'll show up, what the status of everything is, etc. They're prompt, courteous, professional, they do great work, and are extremely pleasant to be around. I could go on and on, but, having used them now several times both through the home warranty and also on our own, I'm beyond impressed. If every contractor operated this way, home ownership would be a different experience. This is clearly a five-star operation through and through.

Ron came on very short notice in the evening, when we discovered that our basement was flooding. He offered a couple things to do while he drove to us. His solutions did help revive our old one, which made the water level in our basement go down. Once he arrived he said the old one may continue to work, but a new one would give us piece of mind for the next few years. He also let us know that our old one was under-powered, and that the new one he installed would serve us better. My father had been a plumber before, and everything Ron recommended was spot on. Wonderful company to work with, and I trust them totally.

They replaced the sump pump and repaired the battery backup system. They responded quickly and I am happy with their service.

The first plumber I hired from another company was unable to fix the shower and was unprofessional when following up and returning calls; thus, I called Steigerwald. The plumber they sent out was phenomenal. He wasn't even here for more than 30 minutes and he fixed my shower as well as another need in my basement. I thought he was kidding at first when he said he was finished as the previous plumber was at my home for about 45 minutes and did not make any progress on the job. He was very professional and arrived on time.

Ron Wulker replaced a faucet in my kitchen and also added a outside spigot. He is thorough, very neat and prices are reasonable. Could not have been more pleased. 5 Star Company

In both cases they were very prompt with service. My instant hot water dispenser was replaced the same day that I called. After looking at the unit and determining that it would need to be replaced the serviceman drove about 45 minutes to pick up new unit and have it in the same day. With second experience plumber inspected water heater. He found no problems with the actual heater but noted significant blow back coming from the damper. He opened it up to find the pipe almost completely obstructed by debris from the chimney. He cleaned out a large portion and the blow back stopped. I appreciated that there was no attempt made to "upsale" by recommending I need a new water heater when I don't. He said that it would be important to have the chimney inspected right away. Both plumbers were very courteous and professional. They seemed very knowledgeable and experienced.

He was awesome. I was extremely pleased with the work and finished product. Sturdy tub and fixtures. I had no problems with the double pipe drain at all. He was quick, efficient and very affordable. We will use this company again if need be.

Very prompt, showed when he said would at 9AM. Walked me through everything he was going to do, then immediately started the job and was done in less than 3 hours. Job involved running a gas line from our basement to our fireplace. Had to drill through thick concrete and did it with no problem. Hooked up the logs and showed me everything I need to know about a gas fireplace. Very happy!!!

THEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY FRIENDLY. SHOWED US HOW THE OTHER WATER HEATER WAS IMPROPERLY GROUNDED, AND MADE SURE THE NEW HEATER WAS HOOKED UP RIGHT. GREAT COMPANY!
