Perfectly. The carpet was return to its original condition through the cleaning process and treated to prevent mold/mildew growth in the future. Prompt service was key here, and SteamEx was able to schedule me quickly. I've used SteamEx several times in the past and have always been very pleased with the results. Highly recommended.

Full discloser: I am an acquaintance with one of their employees, that is why I choose them in the first place but this is an honest review. Steamex cleaned my large living room, hall way and one bedroom. They were on time, courteous and the carpets turned out better than what I expected. I would recommend them highly.

We have used them many times in our business, either cleaning vacant units or the common areas of the buildings. They show up on time and do a great job.We have used their services at our various properties and they always provide excellent service. I have even had them clean my own place and I was very pleased with their work. Our company has used them for many years.

Arrived on time, did not need to hook up to my water. Worked about 2 hours and did an excellent job. The rugs looked like new by the time he left. This is the 3d or 4th time they have cleaned my carpets and I am have always been very satisfied. I had previously used a national company for many years before switching to Steamex-Eastern on an Angie's List recommendation. I was generally satisfied with the national company but these guys are better and do not try to sell you a lot of optional serves.

They did an excellent job. One room had terrible stains and they were able to remove them all. The carpet in every room looks brand new. They were punctual and did everything they said they would do when I received their estimate. I will definitely use them again

The owner Michael Murrie showed up to clean my carpets. I had him clean my living room, dining room, family room, master bedroom, hall and stairs. I was very pleased with the results. He was able to get out dirt and spots that other large companies in the past told me would never come out. I was certain I would have to replace my carpets soon because of the dirt and grime not because they were worn. My carpet looked new again even the stairs looked new, I couldn't believe how good they looked. I also have dogs so he treated all areas. I have never, ever, ever, EVER been so pleased with a carpet cleaning service. They cleaned my entire condo upon my moving. The carpet looked BRAND NEW!!! I will never use another service. I moved to Lebanon and thank GOD they come up there! Hands down, the BEST!! (I put a dollar in the amount box, because I have no recollection of how much it cost)

It was a very enjoyable experience as far as carpet cleaners go. The phone staff was very pleasant when I set up the appointment. I only had to wait a couple of days to get a time that was convienent to me. The driver phoned me 30 minutes before he was to show up, and it was earlier than expected. He was willing to wait for me to get there, but since the tenants were home he got started right away. Glen was my cleaner and he did an excellent job. I would definitely use this company again - I had low expectations because of the college kids that lived in the apartment had left quite the mess - but they turned out great. My new tenants are very happy as am I.

He went over the carpet twice. That was a nice touch because this carpet was really dirty. I took over the office which had been left empty for a year, and probably was not cleaned by the previous occupants. He used paint thinner in places where the painters had dripped. Provided some advice about some rips in the carpet, and did an excellent job.

Service was very good. Called in a reservation, Glen arrived about 5 minutes early. Glen explained a few things after looking over the carpet, then went to work. The house took about 2 hours to complete. Afterwards, Glen explained the condition of the carpets and gave some care tips. Overall the carpet cleaned up very nicely. He successfully got out some bad stains. We'll likely make this a once a year cleaning.

The estimate given over the phone was $430, which we thought was very fair. They explained it would be adjusted on site for Their technician arrived on time and was very professional and did an unbelievable job. The carpet looked almost like new which is amazing as it is 13 years old! Best of all the actual charge was only $375. We were thrilled and would recommend them to everyone.

My experience with Steamex-Eastern has been, hands-down, the best professional-carpet-cleaning interaction we have ever had. We had spent several months (and a LOT of money) trying to remove cat stains and odors from our relatively-new carpet. We had previously used carpet-cleaning services, but were reluctant to go that route again (it hadn't seemed to work any better than using our own carpet-steam-cleaner). Enzymatic cleaners designed to manage pet odors were also only moderately effective. I finally broke down and called Steamex-Eastern after reading reviews on Anglie's List. I contracted them to do two stairways, the living room, the office, the bedroom, and a long hallway. They were able to come out the same day, and when they left our carpets looked and SMELLED fresh! No stains. No odor. I asked whether to expect the stains/odors to "resurface" again -- and was told that they didn't expect so, but that if they did, I should give them a call (within a reasonable time frame -- not after 6 months, for example). The cost was significantly less than other companies we have used -- with significantly better results thus far. I am thrilled. Very professional. Really nice fellow. I am ashamed to say that I don't remember his name -- but I think the owner of the company is the person that worked on our home. Very knowledgeable, and as I said, very professional and pleasant. I will definitely use them again and recommend Steamex-Eastern to anyone who asks!

I needed the carpet cleaned in the basement. We have three male cats that did some damage. I read the reviews posted and decided to call Steamex-Eastern. They were able to schedule us within 3 days. The technician, Glenn, arrived promptly, listened and evaluated the problems with the carpeting and explained thoroughly what he felt was necessary to get the carpet clean. After Glen completed the job he answered all of my questions and gave me very helpful advise on how to remedy any future stains. I had two other companies come to do the same job before I found Steamex-Eastern and the other two did not complete the job as thoroughly nor were they as informative. I recommend Steamex-Eastern and I will be using their services again.
